Vår vackert inredda 3-sovrum, 2-badrum Southgate Village andelslägenhet, ligger en kort 5 minuters bilresa söder om centrala Moab, precis förbi Moab KOA. Beläget i ett lugnt område, ger vårt hem en perfekt tillgång till alla områdets bästa bekvämligheter - nationalparker, mountainbike- och vandringsleder, 4-hjuls äventyr och mer.

Vårt hem har en öppen planlösning planlösning, ett fullt utrustat kök med rostfritt stjäla apparater, en eldstad i huvudytan, en bottenvåning med uteservering och en gasgrill, och ett tvåbilsgarage med en utökad höjd huvuddörr, så jeep passar fint! Förutom garaget finns det utrymme att parkera upp till två fordon i uppfarten och gott om parkering i hela området för trailers och lastbilar.

Vår familjevänliga hyra ger gott om utrymme för barnen eller flera vänner. Det är den perfekta ökenresan med oöverträffad vacker utsikt över La Sal-bergen och Moab-randen.

Poolen och bubbelpoolen finns tillgängliga från mars till oktober. Poolen öppnas senare och stängs tidigare på året. Tillgång är beroende av väder och underhåll.

We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

Great space for your vacay in Moab!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, we really loved our rental! It had a ton of space (large bedrooms and good-sized bathrooms), and the outdoor areas were amazing! The location was great--quick & easy to get downtown (~10 minutes). While we didn't utilize them, lots of dog supplies were provided and there were tons of games and children's books.There were no kitchen trash bags provided (and there wasn't one in the trash can when we arrived), but they quickly brought some over for us. It also appeared not to have been swept/vacuumed or mopped, which was disappointing. We were also surprised that there were no tissues, lotion, body wash, or shampoo and/or conditioner.

Beautiful views and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the bedrooms and the kitchen table were beautiful, and the place was clean. We also liked the small bin of dog items, we used the blankets and bowl. Our one complaint was that it was a bit too hot to sleep. We opened the windows which cooled things down, but there was a lot of road noise. I then closed our window, but I kept hearing a bumping sound throughout the night (probably from a family members window but I'm not sure). We couldn't adjust the temperature because it was set to the lowest temperature allowed due to a possible icing over of the AC. But everyone else seemed to sleep well, so it worked well for my family.

Moab Jeep trip 2024

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

A piece of Moab

This house really blended in with Moab with its desert themed decors. Located in a good location with great views. Host responded very promptly with any question we had. I would stay at this location again if we return.

We had just one little issue and the management company responded right away, very easy to reach them. Would definitely stay here again. This is my second year here and it was a pleasant experience.Everything about the house is nice and convenient. Great location

We chose this property for its easy access to Arches National Park and Canyonlands (~15 minutes to Arches and an hour to Canyonlands). The property was immaculately clean. The master bedroom was spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the use of the garage (and the garage door remote that was provided— thanks!) Deducted one star from the overall score for a couple of reasons. The living room sofa was very worn, lumpy, and saggy, and should really be replaced. And the kitchen was lacking some essentials, such as a cutting board, liquid hand soap, and some microwave safe serving bowls and cookware. These are easily solved issues, though, and once addressed this would be a 5 star property. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The bed were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was perfect. The pool and hot tub were very close to the house and added to the experience. The views were amazing especially for the balcony upstairs. The only things I would recommend would be to freshen up the bar stools in the kitchen and the main couch in the living room since they are sagging. I would also add and freshen some of the dished especially the coffee mug and glass. Highly recommend this place !

Nice place, has all the stuff you need

This place had everything you need for a comfortable stay in the kitchen was particularly well equipped. It’s only eight minutes into Moab and his conveniently located. Our only complaint was the proximity of Highway 191 – it is quite loud and constant traffic.
