Fantastiskt lägenhet vid havet: Kuleana 605 ligger precis vid havet på Mauis orörda västkust med underbar panoramautsikt över Stilla havet och de vackra öarna Molokai och Lanai.

Denna lyxiga lägenhet på bottenvåningen vetter mot Lanai bara 30 meter från vattnet. En privat grönskande grönskande gräsmatta är ALLT som står mellan dig och Stilla havet. Vackra uppdaterade boende väntar dig i denna avancerade enhet. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng i Kalifornien och inbyggd byrå. Det finns en extra bekväm drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Ett fullt utrustat kök och Lanai-middag väntar på dig. Granitbänkar toppar bambu skåp för att ge en tropisk känsla utan att "över toppen" tropisk inredning som finns i många enheter.
Badrummet är förtjusande. Den dramatiska duschen bjuder på en nedkylning efter en dag i solen; torkar av med våra plyschhanddukar.

Vår privata säsongsstrand ligger bara några steg bort. Medan du är här kan du utforska det fantastiska havslivet i vår privata snorkelvik som inkluderar en badstege. Kuleana är hem för en bosatt befolkning i Green Sea Turtle och sköldpaddasyn är nästan garanterat. Vi är också belägna på Au 'Au Channel där humpbackvalarna har sina barn och matar under vintern (december - april) ... otroliga observationer strax utanför Lanai.

Tillsammans med vår strand- och säsongsstrandstrand har vi också en magnifik uppvärmd pool. För de som gillar lite mer fysisk aktivitet, har vi en tennisbana med en storleksstorlek, en ny uppsatt skivbräda och ett bordtennisbord.

Våra grillplatser vid havet är obefläckade men om du föredrar att äta ute finns det flera restauranger längs nedre Honoapiilani Rd; många inom gångavstånd.

Förutom de bekvämligheter som erbjuds på Kuleana räcker det vackra landskapet med tropisk trädgård ensam för att ge bakgrunden för en hawaiisk semester som bara drömt om av många.

Heaven in Paradise

Perfect off site location for conference at Hyatt. Unbelievable ocean view, watched sea turtles and breaching humpback whales right off the lanai, extraordinary sunsets, pristine beach to swim in a few steps away, friendly and efficient staff, wonderful neighbors who BBQ’d together, amazing owner and propert was lush and well tended. Wanted to stay forever!

My wife and I have been coming to the island of Maui for close to 42 years now and it never gets old. Reeny made our extra couple days special. Her place has magnificent views of the whales and the turtles eating right in front of her condo. We hope to stay here again sometime soon. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.The Bauers

Paradise revisited

Stayed here before and consider this one of the best and affordable resorts in west Maui. Love watching the whales from the lanai while eating meals grilled on the bank of drills available. Owner is great to work with and her condos are clean, well equipped and recently updated.

Great Turtle Watching

We loved the ground floor to be able and walk out to the ocean. We saw many turtles and spouting whales. The staff was very friendly and we had very considerate neighbors! I have no complaints but plenty of wonderful memories!

Amazing location

My wife and I got away from the kids to celebrate our anniversary and this was perfect. Beautiful location outside town and big resorts, but close and easy drive to whatever you wanted. Quiet, gorgeous views every morning and evening right outside the window to the ocean- whales and turtles right there! Inside the unit everything was not amazing, but above average and totally worth it for the location!

Whales and Turtles Galore

This is s lovely property with very friendly and helpful staff. It's our first stay at this location on the island and the first time we've stayed in a ground floor unit. We highly recommend it! We walked out on the lawn to the ocean to watch turtles every day. And sitting on the lanai gave us a direct view of the passing whales. The property owner, Reeny, is very responsive and pleasant. This well be our go to places when we return to the island!

Wonderful property

We had an excellent stay in Kuleana 605. The check-in instructions were very thorough. The condo was very clean with nice appliances and a modern yet beachy vibe. The grounds were kept very clean and manicured. The folks working at this location were friendly and helpful and it felt very secure. The ocean decided to remove quite a bit of the sand in the northern beach area but the snorkeling was still great and lots of surfing going on just south of the property. It was surprisingly warm for December and were thankful of the AC at bedtime. We had a wonderful stay! A huge Mahalo to the wonderful people of Maui and their huge hearts!

No beach in front of the property but eaay access shoreline at adjacent property (not much beach). Staff not very helpful. Grounds maintained well.

Best place to stay in Maui!

