Välkommen till livsstilen "Low Country". Detta tre sovrum och ett våningssäng rum som sover 4 var
byggdes 2015. Det har två och halva badrum och ligger i hjärtat av Palmetto Bluff. En helt ny 4-sitsig golfbil och 2 vuxna cyklar väntar på verandan för din användning när du bor på detta hem. Det finns en eldstad med stolar som du kan använda i trädgården - steka mossar eller sitta där och titta in på natthimlen! En avskärmad veranda har en sittgrupp och en matplats. Det finns en gasgrill utanför för dina grillbehov. Palmetto Bluff är beläget i södra Beaufort County, och ligger på kort avstånd från de orörda stränderna på Hilton Head Island och historien och skönheten i Savannah, Old Town Bluffton och Beaufort.

Detta hem inkluderar ett sovrum med sovrum på första våningen med eget badrum. Ett smakfullt utformat öppet konceptkök och ett angränsande stort rum med öppen spis och matplats. På andra våningen ingår också ett sovrum med en queen size-säng och ett andra sovrum med en king size-säng. Det finns ett badrum som båda sovrummen delar. På andra våningen finns också en bekväm "barnlounge" som inkluderar en våningssäng (tvilling upp och fulldown med en utdragbar spjäll) och en Yogibo kudde för extra barnvänlig komfort. Denna stuga är fullt utrustad med alla sängkläder och apparater, inklusive ett Sonos audiovisuella system komplett med platt-TV genom hela stugan. På baksidan av huset finns en skärmad veranda med matbord och en extra sittgrupp. Om utsidan är ditt nöje, finns det en gaseldad / eldstad eldstad som flankeras av stolar i Adirondack-stil för kvällsavslappning. Intill stugan ligger Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club som har tennis, boccia boll och krocket. Palmetto Bluff har pool, bubbelpool och träningsanläggningar. Huvudpoolen har en bar och säsongsöppen middag utanför. En mycket kort promenad från stugan är gourmetbutiken känd som RT'S Market.
Cykling är ett sätt att leva på Palmetto Bluff, liksom golf-vagnsresor. Golfvagn tillhandahålls utan kostnad tillsammans med 2 cyklar för din användning när du hyr detta hem .. Ytterligare 500 $ deposition krävs men ingen avgift för vagnen ($ 75 per dag värde!)

På plats finns aktiviteter: kanot, kajakpaddling, båtliv, vattenskidor, fiske, naturvandring och golf på May River Golf Club som ligger inom 1/4 mil från stugan. Det finns många restauranger i Palmetto Bluff och i närliggande Bluffton och Savannah.

Perfect for our family trip

Three children, husband and I stayed in this Wilson cottage and it was perfect. Right outside your door are the available tennis, bocce and croquet facilities. Trails, the village, and everything was a short bike ride away. Free rental bikes were available and worked great! The home had everything we needed from starter paper supplies, linens, pots and pans, and a Keurig coffee machine. Bedroom arrangement as of June 2016: Master king bed on main with ensuite Upstairs: King bed Queen bed with Jack and Jill bathroom And then the third room upstairs with bunks. Rt's market was just down the private road block for any and all essentials you may need. Lovely and very nicely constructed. Another advantage is that it was off the main road inside the tennis village, so I felt safe with our smaller children. Note on golf carts, they rent on the Inn arrival and departure time. So if you need it Saturday morning, rent it starting Friday night as they start the rental at 4pm and return time is noon. This was really disappointing as we did not know this prior and they were out of carts. With a child in the heat, sometimes you need a cart instead of a bike trailer.

