Vårt uppdrag är att tillhandahålla en lugn och lugn semesterplats där du och din verkligen kommer att koppla av.

Aqua sovrum: luftkonditionering, byrå, queen size-säng, garderob och badrum angränsande. Dekoren är tänkt att locka dig att sova bra och skapa magiska minnen - ja! ☺. Badrum: duschkabin. Hårtork, handdukar, tvål tillhandahålls. Strandstolar och badhanddukar förvaras i garderoben.

Solnedgång sovrum: luftkonditionering, queen size-säng, byrå, bifogat badrum. Dekoren är tänkt att smälta dig i sömn och avkoppling. Badrum: kopplat till rum, badkar / duschkombination med böjd duschstav för en rymlig duschupplevelse. Strandstolar och badlakan i garderoben i Aqua Bedroom.

Plats: Andelslägenhet ligger i östra änden av fastigheten, det lugnaste läget i alla Pacific Shores. Det finns väldigt lite fottrafik, inget ljud från poolen och en fantastisk utsikt över Mt. Haleakala.

Aktiviteter: Stå vid ingången till Pacific Shores och gå tvärs över gatan till Charley Young Beach och Kamaole Beach I, gå till vänster eller höger till god mat, avslappnad matsal, barer med eller utan musik, shopping, surflektioner, uthyrning av "saker" på stranden , glass och rakar is! Alla inom gångavstånd ...

Kök: Köket levereras med allt du behöver för matlagning och blandning av drycker. Granitbänkskivor ger en jordad och avkopplande känsla. Diskmaskin, spis och kylskåp är rostfritt stål. Det finns en frontladdad, stapelbar tvättmaskin / torktumlare.

Huvudrummet: Vardagsrummet ger gott om utrymme att göra yoga, dansa eller dra Euro-solstolen ut framför altandörren och titta på månen eller solen gå upp över Mt. Haleakala.

Miljövänligt: Miljövänliga rengöringsartiklar används så att du lätt kan andas. Vi använder endast doftfritt tvättmedel - bra för miljön och människor.

Convenient location & accommodations

The property was just as described, clean, and comfortable. The ACs in the rooms made it comfortable for sleeping. The walk to the beach was short and the beach was beautiful with gentle waves and swimming turtles. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

Beautiful place

Close to beach. Quiet neighborhood. Close to happy hour and food. Only thing we would have used is broom and dustpan. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the Grand Van Kleef

The property was very clean, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The Kihei location is central to all attractions and has all the amenities one could want. Steve and Cynthia were always very responsive. We hope to come back and stay here in the future.

Second stay

This was our second stay at Stephen and Cynthia’s condo. Both times we had a great time. The unit is in a great location with easy access to everything we wanted. The condo was also very well stocked with most everything you would need including toys, floats, towels and mats for the beach. Another plus is that there is almost no noise in the condo area!

Great location

Great location, clean and owners were very responsive. Only negative was the air-conditioning setup. The units could not keep the rest of the condo cool and the one in our bedroom was very noisy.

Great location for amenities and proximity to Charlie Young Beach

My husband, toddler and I shared this two bedroom, two bathroom clean unit with another couple and their toddler. We all love this location and having access to the pool is a great advantage with the two little ones. It's a quick walk to the beach and the property owners have thoughtfully provided beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and boogie boards. I'd give this rental 5/5 stars had we been staying without the kids. The only shortfall we found was that the dryer took a minimum of two cycles to properly dry a light load of laundry and laundry seems to be a must with kids😂 We weren't sure if the machine needed to be updated or if it's just the way it's vented in the building. Otherwise an amazing place to stay and we'd love to stay there again!

Many rules

Stayed 2 weeks. Easy access to Charley Young beach. On the 3rd floor with elevator or stair access. Kitchen utilities had seen it’s better days. Dirty sponges were left on the kitchen sink. Room air conditioners cooled the bedrooms quickly but had instructions to turn off in the morning and to keep the doors closed which was not mentioned on the booking. We had to turn on the box fan that was provided since there was no A/C in the hot living room. It was difficult to watch TV due to the loud fan noise. Laundry detergent that was required to be eco-friendly & fragrance free was not provided. A lot of rules made for a less than comfortable stay.