This was our 2nd time at this particular property. We can’t say enough good things about it and Reeney, the owner. Kuleana is an incredible place to stay. If you get there and the beach happens to be washed out, it is still accessible and so much fun! We put our lawn chairs on the lawn and played in the water, snorkeled, and watched the sea turtles swim by. No matter the conditions. It is a great place to stay. The tiki torches at night is an especially nice touch. The unit is clean, comfortable and has everything that you will need, right down to the Tommy Bahama beach chairs! Mahalo

# 605 I believe is the best location in the complex. Views are great, I loved that the front door had a secure screen door you could lock so the trade winds could blow through the condo and we felt safe. The views are great with the sunset and the turtles were neat to watch come up on the shore each night. Its a quiet community I would say its more for couples or older people not small children or young active teens. Everyone was nice but older. Only thing I would add for convince is maybe a spray cleaner to be able to use while you are there to help keep the kitchen sinks wiped down and the bathroom wiped down. Condo was very clean and pleasant.

Great place to stay and whale watch

We liked the condo and it’s location. It was lovely being on the water. Cooking was a bit of a challenge with the small amount of counter space. But that’s obvious from the photos in the listing. I had expected I could snorkel and swim there. But the rocky shore prevented that directly in front of the complex. And it wasn’t possible to walk along the shoreline to the little sandy beach to the left. Property line fences prevent that. When we walked over from the road, the official path to the little beach was gated and impassable. We were told it had been deemed unsafe and “they” are trying to figure out how to fix it.

Relaxation with a gorgeous view

My husband and I finally came back to Maui after 5 years for our Anniversary. We got "Maui'd" on Maui 11 years ago and wanted to take a relaxing vacation with out kids, family or friends! This was the first time we have ever just relaxed with no plans except to snorkel right out front of our Kuleana condo! Unit 605 is only steps from the ocean with a spectacular view! Usually there is the small private beach, however the tide was high the whole trip, but that didn't stop us from snorkeling and visiting the family of Sea Turtles that are always there! Grant it we had to work for it by fighting through the rocks to get to them, but it was worth it for us. We also visited the local public beaches right down the road to snorkel. Unit 605 had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, clean and it was perfect for us! My husband and I grilled every night at the grill station a few steps from the unit with that beautiful view while you're grilling! The Kuleana always has the most gorgeous landscape and is always in pristine condition! We have been going to Maui for over 20 years and The Kuleana is the ONLY place we stay! Thank you Reeny for one of the best most relaxing vacations, my husband I had a wonderful time!

This is paradise!

The resort may not be the newest and largest, but you can tell it‘s maintained with love — and that‘s what really matters. The garden is lush and gorgeous, the pool area clean and spacious, there‘s plenty BBQ grills and a laundry room. Having a huge and well-priced grocery store nearby, just like a fish market and a food truck park, was convenient. Apartment 605 seems to have been newly renovated. It was nicely decorated and clean, it came with all amenities one could ask for, and the towels and bedsheets were amazingly soft. The apartment was a bit on the smaller side, but for two people the size was just right. What really made the apartment feel so luxurious was the fact that it was located on the ground floor right at the ocean-front, allowing us to have dinner facing the breathtaking sunsets over the ocean. Believe me, this view is priceless and we have never had anything like this before!!! The apartment even came with beach chairs, that we gladly used at the small private beach. Not only was this beach super convenient, clean and quiet (during low tide, that is), but it was a perfect spot of snorkeling and turtle watching. Seeing turtles was not a matter of chance — since it‘s a turtle sanctuary, we saw like a dozen every day!! The Kuleana Resort and apartment 605 truly are a hidden gem — cozy and gorgeous. We immediately felt like home and it was hard to say goodbye at the end of our vacation.

20 steps from the lanai to water!

VRBO pictures sometimes look a lot better online than in life. I can say with certainty the picture from the lanai to the water is completely accurate. The beaches are not huge, but they are very secluded and have plenty of space to spread out. It is also perfectly safe to swim/snorkel from. Each morning at high tide we watch 5-7 turtles come in to eat right in front of us! Amazing!

We were happy to return to the Kuleana Resort this year, and this time we had this ground floor condo. It’s nice to be able to walk out the sliding door directly onto the lawn to see the turtles in the water directly below. We’re planning to return again! Thanks!

Hello, fellow Maui lovers. I have been visiting Maui for 30 years. Originally we bought a condo in Maui through our business. When the opportunity presented to purchase my own property, Maui was the natural choice. I have 2 units at the Kuleana and I manage them myself. You will always be dealing directly with me. I live in Seattle with my family but visit Maui and check on my units at least once a year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

I own 2 condo's at the Kuleana. I love this property. I chose the Kuleana after looking at several properties. It has all the amenities of a luxurious high rise resort, but with an intimate Hawaiian feel. The grounds are impeccable and unit 605 was made to order. It is beautiful and if you wanted, you could arrive at Kuleana 605, unpack your bags and never leave the resort.
Everything is just outside your patio door: Seasonal sandy beach, inviting manicured grounds, private swimming and snorkeling cove.
As I look back on my search for a vacation home, I ask myself how I ever even considered any place else.
This condo is perfect....
