This updated and very comfy first floor condo features a large living and dining area with modern stainless appliances and furniture. A bonus is a small work station with a copier/printer and a shredder for your convenience. This property is well maintained and cared for with you, the guest, in mind. Almost everything you need is there and major retail stores for groceries, gas, adult beverages, and restaurants are 2 miles away. Disney and Universal within 15-20 minutes and most other attractions are less than 90 minutes including Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Tampa professional teams, and two beaches, Atlantic for surfing and the Gulf side for leisure. 5% off 7 days or longer. Excellent location fun for all.

We had a great time, the condo was clean and had everything we need/want. The clubhouse was awesome with the pool table and books to read and hangout. Definitely recommend this property.

Enjoyed staying here. The drive to Universal was not bad at all. And the beds were really comfortable. Nice clean place. Looks just like the photos. The host always answered questions in a timely manner and were really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time!

We chose this place because of how close it is to Disney Typhoon Lagoon. We enjoyed the pool and playground at the condo with our granddaughters too. The owner responded quickly to our questions once we arrived.

Great location for Disney Parks !

We stayed here for 3 days. Very convenient location for Disney parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. The property was very clean and well maintained. Heath and Natalya had given very clear directions for check-ins and parking. Prompt and great communication with them as well. We loved our stay !

Loved It!

This was a very enjoyable property. The pictures didn't show how great a property this was. Everything was new and fresh and set up in such a beautiful manner. The location was close to many entertainment venues and eating establishments. We loved it and we hope to visit it again!

Great condo - great location, excellent living space

The condo worked out great. The condo had a very large living room with plenty of seating (not always the case in rentals). The unit was clean and comfortable and was convenient to grocery stores and was a reasonable drive to Universal.

Close enough to be worth it

We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were great. We didn't stay in the condo much, too busy in the parks. Never took more than 15-20 minutes to get to the park. That was one of the biggest benefits for us.

The space was great, very clean. The being in the master could have been better, and most of the windows had broken blinds. Also, they were repairing the outside stairs right issue of the unit which was very loud early in the morning. I know that's not the owners fault, but notice would have been nice.

Much bigger than I expected. The condo was clean and there was plenary of supplies e.f. pots, pans, cutlery and dishes. The owners who are lovely and helpful left clear instructions which made arriving and leaving a breeze. The whole complex is well maintained and very clean no garbage. Highly recommend.

Quiet, comfortable, spacious condo and wonderful hosts!!

The owners, Heath and Natalya, were very kind and responsive throughout the entire process. Their descriptions of the condo's amenities and how to leave it when checking out are detailed and helpful. Their condo is exactly as pictured as well as incredibly clean and well organized. The layout and decor contribute to it feeling warm, inviting and spacious. The bed and pillows in the primary bedroom (only one we used) were amazingly comfortable. We had every convenience we needed for our stay, including a large shower!! The condo is in a quiet residential complex. The pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable: clean, perfect temperatures and surrounded by trees, so the setting is pretty as well as private. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this for your vacation, particularly if you wish to stay in Kissimmee. Kissimmee was a little off the beaten track for us b/c we went to see the launch at Kennedy and visit a friend in Winter Springs. If you aren't familiar with Florida, traffic can be heavy and we found ourselves driving for quite some time on our different trips. At the same time, the condo was so welcoming and comfortable, we always felt good coming "home" to it each evening. It was also convenient to have our own parking space right in front of the condo. For guests visiting Disney, this location would probably be ideal. Thank you. Natalya and Heath, for all your special touches and hospitality!

Great stay! Plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. 25 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando. Check in was easy and parking was good. Kitchen was great. Would stay here again.

We have travelled all over the world and we are fans of central Florida. We live in Arkansas and travel to Florida at least four to five times per year. Heath is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and has worked in the private and public sector in operations and engineering. Natalya is a Russian native and specializes in finance and accounting. We have children and truly enjoy the time we spend in Kissimmee at our property. We hope you will enjoy it, too. It is not just a property, it is our home. We treat it that way and hope you feel at home when you stay there and enjoy as much as we do.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This property was centrally located, had many of the features we desired and gave us the greatest amount of entertainment and travel flexibility without the worry of hurricane seasons or crowded beaches. We have the flexibility to travel to almost anywhere within a few minutes and usually less than one hour. If we want a change in scenery, it is within easy reach.