Palmetto Bluffs is nice for people who like gated communities and don’t mind plenty of rules (dress codes in restaurants like it is 1990), lack of character, or diversity. Sure- the physical property itself is beautiful and full of wildlife, but hard to imagine the wildlife thriving here much longer as they continue to expand and develop these special lowlands, particularly by dredging canals and clear cutting for new, much bigger homes. This place made me a little uncomfortable to be honest. But for those who beckon for the Antebellum south, well, you might feel at home here. Just be prepared to drive 25 minutes to get out of the gates and into the beautiful community of historic Bluffton (which is much more authentic, interesting, diverse and fun). As for the house- it was fine. Paid golf cart deposit in advance but it didn’t work; we received refund for the cart. Also, there are photos of bikes in listing but there are actually no bikes. You can rent these things close by though. Food at Montage is really not good, but service staff is very nice. Screen doors on porch were ripped apart so it got buggy at night when we were on porch. Hopefully that is fixed. And finally, no drip coffee machine or coffee press in house. There is a Keurig machine but if you really like coffee, bring something to make some decent coffee in. If you like being around people who look, talk and play tennis & golf just like you, this is the place! You will absolutely love it. If you are looking for character and easy access to historic Bluffton or surrounding communities, skip Palmetto Bluffs altogether.

Great but bad wifi.

House was great -- everything you expect when staying in Palmetto Bluff. The wifi was not very good. Fine for vacation but if you're trying to get work done it is not good enough.

Great location!

We love Palmetto Bluff and had a great experience at this house. Very clean, perfect location… just a short walk to the tennis courts, RT’s, the tree house, and the Montage. The internet was a little spotty but I’m sure it’s something that could have been fixed if it were important enough for us to have it. The large screened in porch with TV and the grill outside made for some special evenings at home! We’ll be back!

Had to move to a different rental

Was greeted by Palmetto bugs in kitchen. Garbage disposal wasn't working properly so my Son in Law had to put his hand in there to clean out. AC damper is stuck so when LR calls bedroom runs constantly. Return vents are filthy with no filter so duct work is filthy. Couch covers need to be replaced very badly. Towels were dirty and dingy.

Perfect Palmetto Weekend

Everything about the property was so lovely - there was plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms for all our 7 guests to be comfortable, and the kitchen, living room, and porches are perfectly equipped for group dinners, relaxing, or just enjoying the warm breeze. The resort has so many wonderful amenities that you can easily walk or golf cart to, and being only a 5 minute walk from the little market was a godsend!

The place was immaculate and well located within the community. Lisa was extremely easy to get a hold of and very responsive (even through a hurricane!). We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfection!

Where do I start? This house could not have been more perfect! Everything is so new and clean! The house had everything we needed, from kitchen appliances to games! I came with my girlfriends for a weekend away, but this house would also be great to come back with my husband and kids! The Gold Cart was a MUST as we used it to roam all around the property. We had 8 women so we rented another one and would highly recommend if you have more than 4 people!

Memorable weekend

Best Holiday Vacation for Families!

Property and home were beautiful. So much to do! Great location. Home has everything we needed. Included bikes & golf cart. My teenagers did not want to leave. Talking about coming back again next year! Went to spa & restaurants. It was wonderful .

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay at this home in Palmetto Bluff. The house is immaculate, everything feels brand new. The beds were so comfortable and every detail that a traveler could need was though of. Lisa and Audrey were very helpful. We had a hiccup getting our keys at the guard gate and they were very helpful and responsive. The location of the house is great- close to everything but peaceful and uncrowded too. The golf cart was definitely needed so is a big savings and so convenient to have waiting there upon arrival. We can’t wait to come back! PS my kids loved the giant beanbag in the bunk room!

Amazing home!!

We absolutely could not have loved this home more! It is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. You are feet away from the tennis courts which was great! We rented a golf cart and used the bikes that came with rental. It was the perfect way to enjoy the Pamletto Bluff resort. We used the gym and pools everyday. The restuarants in the area are great! We highly recommend the rental!!! You won’t be disappointed.

This cottage is newly built and is adjacent to the tennis courts and across the street from the golf course. It is down the street from the basketball, tennis, bocci ball courts and the wonderful little market called "RT'S Market"

This cottage which is newly built has a sophisticated beachy feel to the inside. It is located adjacent to the tennis pavilion, and a bike or walk to the Inn, resturants and the fire pits. The golf course is across the street. I can make tee times for you if you would like to golf.
