Denna förhöjda 5 sovrum havet hem ligger i norra Forest Beach har vackra havsutsikt från de flesta rum och däck. Den första våningen av huset har ett rymligt bekvämt vardagsrum med tillgång till ett stort däck område som leder till en privat pool. Den första våningen har också 3 sovrum. Två sovrum är inredda med kung sängar, och det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar.

Den andra våningen har ett vardagsrum, matsal och ett rymligt välutrustat kök, alla med otrolig utsikt över stranden. Det finns gott om sittplatser runt baren i köket samt en rymlig tabell. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng med en privat badrum och en stor jacuzzi och ett separat steg i dusch. Det stora sovrummet har också en egen balkong med utsikt över havet. Upp 6 steg från denna nivå är ett sovrum med 2 tvillingar och en drottning säng på med en halv vägg av glas som drar nytta av det omgivande ljuset från takfönstret i vardagsrummet.
Huset har nyligen renoverats och inretts. Alla bekvämligheter som du vill finns. Platt sceen LCD-TV och DVD är i alla sovrum adn hela huset. DSL-tjänst för bärbara datorer, kabel, grill etc finns. Du kan koppla av i lyx på din egen däck och svalka dig i din egen pool. Dessutom kan uncrowded stränder inte beat. Du kan också cykla eller promenera på säker skuggade vägar till Coligny Plaza, centrum för verksamheten på ön. Där hittar du över 60 butiker, restauranger och aktiviteter.

Location, location, location

This house has the ultimate location. Paul and Marc take a personal interest in assuring that guests are completely satisfied with all aspects of the property. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, the beach and all the beach gear and bikes. The house is stocked with necessities and extras for the entire week.

Fun at the Beach

My family and I had a great time at the beach, swimming in the pool and riding our bikes to get ice cream. Marc, the owner, and Paul, the property manager, were extremely attentive and friendly. What a great place to create fun family memories.

Beautiful house on the ocean! This house had everything inside and out. We all loved the private pool, hot tub, and ocean. This house is perfect for a large family. Communication with Paul and Marc was excellent, and attended to our family's every need. A BIG Thank you!!

Great Location

Home is in a great location within an easy bike ride to Coligny. Beautiful oceanfront views with a hot tub and pool and space to spread out.

Great experience all around

Great views from deck and living room. Really liked having bikes available and easy quiet riding area. Bedroom layout provided privacy for everyone. Probably the most well appointed VRBO we have every stayed at. Lots of nice details.

What a view!

We are a family group of 8 adults and 3 little ones. We had a great week. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and nice tableware. The pool is a good size and the beach is a very short walk from the house. The manager, Paul, and the owner were very welcoming and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this property.

Excellent experience!

Our first Hilton Head experience. Loved it! Great location. Right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping at Coligny plaza. Very responsive and friendly host. Helpful with local recommendations. Amenities at the house were great (bikes, stroller, pool games, low country boil equipment, firewood, etc.). Definitely coming back!

Amazing location with the beach right outside the back door!

Family Reunion

This property couldn't be in a better location... the beach was spectacular and the pool was perfect. The bedroom layout worked out very well for our group of 10 adults and having the bikes on property made for some fun excursions around town. It was a memorable trip!

As advertised!!!

House was perfect for us!!! Everything was ready for immediate enjoyment and relaxation and both our goldens loved the back yard and pool area. Private access to the beach was extremely cool. Pool was heated to the perfect temperature to handle the one or 2 cooler days at the beach. We will definitely be back to 91 Dune - thanks Paul and Marc!!!!

It was prepped and ready for our stay. Working with Marc made our stay enjoyable!

Home was well stocked with everything that was needed. The espresso machine was a hit with the entire family. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our Anniversary with our family!!!

Perfect location, will definitely stay again!

We spend Christmas at this property and it could not have been more perfect. The location is incredible and you are on the sand in just seconds. Not having to worry about bringing beach towels and chairs was such a relief and we loved using the bikes to ride up to Coligny and on the beach. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and Marc and Dave are incredible hosts. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Fun Family Thanksgiving

From the moment we booked this Thanksgivng week, all members of our party were happy and excited. The location is outstanding with shopping and activities a short distance away, the beach a few steps from the house, and the pool and hot tub at the bottom of the stairs. The ocean views were fantastic, the rooms (all but one with a view of the ocean) were spacious. Never did we feel crowded! The kitchen was well equipped and and easy for multiple cooks to work together. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and all other necessities right there. There was a stack, a stack of beach towels! The pool table was a constant enjoyment for both young and old. The addition of the outside fridge and the inside wine fridge were very much appreciated. The fact that our host, Marc, and house manager, Paul, seemed to be available 24/7 made our stay much better as our few needs were met immediately. We had a problem with one of the bikes (lots to select from) and I could not find the broom. Before you ask, the broom and dustpan are in the laundry room. (DUH!) Do not hesitate to book 91 Dune Lane for your family or group. You will love the time you spend in this wonderful vacation home. We were sad to leave and one of the grandsons asked if we could stay for another week.

Great beach house in perfect location on HHI

Our family had a wonderful stay at 91 Dune Lane last week. The house is conveniently located near Coligny, directly on North Forest Beach. Ideal location! The owner goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, including: providing the necessities (TP, garbage bags, paper towels, soap, shampoo, spices, etc.); having a fully stocked kitchen with an espresso machine, water filtration, etc.; putting nice LED TVs with DirectTV and movie channels in LR and each BR; providing bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. All bathrooms have been redone with nice showers and the bedding was very comfortable. All in all, we had no complaints whatsoever. Can't beat that!

