Overall great experience. The property matched the pictures. Communication with checkin and out was excellent. We never needed to contact the host. My only complaint is the water pressure was low in the showers otherwise I'd say 5 stars overall.

Our TV would not work as far as any cable, satellite or anything. I messaged them about it and never heard anything back at all! Great location. The boards on the decks are in real bad shape and there are screws sticking up everywhere. Loved the area but more than likely won’t come back to this particular house.

Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. I am sorry for the issues with the TV and for not responding to your message, as well as for the condition of the deck boards and exposed screws. Your comments are very helpful, and these concerns will be reviewed with the team so they can be addressed. I am glad you enjoyed the location and the area, and I understand your disappointment with the house itself.

My main concern was the comfort level. it was 1950s, wicker furniture with nails sticking out of it, not comfortable at all the beds had the old spring mattresses and did not sleep well. We had to go buy a topper for the bed just to get a decent night sleep.

The view was great. The water pressure for the shower in the room with the single bed was horrible, as well as the bed in this room was awful. The absolute worst! Light bulbs missing from lamps, ants in the kitchen, ants in the dishwasher, bed railing on one of the beds in the master suite needs to be addressed. Someone could get hurt and the bed railing needs to be covered. Door code for check in didn't work. They should also add more towels. We stayed for 3 days and they only had minimal towels. The ac worked great, washer and dryer worked great, downstairs shower had great pressure. Outside furniture needs to be replaced. Overall it was a decent house.
