Detta nyrenoverade, rymliga hem har en toppmodern kök, öppet vardagsrum med takhöjden, återvunna trägolv, stora sovrummet svit på bottenvåningen. Även på huvudnivån är ett rum som sover två, våningssäng rum som sover fyra, gästtoalett och tvättmaskin / torktumlare enhet.

Den färdiga källaren finns sovrum, badrum och vardagsrum. Perfekt för familjer eller flera familjer / vänner hyra tillsammans och för familjens med barnflicka. Huset har två stora utomhus däck, utomhusdusch, grill, möbler och havsutsikt.

Nära till stan liksom stranden och ligger på en avskild cul-de-sac. Varvet är 3/4 av ett tunnland så bra för barn som leker utomhus och det finns fem vuxna cyklar på egendom för att göra det lätt att komma runt staden.

Short springtime getaway

This is the perfect montauk home. It was a great size with multiple bedrooms/bathrooms. Updated throughout, with a beautiful backyard. Plenty to do in and outside the house too. The host Caroline is very personable and easy to communicate with. We will without a doubt be staying here again!

Memorable Montauk Thanksgiving!

We had an amazing time at Caroline and Peter's property! We came out from Huntington Beach, California to celebrate Thanksgiving with our daughter who goes to school at Hofstra University. The check-in process was seamless and Caroline and Peter responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our pre-trip questions, making it unnecessary to contact them during our stay. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and welcome postcard! Their home greeted us with beautiful natural light thanks to all of the windows and doors and felt light, bright, and airy while also being cozy! The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi nightly and we enjoyed the fire pit! The only thing we didn't realize from the on-line description was the proximity to the main highway, but it wasn't bothersome and we still enjoyed a beautiful view to the ocean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We easily got around the island with our rental car and enjoyed Montauk, East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor during our stay. Thank you for a memorable Thanksgiving with our family in your beautiful home!

Great house for a family trip

This house is beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it justice. You can see the level of detail and thought put into this house. It’s perfect to enjoy with a fairly large group with plenty of living space, indoors and outdoors. It’s also a great location, it far from town or the beach. We really enjoyed our time there and would stay again. One note, bring ice with you! For such a big beautiful house, there’s no ice maker, so pick up some ice on your way.

All you could want!

This was our second stay in Montauk this year this a different location than last month, this home had everything that you needed. This air conditioned house was modern and super comfortable with balconies off bedrooms and living area and great open views and the home is situated in a quiet neighborhood...the location is very close to beach, town and restaurants. If you need to get in touch with the owners just message them and they will get back to you right away. We had an amazing time and felt right at home here, don't miss staying here on your next trip. We look forward to staying here again ourselves next year!

Great house.. close to beach and town!

the house is immaculate, sunny and spacious n a pretty street. - we were two families with kids in their 20's and there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. Well equipped kitchen, really nicely decorated, everything was just as they said it would be. Easy walk into town and to the beach. Lots of outdoor space for hanging out and for eating.

Great newly redecorated and remodeled home. Great location.

We spent a wonderful week here in July 2015. The house is better than the photos show. Everything is brand new and this was the first season it was rented. There are two great decks. In front of the house the deck contains a large Weber gas BBQ. Works like a charm. The back deck is private and over the treetops lies the beach. Nice afternoon breezes on this deck. So relaxing !! Plenty of beds and closets. The master suite is large, with a great bath and walk in closet. Importantly, the house has central A/C; also wireless internet. The owners provide a very well written and clear list of instructions. There is a local house manager that we met. He was very helpful and available by cell phone with any questions. We received the house in exceptionally clean condition. There are three BR's on main floor. One BR has 4 built in very neat bunk beds. All the mattresses are clean and very comfortable. Furnishings are all high end and brand new. In the lower level there is a complete suite with living room, bath and BR. Great place to hide your teenager !!! The house is conveniently located on a cul de sac. Very quiet. It is north of Montauk Hwy and about 1 mile to center of town. You can walk it ...but it is uphill on the way back !!! The owners provide bicycles located in the garage. We had a glorious time and hope to be back next year.

Can't wait to get back to this house!

I stayed here recently with my boyfriend and my family and absolutely loved it. We just did a long weekend but it was a long enough time to fall in love with the house and make plans to book again this fall or next spring. The location of the house couldn't be better. We biked to town, the beach and all the bars and restaurants that were open. The house itself is stunning. The owners did a great job designing details like the bunk beds with individual storage shelves and plugs for USBs. Every room has a comfortable and cool feel. I would recommend this house to anyone and hope to do another stay soon.

Hailing from Ireland and Tennessee, we've made Montauk our new home away from home. We primarily live in NYC when we're not spending time here. We love traveling, adventure and outdoor/sporty activities.

We've poured a lot of ourselves into this home. Constantly making improvements! It's been a labor of love since we closed in 2014, and we'd love to share our homes with others. All of our renters thus far have had a wonderful time. It's a special place that we hope you'll consider renting.
