Holiday Surf 701 har kakelgolv i kök och badrum med matta i vardagsrummet och sovrummen. Enheten sover 6 med en king size-säng i befälhavaren, två enkelsängar i gästrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Familjerummet och sovrummet ligger vid havet med balkong. Just Perfect

Everyone who worked there was so helpful. Our flights were very late arriving. Stephen (the night manager) was like an angel in the night. He was so pleasant and helpful. It was just a pleasure to be greeted by him. The complementary beach service was incredible. We just loved our stay and are planning to go back soon

First visit to Destin

This was our first trip to Destin and it was beyond our expectations. Gorgeous views of the ocean and it was wonderful to have your morning coffee on the balcony while listening to the ocean!

We have been staying at this property for the past 2 years and planning on doing it every year, we always try to get the same unit. Love the place, the view, the people. I highly recommend it. The personel also great people to accomodate your needs and fix any issues you have.

Destin holiday

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!

Great view

Twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were placed in a position that makes it impossible to open the closet so be prepared to move the bed a little. A cost of paint, some counter tops and a few things could really help this place. But it has all you need for a fun week at the beach.

Disappointment

The pictures online do not reflect the condition of the condo. It is in dire need of renovation. Several receptacles had separated from the wall and were downright dangerous, especially for kids. The kitchen cabinets and doors were frayed on the bottom. The mirrors had black spots on them and need replacing. The balcony furniture is old and needs to be updated. Lastly, the drawers in the dresser of the guest bedroom cannot be opened or closed without much difficulty. However, the resort itself is very clean and well maintained. Maybe another room would make the stay more pleasurable.

Destin Does Not Disappoint

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Condo was on the seventh floor and we had a fantastic view. The condo was very, very clean and met all our needs since you basically just use it to sleep and spend the day outside.. we did feel that it was in desperate need of updating both the furniture and different areas of the condo that needed touchup paint or new wallpaper in the bathrooms. The grout in the showers needed to be grouted. The icemaker did not work. There was no ironing board. All in all the unit was cool and comfortable, and we would stay at this facility again in the future however, we would request not to get this particular unit. There was A noticeable lack of decor, which would have definitely added to the aesthetic of the condo we appreciated the front desk personnel, who were very helpful. Enjoyed the free beach service, and the ability to rent movies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a small girls group of 5. We arrived at 3 and we're allowed our room right away. Loved that. Gated community, loved that. Staff amazing,loved that. The view of the water,loved that. Internet down for 1 day,understandable. Staff came to help next day,loved that. Carts at door for groceries,loved that. In overall we loved our stay. With that being said our room was dirty to the point of gross. There was a very large dark stain on the carpet coming from under the couch. When we opened the couch to make the bed the bed liner had brown stuff smeared all over it. There was crackers under on the floor. Some throw pillows also had brown smears. We had to call for a new bed liner. There wasn't one on hand so had to use a king size. I do feel if the carpet was better maintained and a better overall check of the room we would not have felt so harsh about the room.

Pleasantl and relaxing visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Holiday Surf Resort with my family several times over the years when the kids were younger. This visit was with another couple from even longer back. We had a very enjoyable stay. The cleanliness and staff friendliness was just as great as I remembered. The front desk helped us with ice, restaurant suggestions, and even the temporary loan of a wheel chair. They were so nice. Kristine, the beach gal was the hardest working and dedicated person I have seen in a long, long, time. She did everything she could to satisfy our beach needs, and was professional and pleasant doing it. I still can't believe how hard she worked to put everything out in the morning, and put it away in the afternoon. A very enjoyable stay, and we look forward to a return.

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

The Perfect Beach Condo