Maui trip

Our unit was very practical and perfect for what we needed. Air conditioning is a great necessity in this area and the bedrooms covered well.

Lots to offer in a small space

We were two couples staying here. The space accommodated us well, although it felt a little small for easy movement inside. The decor and physical upgrades were pleasant and fun. The beds were okay, and memory foam pillows work for some but not everyone! Some options would be helpful. The shade on the balcony is awesome for dimming the heat in the daytime, and the mini splits were helpful at night. The pool is lovely and nice to hang out, with warm showers down there too. Easy walk to the beach any time of day. Assigned parking spot is also helpful, as are the shopping carts to bring things upstairs. Four stars because of the tight quarters (for 4 adults), beds and pillows that could be more comfortable, and a couple of not-so-clean kitchen drawers/cupboards. The rest is great.

Nice Location near beach/restaurants

We had a great stay at this property. The only downside was my wife had to clean some utensils before using, because they had dried food on them, and there were few places to hang damp clothes to dry, but overall it was a great stay!

Christmas by the sea

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. The condo was quiet and easy to get to. The living room got a bit hot since the AC units were in the bedrooms, and our daughter was sleeping out there, However, the fan helped. There were lots of dishes and everything needed to cook (just bring your own spices.Would recommend staying here.

Great homebase for Maui adventures

Great spot near the beach and with available beach chairs and other accessories to make the beach visits more comfortable and fun. Convenient location to use as a homebase for various activities.

Fantastic location

This isn’t a luxury rental but it met all of our needs and the location was perfect. The air conditioning units were able to keep the bedrooms cool but not the entire condo. It wasn’t an issue for us, because we were gone most of the day, but the condo was pretty warm by the evening. The owners were easy to work with and we appreciated their suggestions and the convenient walk to the beach.

Great stay in Kihei!

The hosts were responsive and helpful. Apartment had everything we needed and is in a great location with the beach across the street. We loved the cinnamon roll place (in walking distance) for breakfast! Highly recommend and would stay here again!

4 Friends Annual Trip to Maui

Unit was great, well equipped. All amenities were as advertised Great location Very close to a great beach, close to many good restaurants, bars and food trucks Couch was comfortable, one of us sleep on it the entire trip. Would recommend staying here for sure.

Could be better

Check in is easy. No Advance notification that the pool and grill was closed until the night we arrived and was closed the whole month we were there. Refund was insufficient given the huge inconvenience this and other issues caused. Issues with termites in 4 places including kitchen and dining area. Broken cooler that was previously noted Older shower areas and broken toilet for a few days that caused a bad smell. Owner responded to bathroom and termite issue however the termites persisted. Had to rewash some cutlery and crockpot before using. Dusty air purifier and fan. Small coffeepot. Constant dust with door and balcony door open to keep it cool. Location is good.

Very nice stay

Location is near neighborhood shops but far enough off Main Street to be quiet. Short walk to beach which was very nice. Large construction project next door which was noisy and road work was inconvenient, hopefully work will be done soon. Lots of ants come out at night which was gross. House was modern and all the appliances you’ll need. Great notes and books about the area left by owner. Some beach stuff in closet which was great but chairs were kinda shabby. Overall stay was nice, place was comfortable, pool and grounds well maintained.

Great Stay!

Close to amenities and beach. Well equipped with beach equipment and children toys if needed. Was able to contact owners via phone when needed. Air conditioning was louder in one of the rooms but didn't affect our sleep much. BBQ was convenient on site - some BBQ tools would have been helpful (we couldn't find any) but we made it work.

Our condo is where we developed our relationship, created the beginnings of our adventures together and where we formed a deep and lasting bond. We've spent hours down at Charley Young Beach playing in the waves, laughing, loving and dreaming about future plans, all while we caught waves body surfing - yes! We feel so blessed to have met in our mid-40's, we thank the Divine daily for our meeting.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

What we love about our condo is the 'reverse sunset' - where we watch the ever-changing colors of Mt. Haleakala as the sun sets. The pinks, blues, purples, whites and oranges never cease to amaze us, especially when the full moon is rising as the sun is settting. When there is a full moon rising, we turn off all of the lights and we watch the moon rise as it illuminates the condo, all from the private comfort of our home. Truly breathtaking, touching the spirit in a a way that only nature can. You will see only nature and not large condo buildings from the living room.