A+ for Location, Communication and Household Goodies

Thanks to Marc and Paul for a great family vacation. Dune Lane is a perfect oceanfront setting, both private AND close to every activity you could want. Just a walk out the door to the lovely pool and a few steps further to our private path to the beach. Being an extremely hot week, we made great use of both. As far as the house, we lacked for nothing. There was every kitchen tool, outdoor grill and low country boil pot, plenty of seating indoors and out, lots of bath and beach towels, toiletries, laundry needs, bikes for all ages, toys for all inside and out, TVs. You name it, it was there! From the time we booked, communication with Paul was very smooth and immediate, The one small problem we had with a bed was addressed within the hour on a Sunday evening. No hesitation with it at all. It was great to meet Marc, Paul and Justin in person. All three are very friendly and informative. While not a mega mansion like so many in the area, 91 Dune Lane is a well-loved and comfortble home. Our stay was such fun and a truly enjoyable family getaway!

Could not have been better!

We rented this house for our parents 50th wedding anniversary and I am SO glad we found it! First of all, Mark and Paul were incredibly helpful before we even arrived. I was able to get recommendations for a local bakery and for a photographer and they gave us lots of details when we had any questions about the house or the amenities. And the amenities?? Amazing!! Everything you could need and some you might not have even thought about!! Bikes for the whole family, beach chairs, a beach tent for lots of shade, towels galore, great shower products, the list could go on and on and on and on… and I haven’t even talked about the house itself or the location!! Right on the beach, barely any walk at all other than over a tiny hill of sand! The ocean is RIGHT THERE!! And if you want a more relaxed type of water experience, a beautiful pool is there to swim in and a nice jacuzzi tub to enjoy as well! This stay was everything we had hoped for and more - absolutely beautiful views, especially from the private balcony. It was just amazing. Perfect. Do not look any further, book this place now before they fill up their dates!! You won’t be disappointed!

Awesome location

Paul the property manager met us at the house shortly after we checked in and gave us an overview. The house was clean and Paul was awesome to deal with; however, the house could use some updates. The downstairs jack and Jill bathroom sink and shower were clogged and the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work and most of the hairdryers were broke but in summary the house was great and both Paul and Mark (owner) were very attentive to anything we needed. The house could use some nicer cookware and the lid for the crockpot was missing. We improvised and were able to use a lid from one of the skillets. There were no sheet pans for making fries and such. The upstairs bedroom carpet was stained and looked a little warn. The house could use some newer furniture (upstairs dressers drawers were broke) and new pillows for the living room couches. The upstairs bedrooms could use either some additional hooks or a shower clothes line to hang wet bathing suits. The sliding doors leading out to the patio are old and made a loud whistle type noise anytime they were opened. Overall I would stay at the property again.

50th wedding anniversary and family celebration.

My wife and I dreamed of our entire family, nine of us, celebrating our 50th anniversary together for a week, under one roof. Our expectations were high. Paul, our property manager and Marc, our host, made it all possible. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and walk-in showers were so well stocked you need only bring your toothbrush. Living areas were well appointed and comfortable. The large kitchen had more utensils, dishes and appliances than our own home. All appliances worked, pots and lids matched with plenty of storage space. Like the rest of the house, everything was spotless. Even the outdoor grill was clean with extra propane bottles. The heated swimming pool was a big hit for everyone, especially in January. We all agreed that the house had more thoughtful amenities than all the other vacation properties we have rented. Just add groceries, that's it. Location is everything. Gorges beach. Beautiful sunrises. Poolside to sandy beach within 50 feet of each other. Shopping, activities and restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Bonfires on the beech every night with firewood already stocked. Paul was very attentive to my every question and made the business of renting quick and easy. Marc is the consummate host. He has gone out of his way to make his house your home for a week! He truly enjoys pleasing his guests. There are other beautiful houses in Hilton Head, but this owner and manager are what makes this one stand out. Best family vacation ever. Bill and Torie

Lovely stay in a lovely home!

First, I have to say that Marc is wonderful to work with - he is worth a couple of stars just for the service! My boyfriend's family rents houses like this just about every year, but it was something new for my family - normally my mother and stepfather would get timeshares at Hilton Head since his family has several available. We had decided to get a house this time around to bring more of my mom's family down for a bit of a reunion. This house was practically perfect for our gathering. It's a beautiful house located in a picturesque spot - I could write this entire review raving about the view and the beach alone but it would do the rest of the house an injustice. The house is spacious yet cozy in the way the rooms are designed. It's a multi-level home so there's a lot of livable space in a small footprint. This worked well, it gave a sense of privacy when you were out of the common areas while leaving plenty of room for us all to gather in the main living areas. By the way - Marc isn't kidding when he says he supplies most of what you will need in the way of coffee, spices and toiletries. The pantry was well-stocked with a wide variety of spices for cooking, much to the chagrin of some of our group that had packed a bunch of spices for making dishes during the week - they could have used the space for bringing back souveniers or clothes from the wonderful thrift shops on the island! The home is well stocked with things to do - there are numerous board games in the storage compartments in the living room, a very nice pool table (could use some chalk for your hands, but that's a minor quibble), cornhole boards for outside and lots of bikes if you want to take a spin on the beach (the sand is hard packed near the water, so it's like riding on a road) or wander through the beautiful neighborhood. Even though it was November, the weather was nice enough for us to enjoy the pool and the hot tub on several days without getting too chilly. The backyard is perfect for enjoying the view and the ambiance of Hilton Head Island. Plenty of space on the deck and an amazing tree that looks to have grown in harmony with the house. I imagine in the spring/summer it provides great respite from the sun while lounging on the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the home - make sure you go into the loft room to see the view from up there! Also, because of the rules on the island about lights at night, you will see an incredible amount of stars!

Amazing vacation home!
