Mysig liten marknivå effektivitet lägenhet! 4 sovplatser (extra avgift för över 2). Måste vara 25 att hyra denna fastighet. En perfekt tillflyktsort för ett par eller en liten familj.
Beläget ca 200 ft till stranden. Fastigheten har ett kung sovrum med kabel-TV som öppnar in i vardagsrummet. Vardagsrummet har en dubbel bäddsoffa och är ett öppet rum med ett minikök, kabel-TV och Wifi. Lägenhetsbyggnaden har ett litet delat område med majshål, solstolar, picknickbord, kol- och gasgrillar och en utomhusdusch. Rökning eller husdjur. (Denna enhet erbjuder endast säsong 1-2 månad uthyrning per bokning för 2 vuxna endast från 1 november till slutet av feb. Getaway

Great affordable weekend getaway! Close to boardwalk for great sunrises and sets and easy to come back and grab a sandwich or drink. Only improvement would be central air - that window unit is super loud but it was ok temperature wise. Very helpful management!!

Fell in love!

I instantly fell in love with the rental. The little apartment was in the best location. It felt like home. Very clean and neat. 10 out of 10 would recommend. I will definitely rent this location again!

Get away

Nice and clean. Good location, short walk to the beach and dining, some shopping. Could use some dated furniture, coffee pot, could use a bedside clock. I shouldnt have had to take out trash or wash dishes after paying a high cleaning fee.Smelled a little damp from a /c unit. Overall ok.

Enjoyable

This place was a place to rest our heads and to get a shower. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Beach was not crowded. Then we did tours.

Best little apartment

This is the cutest little apartment that is close to the beach and some shops. Loved the location! It was great having an outdoor shower to get the extra beach off.

Just as Described

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location could not be any better for beach access, as well as shops and restaurants. The backyard space and games were nice as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice place

I really enjoyed the location. You can literally take twenty steps to the left and you are on the bridge out to the beach- twenty steps to the right and you are getting ice cream at the Sugar Shack!!

Easy Walk

It was as pictured and described, clean and neat. Beach access is only a stroll down past two or three houses. The area is very convenient for walking to get food or drinks, and there are two ice cream shops if you have children both within a block of your stay. There's a coffee maker and plenty of cooking ware if you want to enjoy a meal "at home" with an IGA a short drive away.

Great Location Comfortable Accomodations

Close to the beach and everything we needed for the weekend. It's not new and shiny, but everything was as advertised, clean and functional. Bed was comfy and outside shower was a bonus for rinsing off after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

Great place to go back to relax after a day at the beach. Heads up for getting ready for a night out bathroom is small. I think a new shower curtain would be good too. Bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have slept on, on a vacation. A little updating would be good! A door from the room to kitchen would be great. Our last night was the only time we had a small issue. Whoever was saying upstairs or beside us was smoking outside and we could smell it inside our room and their conversations were loud and late at night. That’s not the owners fault. But Tybee Island was a cute place to visit. Enjoyed Savannah too. Will come back next time with our kids.
