Vår stora villa ligger på en lugn cul-de-sac utan bakre grannar och en vacker sjö / bevarande utsikt bortom poolen och spa-området. Vi har 5 sovrum (3 av dessa är ensuite) och ytterligare två tvåbäddsrum som delar badrummet, så perfekt för stora familjer eller två familjer eller en grupp vänner. Villan har ett riktigt välutrustat kök med diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn och full tvättmöjligheter. Vi har kabel & wifi samt ett spelrum med pool, bordsfotboll och airhockey för din extra underhållning. Det finns två vardagsrum och två matplatser för alla våra gäster. Det stora sovrummet har dörrar ut mot poolen som också kan nås från vardagsrummet också. Den omgivande landsbygden erbjuder vandring, vandring och cykling som ett alternativ till temaparkerna och området har också många golfbanor. Denna villa placerar dig perfekt inom räckhåll för alla de fantastiska saker Orlando har att erbjuda.

Beautiful home

We stayed here for our Universal trip and found it to be perfect. The drive was not terrible and the property was wonderful. The pool and 3 private bathrooms were big hits. The view is also very nice. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.

Nice house in lovely area. Easy access to Disney parks. Great pool. Property and furnishings a little tired. Property management team should check on cleaning crew. House was quite grubby in places and dishes and pots had to be washed before use. Owner was great. Always responded quickly to any questions we had and was kind enough to allow us a late check out on our final day which was great as we had four small children to organise. No pool table as advertised and table hockey machine was broken. Given these issues, would still recommend the property.

Wonderful place to stay close to Disney!

We arrived after dark, but the house had lights left on for us which was very welcoming. Master bedroom had a towel swan and bathrooms had toilet paper rosettes. There was plenty of room for our party of 8. Bedrooms were spacious! Pool was great as was the hot tub and we used those every day we were there! Directions and rules for the home were simple and straight forward. Very convenient to stores and within a half hour of the Disney Parks. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place for family

We enjoyed the house it was the perfect size big enough for everyone yet small enough to manage the pool was perfect there was one minor hiccup but property manager took care of it right away!

Love this location!

I really don't like to say too many positive things about this home for fear that it might not be available when we want to stay. This was our second stay and we booked for next year as well. I love the layout of the home, the quiet neighborhood, and the pool/hot tub. Sitting out eating meals by the pool and looking out at the wildlife on the lake are some of my favorite things to do. it is also fun to watch the Disney fireworks.

Problem with dryer resolved by great property manager. A lot of weeds around pool area. Flickering light in front master bedroom toilet room was annoying. Other than that nice place.

Family Vacation

The property was as just as advertised. It had plenty of space for our family and had a ton to do. The pool and hot tube were perfect. Great location- close to grocery store and different places to eat.

Nice relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as expected, pool area was amazing we watched Disney fireworks from pool deck, villa was spacious and clean everything we needed was provided, would definitely stay here again.

Great home in a great location

Perfect home for family trip. Loved the pool and view of the pond with Disney fireworks. Teens/yo ung adults enjoyed Disney and Universal. We visited Daytona beach, Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Lots of nice lakes around too

Perfect spot for a family Disney trip

We loved staying here! So spacious with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It’s the perfect house for a family Disney trip. The pool was our favorite part…my infant agrees! Home owner and manager were wonderful and responsive if we needed anything or had questions during our stay. I hope to be back!

Summer Orlando Vacy

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was perfect for making meals. It was in a great location for theme parks, grocery stores, and other needs. We will definitely be coming back!

Family Vacation

We are a Belgian family with adult children and the house was perfect for us. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures.There is enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and the table outside under the covered terrace. The house is very quiet and overlooks the water very nicely. We would definitely come back again.

Comfortable home made for a great stay

We spent two weeks in this home over Christmas, and it was great. We had a few minor issues, but the property managers took care of them quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation

Our family of 4 (boys 5 and 8) had a wonderful stay. We had an issue with pool heat the first day, but it was quickly resolved by Tanya and the management company. The house was clean, spacious, and close to Disney parks. Seeing the Disney fireworks from the pool/lanai was a bonus!

Beautiful home & great location!

Beautiful home to spend time relaxing and enjoying the pool. We traveled with another family and the house had more than enough room for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and had no concerns with anything while there. The pool area was perfect and allowed us to spend every meal outside and the kids to swim all day. We love renting homes facing the pond to watch the Magic Kingdom Fireworks and to try and spot alligators!We've rented multiple homes in the Orange Tree neighborhood and have always loved staying there. I will add this home does not come stocked with many/any of the essentials you'd need such as garbage bags (only the one in the garbage), had 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no dishwasher tabs/detergent, no laundry detergent but you are expected to start a load before you leave, and absolutely bare minimum hand soap. We absolutely expect to buy some of these items when renting homes but are used to at least some quantity provided and left our purchased items behind so hopefully the next renters had some! Either way, we'd absolutely rent this home again, that was not a deterrent just a heads up so you know what to expect when renting.

Perfect getaway

We went on vacation with our daughter, son-in-law, and infant grandson. The layout of the house was perfect for us. We each had our separate space but there was plenty of room to congregate together too. We appreciated the stroller and high chair immensely. The location was perfect, the pool was fairly private. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Now you can experience the beauty of Orlando with the theme parks fabulous countryside and amazing weather at our home.

We loved this property and knew we had to have it.....the views are amazing from the back and its on a larger than average plot with no rear neighbours. Its near to open countryside and shops so whats not to love.

You can enjoy the EPCOT FIREWORKS and Cape Canaveral launches from our back garden. Its on a beautiful tree lined quiet cut de sac and the views are amazing .... just imagine sitting having breakfast in warm Orlando sunshine with a lake view ...perfect!!
