Vår vackert inredda 3-sovrum, 2-badrum Southgate Village andelslägenhet, ligger en kort 5 minuters bilresa söder om centrala Moab, precis förbi Moab KOA. Beläget i ett lugnt område, ger vårt hem en perfekt tillgång till alla områdets bästa bekvämligheter - nationalparker, mountainbike- och vandringsleder, 4-hjuls äventyr och mer.

Vårt hem har en öppen planlösning planlösning, ett fullt utrustat kök med rostfritt stjäla apparater, en eldstad i huvudytan, en bottenvåning med uteservering och en gasgrill, och ett tvåbilsgarage med en utökad höjd huvuddörr, så jeep passar fint! Förutom garaget finns det utrymme att parkera upp till två fordon i uppfarten och gott om parkering i hela området för trailers och lastbilar.

Vår familjevänliga hyra ger gott om utrymme för barnen eller flera vänner. Det är den perfekta ökenresan med oöverträffad vacker utsikt över La Sal-bergen och Moab-randen.

Poolen och bubbelpoolen finns tillgängliga från mars till oktober. Poolen öppnas senare och stängs tidigare på året. Tillgång är beroende av väder och underhåll.

We loved our stay. The property was very clean and in an ideal location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The house had tons of space for our family of 4 and we could have easily added 4 more to our party and still have plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Moab. The check in and check out processes were seamless. The only minor knock is there is not much outdoor space as shown in the photos, but this did not impact our stay as we spent most of our time exploring the parks & city.

Great space for your vacay in Moab!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part, we really loved our rental! It had a ton of space (large bedrooms and good-sized bathrooms), and the outdoor areas were amazing! The location was great--quick & easy to get downtown (~10 minutes). While we didn't utilize them, lots of dog supplies were provided and there were tons of games and children's books.There were no kitchen trash bags provided (and there wasn't one in the trash can when we arrived), but they quickly brought some over for us. It also appeared not to have been swept/vacuumed or mopped, which was disappointing. We were also surprised that there were no tissues, lotion, body wash, or shampoo and/or conditioner.

Moab Jeep trip 2024

Great property. Awesome location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room to park a trailer for a Jeep or a razor. The garage door is plenty high as well for a lifted Jeep. Works out great. Will rent again.

Beautiful views and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views from the bedrooms and the kitchen table were beautiful, and the place was clean. We also liked the small bin of dog items, we used the blankets and bowl. Our one complaint was that it was a bit too hot to sleep. We opened the windows which cooled things down, but there was a lot of road noise. I then closed our window, but I kept hearing a bumping sound throughout the night (probably from a family members window but I'm not sure). We couldn't adjust the temperature because it was set to the lowest temperature allowed due to a possible icing over of the AC. But everyone else seemed to sleep well, so it worked well for my family.

Great rental in a beautiful location!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this lovely duplex vacation rental for a weekend of cycling. Spotlessly clean throughout, fast WiFi, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, great deck, even had a bike work stand and tools! Excellent location for all sorts of riding as well. The owner, Lucy, was also great to deal with and is a fellow cyclist. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we come back.

Beautiful Moab Condo Close to National Parks

Charming, spacious, and modern 3bed/2.5bath unit, tastefully decorated. Our family very much enjoyed our stay here while we visited Arches and Canyonlands National Parks before heading south to see Monument Valley. There is an upstairs patio with views of the local mountains, also great for star gazing at night. Owner was friendly and helpful and even provided updates and directions on road closures. What a great place to stay if you're ever visiting the Moab area!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed with family and relatives in this wonderful home for 5 nights during spring break. What a wonderful place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Moab, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park! Kids loved the place and wanted to stay longer. Beds were very comfortable. All appliances and electronics were in working order. Lucy was very responsive to any questions I had during and before arrival.

Lovely spot

Amazing Spring Break in Moab

We had a wonderful stay in Moab at the Desert Oasis Condo. Everything was great. House was just perfect with plenty of room for our family of five. Kitchen was well furnished, beds were very comfy, and home was in a wonderful location just outside town. Beautiful view in all directions. Lucy was very attentive to our needs and easy to get ahold of. Everything in condo was in good shape and in great working order. Would stay here again. Hope to come back to Moab and stay at Desert Oasis next Spring break.

Absolutely amazing!

Our stay in Moab was just outstanding thanks to the wonderful home we stayed in. Super clean. Large enough for two families to share. Great bathrooms. Wonderful location right outside town with a great patio space that included visits from the neighborhood bunny and hummingbirds. The pictures don’t do it justice. Everything was organized and super easy. We would absolutely recommend everyone staying here and were really disappointed we had to leave. Thanks so much for allowing us to use your beautiful home!

Beautiful home in a terrific location

The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view from the deck is amazing. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay for longer. The house is right outside Moab and within 10 mins of the entrance to Arches National Park. Communication from Lucy was wonderful from the moment we booked. She was also very willing to help with suggestions and recommendations. Take them! She knows what she’s talking about! Thanks for a wonderful experience

Great place to stay in Moab

This was a very nice place to stay in Moab. When we arrived, it was very clean and accommodating. Great location. Plenty of extra touches that made our stay easier, and the kitchen had plenty of pans and small appliances that made it easier for us to cook many of our meals. The only problem we had was that the grill stopped working during our stay. The owner had someone over the next morning to look at it. Unfortunately, it needed to be replaced. We were able to work around this since the kitchen was well-stocked. I would definitely come back and stay here.
