Beautiful Bellagio with mum...

The property was in a great location but could get noisy especially if you were a light sleeper and go to bed early like us! The apartment had everything we needed and we felt very safe there. We loved the courtyard which would be a fantastic location to enjoy in good weather. We would definitely recommend this apartment and so much better than a hotel room with more space and options to open the many windows etc.

A quite and relaxing place to stay in heart of town

We were warmly greeted by Enrica and she gave us the tour of the roomy studio. It had everything we needed and is located on one of the famous steps of Bellagio. It was a great retreat after a busy day of touring and we had everything we needed. I recommend this VRBO very highly.

Central, clean, spacious apartment

Close to boat ferries, restaurants and bars make this a perfect spot if you want to be in the middle of the action. Easy and helpful check in. Laundry in town a few blocks away and loads of great restaurants. Beats Como for charm and friendly local people in almost all places.

Perfect location. Perfect size. Very clean. Everything we needed.

My sister and I stayed in Bellagio for five days. The apartment was perfect for us. Although we didn't cook (who cooks when they visit Italy?), the kitchenette was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was roomie and the sitting area was perfect for two people. We both loved the patio space but it was a bit to warm to really enjoy it. The fan was greatly appreciated. Overall, we thought the apartment was perfect for our stay. I'll definately look into booking it again when I return with my husband.

Very comfortable and clean. Perfect location. Everything is at your fingertips.

Enrica was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment is very convenient to everything in Bellagio, only 28 stair steps from the pier area, shop and restaurants. I would rent this apartment again.

A very very good studio

This studio apartment is large and very well set up and equipped. It is highly recommended. It is in a fantastic location and subject to getting somewhere to double park out front (usually not an issue, remember you are in Italy) easy to access and depart. We didn't have any problems parking nearby but realistically it could be an issue in peak periods. Collecting the key was easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights in Bellagio staying in this apartment. You can have a coffee in a waterfront cafe less than 50 metres from the entrance. There are restaurants and shops within 50 to 100 metres of the apartment and there are limited fresh food outlets if you wish to self cater. If you wish to effectively self cater it would be better to shop outside of Bellagio at a full service supermarket as we did before arriving. For a couple it is very difficult to see how you could improve on the set up in this studio. We did move the microwave from the kitchen bench to the small table which worked better for us. All apartments in Italy lack electric kettles, electric coffee making machines and toasters and this apartment is no exception. But fresh croissants from the local bakery in the morning were a delightful substitute for toast. The apartment is about 75 metres from the ferry wharf which meant easy access to all parts of the lake. We had a delightful three days in Bellagio and on Lake Como. This apartment is highly recommended.

Great Location!

This apartment is in the heart of Bellagio and just steps from the lake! It has a cute outdoor patio and was functional & a good size for the 2 of us. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Wonderful Apartment in the heart of Bellagio

This apartment is very charming. It is close to everything in Bellagio. Hostess is very nice. The surrounding areas are beautiful. Would recommend for 2 people. Would definitely stay again.

Appartement très sympas avec petite terrasse pour prendre son petit déjeuner.

En plein coeur du village historique et tout près de l embarcadère. Une fois que tous les touristes de la journée partent c'est très agréable.

Wonderful holiday in the lovely Bellagio

We had a lovely time in this apartment it had everything you would need and was in the center of Bellagio with lots of shops and restaurants near by . Enrica the owner was very helpful and giving us lots of information on the area. We hope to come back one day .
