Great Stay

Great property to spend on vacation. Safely gated, awesome little neighborhood with its own arcade/gym/bar/shop at the community house. Pleasantly located near all the attractions!

Perfect location

This condo is perfectly located to lots of shopping, restaurants and Disney parks. It was clean, pool was awesome and property was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay.

Snowbird retreat

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo was on the third floor (no elevator). Very well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Comfortable main bedroom king bed. Excellent WiFi and fibre TV channel selection. Gated community. Very nice Clubhouse, tiki bar, pool and assorted sports areas. A very nice owner who was always available to help. Would stay again.

Great Stay

We stayed 2 weeks in December. The unit was in a great location close to shopping and theme parks. A few small issues that were addressed quickly. We would definitely recommend.

Bowl Game Visit

Very nice master suite and large master bath. Comfortable extra bedrooms. Clean, well stocked, and a great location. We really enjoyed our brief stay.

Labor day get away

Condo is average, here's some useful info if you're considering staying here: could use some refreshing of linens, towels, etc - there was not a single washcloth in unit. Beds were pretty hard, 2 of 3 rooms no not have ceiling fans.

Need a Little Vacation Place

If you need an affordable little place for a couple friends to eat, drink and have some fun. The place is nice and the clubhouses has all the amenities vacationers could ask for.

Never again

There was a family who checked out the same day we checked in and the cleaning lady took 2 hours to clean the place. There was stuff left under the beds in the rooms, trash left outside the front door, crumbs on the floor and more and when we checked out we were charged for the mess that was there when we checked in. I do not recommend this property

Overall decent place to stay. Kitchen light didn’t work, couches could stand to be cleaned and had to call to get unit number as that wasn’t included in original email!!! Otherwise great location to everything we wanted to do and safe gated community!

Wonderful Disney Vacation!

Our family simply loved staying here for our recent Disney vacation. It was one of our favorite parts of an awesome trip. The condo was beautifully maintained, comfortable, and very relaxing after a long few days at the parks. The host was very responsive and took care of all of our needs quickly and with urgency. The location was fantastic and secured 24/7 which made us feel very safe. The distance to the Disney parks was fantastic and we definitely found a hidden gem which we can't wait to come back and visit again!

Poor communication and the AC was broken

We arrived to this condo and had to ask the owner for the code to get in. No communication prior to our arrival. Once we got in, we discovered that the AC was not working. It was extremely hot. We contacted the owner multiple times and did not hear back. We had to move our party of 4 to a hotel instead. Terrible communication from the owner. Very disappointed.

A forgotten Customer

The owner did not put me in their system, so I was not granted entrance when I arrived. Seems like its not a big deal, but when you have driven over 16 hours straight and its in the pouring rain, you are ready to get in and get settled. It took me over 15 min to figure it out. The unit number was not in the description. the Guard said he needed it as well. I finally remembered the owner and I had texted, so I was able to search back, find it, and call the owner. This was the only way I was able to get in. If we had not had this conversation. I would have been stuck. The guard was doing everything he could to help me. The only number we had went to a operator, and they would hang up on us as soon as we started talking. This happened 5 times. The owner finally put my on the list, and I was able to go in. The place it fine, but there were now wash clothes in the whole place, the air would not go below 70, the washing machine did not work, only 1 out of 4 burners worked on the stove, and the shower pressure in the small bathroom is weak. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean, so no issues there. I happen to have to leave my Trade Show one day to pick up a package. A guy was just walking around the place with all my stuff out. He was there to look at the stove, but it would have been nice to get a warning that someone would be coming by and walking around the place. I know there are worse places to stay for sure, but this was the worst VRBO I have delt with.

Great spot

Clean, comfy, nice pool, overall well appointed, and the AC worked great. Washing machine was broken which was too bad since we were at a sports tournament so had to hand wash uniforms but there was a dryer so not that big a deal.

Great Place to Satu if Disney Bound!

The condo is right down the road from the Disney Parks and numerous restaurants and shops. The condo was nice and clean and the property manager was easy to communicate with. We did get a little warm at night due to the ac settings and lack of good ceiling fans, but we are also very warm natured people. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Stay was ok

Checking in wasn’t smooth, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to contact the owner for her to “add” us. Bathroom door doesn’t have a door handle or lock, you can see right in, no privacy. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We bought our condo as a second home so we could spend more time in Florida and not living out of a hotel room. We are now lucky enough to live in Orlando and we manage the condo ourselves and ensure it is still kept to the standard that we would want in a home away from home.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We fell in love with our home as it is close to the clubhouse but one street away so you do not hear the noise from the pool, tennis courts and the kids playing on the basketball courts. The balcony has a lovely outlook to the water retention pond which is usually a great open space of grass. Sipping wine on the balcony whilst our son is sleeping in the bedroom and watching fireworks was a great escape.
