Vårt hem ligger i exklusiva Windsor Hills, en 24-timmars gated säkerhet vid ingången. November 2016 har fastigheten renoverats till hög standard och ett bekvämt ställe att återvända till efter att ha haft Orlandos många attraktioner.

Great property and great location

The property was perfect for our needs for our trip to the amusement parks. Plenty of space for our family of 4, great community amenities, easy check in/check out process, and quick and easy communication from the property manager. Would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Vacation

Windsor Hills was a great place to relax and close to all the major attractions. The owner of this townhome was easy to communicate with and responded promptly to resolve any issues. There was plenty of things to do to keep my grandchildren entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay

I would stay here again. Home was clean, pool was great, location is awesome. Owners had great communication.Beds were comfortable However I wouldn’t consider this luxury, linens need to be replaced, very thin and worn and discolored. Appliances work but are dated. A large cutting board would be great instead of little 6x6 one. The lock box would be a great thing to update to a digital lock. But I would stay here again.

Good property, good location.

Property was as advertised and accurate to photos of listing. Private dip pool, clubhouse and pool is a great bonus. Location is close to Disney and Universal. Do plan on bringing trash bags and paper goods, laundry detergent etc.

Great Accommodations!

My wife and I took our grandson to DisneyWorld and we stayed at this property for five days and six nights. The home has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It also has it's own pool! The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. It is also very close to all of the Orlando attractions. Samantha the owner was very responsive and the check in process was very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!!!

We were in Orlando for Disney World and really did enjoy this property. The location was so convenient, no more than 15 minutes from the Parks. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, which was nice to relax once we got back to rest and relax. Our kids enjoyed the pool in the backyard a lot. We could even see the fireworks at Disney from the pool. My only criticism is the home could be updated (carpets, bathroom vanities) and the unit could have been cleaned a little better. But overall, the location for Disney travelers makes this unit worth it, in my opinion.

Amazing visit!

Thank you for such a wonderful spring break trip. We love Windsor Hills and this was our first time in a smaller unit. Loved it!! Especially loved the plunge pool. Just the right size to float around. The patio furniture was so comfy. Early mornings with coffee were the best out by the pool! The condo is comfy and has everything you need. It was clean and exactly as described. It was a short walk to the clubhouse for air hockey and ice cream. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Staycation

The overall stay was nice, the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The house was nicely decorated as shown but just a few minor things needs improvement. The master bedroom bathroom tub/shower had a clog and was clogging from arrival day Friday until check out Wednesday, the shower curtain was stained. The three Bathrooms were only supplied with 1 tissue, the house had one garbage bag. For a 5 night stay with 5 guest we had to then supply garbage bags and tissue. Also the towels were old and had stains. Also during the middle of our stay the housekeeper came and told us that check out was at 11 am on the wrong departure day.

Amazing Vacation Experience

This was the first time my family which includes me my husband my MIL and 2 daughters ages 7 & 4 have ever been to Orlando/Kissimee before. This townhouse was perfect beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a 7 night stay. The pool was great for the little ones to wake up at 7am and just swim and the resort amebities surpassed what I could have ever imagined they had different activies evey day for the kids from arts and crafts to glitter tattoos and tue theater was nice for those rainy times which in Florida happens at least once a day the marketside grille had great food for an even better price and Kasey and her husband Josh were so friendly and helped us with recommendations everyone there was helpful and kind the waterpark and slides kept my kids busy for hours and evwn me and my husband enjoyed the 2 waterslides more than a few times We are actually hoping to stay at this same property next year with our extended family as we loved it so much definitely worth it!!! ititititworthitit!!it!exteamilyfamilfrieno hoy had

3 bedroom townhouse

We truly enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. Our host was fantastic! She communicated promptly and was wonderful about relaying information we would need. The home was comfortable but could use some updates. We loved and enjoyed the pool. It’s small but it’s really all you need. Our host was excellent about arrangements for heating the pool, also. Bed linens are old and don’t stay on beds but beds are comfortable. All and all this was well worth what we paid to stay and again, our host was excellent!

the sliding glass door to the patio was extremely hard to open and the pool was dirty. the downstairs shower was dirty, and the master shower was broken aswell and the drawer front on the top left in that bathroom aswell. the lady who came to clean got there an hour early and just opened the door trying to rush us out. no extra trash bags or toilet paper.

Decent size house but a bit tired now

The house is a good size but it’s showing it’s age now and needs a refresh. Pool does look grubby but the water is clean, kitchen appliances are outdated, washing machine and tumble drier are top notch. We did get some noise from the adjoining house too it’s a residential home with a dog. There is also substantial development of the land immediately behind the house too. This starts bang on 7am Monday to Friday with very loud bang, trucks beeping and flashing lights. So don’t plan a relaxing pool day during the week. The instructions for the home are generic and refer to things not present eg jacuzzi. It references plastic glasses around the pool but there were none. We’ve actually bought 4 and left them for future guests. The information book also stated office opening times for problem reporting. The opening times are wrong. The aircon failed whilst we were there but quickly resolved same day. A false draw front in the master on-suite was hanging off and needs repair.

