Denna förhöjda 5 sovrum havet hem ligger i norra Forest Beach har vackra havsutsikt frÄn de flesta rum och dÀck. Den första vÄningen av huset har ett rymligt bekvÀmt vardagsrum med tillgÄng till ett stort dÀck omrÄde som leder till en privat pool. Den första vÄningen har ocksÄ 3 sovrum. TvÄ sovrum Àr inredda med kung sÀngar, och det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsÀngar.

Den andra vÄningen har ett vardagsrum, matsal och ett rymligt vÀlutrustat kök, alla med otrolig utsikt över stranden. Det finns gott om sittplatser runt baren i köket samt en rymlig tabell. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng med en privat badrum och en stor jacuzzi och ett separat steg i dusch. Det stora sovrummet har ocksÄ en egen balkong med utsikt över havet. Upp 6 steg frÄn denna nivÄ Àr ett sovrum med 2 tvillingar och en drottning sÀng pÄ med en halv vÀgg av glas som drar nytta av det omgivande ljuset frÄn takfönstret i vardagsrummet.

The house was perfect for my family., 6 adults and 2 children and a dog! Plenty of rooms and lots of things for the kiddos to do. Time went by too quickly. Hope to return soon! The owners thought of everything, baby gates, high chair no detail was left out!Next time maybe 2 weeks!

This is a fantastic house to stay in for a multi-generational group--our family had a wonderful week! We had family from 12-87 yrs old and there was always something for everyone--from bike rides on the beach, to hanging out in the hot tub or playing around the pool (and at the pool table!), not to mention beach access right out your back door! Marc and Paul are delightful, kind hosts who check in in-person to make sure you have what you need--it's a lovely personal touch! Their goal is clearly to make your stay a true, relaxing vacation. We would be delighted to stay in this home again and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, laid-back holiday in Hilton Head!

Great house and attentive owner/manager!

Our family had a wonderful week at 91 Dune Ln. The house is incredibly well stocked with beach and pool items, as is the kitchen. Marc and Paul were lovely and easy to work with, and they addressed the few issues/questions we had promptly and graciously.

This home is incredible for its location and value. We spent our vacation biking, swimming in the pool, and beaching. We are already trying to find another week to go next year!

Everything was first class. The house was beautiful, the amenities were wonderful from the shampoo and conditioner that was provided to the water chairs and tent for the beach. All of our needs were meet ! It was a wonderful week for the whole family.

Fun at the Beach

My family and I had a great time at the beach, swimming in the pool and riding our bikes to get ice cream. Marc, the owner, and Paul, the property manager, were extremely attentive and friendly. What a great place to create fun family memories.

Location, location, location

This house has the ultimate location. Paul and Marc take a personal interest in assuring that guests are completely satisfied with all aspects of the property. We had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, the beach and all the beach gear and bikes. The house is stocked with necessities and extras for the entire week.

Great Location

Home is in a great location within an easy bike ride to Coligny. Beautiful oceanfront views with a hot tub and pool and space to spread out.

Beautiful house on the ocean! This house had everything inside and out. We all loved the private pool, hot tub, and ocean. This house is perfect for a large family. Communication with Paul and Marc was excellent, and attended to our family's every need. A BIG Thank you!!

The property was well-maintained and well stocked with all the items we needed for the perfect week at the beach. Great experience all around

Great views from deck and living room. Really liked having bikes available and easy quiet riding area. Bedroom layout provided privacy for everyone. Probably the most well appointed VRBO we have every stayed at. Lots of nice details.

Family Reunion

This property couldn't be in a better location... the beach was spectacular and the pool was perfect. The bedroom layout worked out very well for our group of 10 adults and having the bikes on property made for some fun excursions around town. It was a memorable trip!

Perfect location, will definitely stay again!

We spend Christmas at this property and it could not have been more perfect. The location is incredible and you are on the sand in just seconds. Not having to worry about bringing beach towels and chairs was such a relief and we loved using the bikes to ride up to Coligny and on the beach. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and Marc and Dave are incredible hosts. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

What a view!

We are a family group of 8 adults and 3 little ones. We had a great week. The kitchen has plenty of equipment and nice tableware. The pool is a good size and the beach is a very short walk from the house. The manager, Paul, and the owner were very welcoming and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this property.
