We had a wonderful stay! First time in Puerto Rico and the accommodations couldn’t have been better. The apartment was exactly as advertised in a great location. We took advantage of Mar Chiquita beach just steps away, truly felt like paradise. Can’t wait to return someday!

We absolutely LOVED this condo and its location. It was exactly what we were looking for. Walk out to the beach, dedicated private bbq area, little boardwalk to the beach, large balcony overlooking the beach and super clean, roomy, and beautiful. The beds were the BEST - sooo comfy. And if the beach in front isn't enough, a short walk to Mar Chiquita will more than satisfy your needs. When we arrived, there was a party going on at Mar Chiquita, so we dropped our bags and went straight there. Lilly, the property manager and her husband were complete sweethearts and so welcoming. We plan to come back to PR in December and would love to stay here again if it's available. My husband is spoiled now after spending time here.

What a gorgeous property! The beach is secluded and so close to Mar Chaquita! I loved walking over to Mar Chaquita. Lillie was an awesome hostess. Our dryer wasn’t working and it got fixed quickly. I was able to use the dryer in the next unit until it was fixed. I would definitely stay here again my next visit.

We had a great time at Seaside, it was a Beautiful condo. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. We stayed 7 nights over the Christmas holidays and it was very nice. The only thing I would say that needs to be changed are the warped pans and skillets you cook with, other than that. It was great! The host made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Perfect Long Weekend!

Stayed at the property after attending a conference in San Juan . The area is beautiful and the property provided the perfect environment for a relaxing trip.The view from the property is amazing!

It would be hard to find a property more lovely than this one. Incredible views, beautiful beach, quiet, secure complex. We absolutely loved this place. Out of all the places we went on our visit to Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita was definitely our favorite!

Plenty of sun, beautiful views

We greatly enjoyed our visit, it was just as advertised. Lilly was wonderful and welcoming, the beach where we spent most of our time was steps away, Mar Chiquita beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. For those looking for a quiet beach getaway, highly recommend this place!

Absolutely Magical!

Highly recommend; this is a getaway where the photos absolutely match the experience. Lili is lovely, the views magical, and the location perfect, close enough to San Juan for a day trip, but quiet and right on the beach.

Great Stay!

Great property and great location. Lilly the property manager was available and responsive when needed for questions. Mar Chiquita beach was a short walk from property. Also highly recommend Playa Los Golondrinas which is a short drive from property! Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal, Peaceful Location on the Ocean

We found the location to be perfect. The neighborhood was amazingly quiet and the private beach was great. The unit itself was in beautiful condition and very clean. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation.