Short Vacation

Home was a little dated and a little dirty for my liking. Air vents were covered in black dirt, carpets lightly stained from age of unit, some bedroom pillows were stained once slips were removed, home was missing some basic kitchen utensils like ice cream scoop/measuring cups and spoons. Pool was covered and appeared not ready for swimming, again dirty with black stuff around the edges. We did not use. Adding a few wash cloths for the bathrooms would also be appreciated. We purchased our own since the home had none. Home had a manual door key, this was just inconvenient with multiple people staying in the home. A digital lock would be a great upgrade. Home owners asked we wash towels prior to checkout to help expedite cleaning for next guests. If you ask this of guest’s, provide laundry detergent (the home had none). I purchased some and did wash the towels and left my extra detergent and dryer sheets for the next guests. Might update checkout instructions as they conflict. Checkout on website says 11am, checkout instructions in the home state 10am. Home was conveniently located close to the community pool and was within walking distance. Home had several bottles of water in refrigerator upon arrival which was appreciated since we got in really late and didn’t have groceries yet. We left unopened bottled water and energy drinks for the next guests.

Easy access to Disney World

Overall the condo was what we needed for our two week stay in Orlando. It was close enough to the parks (about a 15 minute drive), shopping and dining. It had the space we were looking for and the little pool off the patio was very convenient. The main pool is only a short walk and my kids loved the water slides. And the condo was clean. We were coming in late on Christmas Eve and no stores were open. When I messaged the host/owner she was very helpful in trying to find a store that we could get groceries at. We ended up having to order from Walgreens though. The downside is that this condo is showing it’s age and wear. The carpet is worn out, the patio pool could use some refinishing, and the kitchen appliances are dated. We actually had the dishwasher leak on us. I contacted the management company to arrange to have it fixed and they never showed up. In addition you will have to provide everything. I’m talking like, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, hand soap, etc. We were staying for two weeks and they provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two garbage bags, two laundry soaps, and two dishwasher detergents. That was it. This was the first VRBO I’ve stayed at that didn’t provide enough of those items to accommodate your stay. I’m assuming this is a management company issue, never the less that was a little frustrating. We also had issues with the downstairs TV just kicking us out to the main Roku screen every 30 minutes or so and could never get the upstairs master bedroom TV to work. The remote probably needed new batteries but I wasn’t about to go buy one more thing. In the end it was what we needed, but I think those missing accommodations should be mentioned ahead of time. I probably would have went with a more expensive option that these items were provided with since we arrived over the holidays and getting supplies was already a struggle.

Clean and newly renovated! Great price for six of us!

We had games at the Wide World of Sports in Orlando. This was a perfect, affordable option. it was literally 10 minutes to the WWS parking lot. It has been recently re-decorated and renovated so everything is nice and new. Very narrow small driveway, and you can only park one car near your place. The others have to be down the street. There is a pretty steep staircase so older people or small children should be put in the room downstairs. Rooms are tighter than the photos reveal but the closets are big enough to put your luggage in. I loved the white decor, but if I had small children it would make me a little nervous. Those Lucite bar stools in the photo are a fail. They look cool in the photo though, but quite unstable and cheap. Don't let someone large sit on them or let children climb on them. One was already broken when we arrived. The other bad thing is that instead of buying a stack-able washer and dryer they placed a regular floor dryer ON TOP of a regular front loading washer. You have to have a stool to be able to reach the controls of the dryer which are clear in the back of the closet. AND the dryer doesn't work which means it is probably not vented properly. I mean literally no heat comes out of it. We had to lay our wet clothes on the chairs outside. Not good. You have to provide toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and bar soap or shower gel. We did not use the dishwasher. We used the stove for breakfast and it is pretty cheap along with very cheap utensils but that is to be expected I guess. The pool in the back is more like a large Jacuzzi. Roku TV was great and there was a TV in every room but more limited channels on the bedroom TV's. The WI-fi is OK. We tried to use the exercise room, but there were three of us and then three guys came in and that was way too many so we went out on the pool deck and did a workout. They need to add some free weights. The pool is full of families and little kids, it looked like the kids were having a great time there. There are no towels provided at the pool and you literally have to punch in a code everywhere you go which is quite annoying. The outdoor furniture has cushions on it that date back to the 80's I think. It makes the place seem cheap when you see them. There was a game room and a couple of ping pong tables that would keep kids entertained. It is a gated community, which can be annoying too as you have to stop to enter and exit. Not sure why it is needed.

Very nice townhouse to stay at

The property was clean, except some dirt behind one of the headboards. The little pool was great to relax in and the kids loved it. The refrigerator needed replacement and when I came back from Disney the owner had had a brand new refrigerator installed. The property is very convenient to the theme parks and shopping . There are also many restaurants and other attractions very close to Windsor Hills. I would definitely stay here again.
