Hitta ett öppet duschkoncept i sovrummet med en bekväm dubbelsäng att koppla av efter en dag med att utforska den vackra ön Lanzarote. Gratis Wifi och A / C i hela lägenheten. Badrummet är utrustat med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Modern stil och nyligen renoverad lägenhet är 100% vad du letar efter.
Vakna upp, sitta på terrassen med ditt kaffe innan du behandlar dig själv med en tidig simtur i poolen eller havet. Annars stanna hemma på den soliga terrassen för att njuta av solnedgångarna medan du har ett trevligt Malvasia-vin eller bara sätta på dig tränare och njuta av en promenad längs strandpromenaden till den livliga staden Puerto del Carmen eller mot den vackra marinan i Puerto Calero. Fabulous

Great apartment. Very well equipped. Everything you need. Location lovely - although it is on a walkway and people like to investigate the properties when walking past. Pics of apartment listed are a little out of date. The shower is no longer in the bedroom but is now located in a perfect shower room/toilet. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in a utility room tucked away at front of apartment. I would highly recommend this accommodation. There is a pool for the use of the properties and a nice communal area to enjoy company if you choose to do so.

Superb apartment, location and propety owner

The photographs of this property do not do it justice. The apartment was perfect for our week long stay. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and with all the mod cons you could ask for - super walk-in shower, air conditioning, walk-in wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen, utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and TV with English channels (which we didn't watch). The apartment overlooks the harbour and is ideally located to walk into Puerto Del Carmen or, during the day, to Puerto Calero along the coastline. There is a small furnished balcony/terrace area at the front of the apartment where it is lovely to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and watch the world go by. Last, but by no means least, Oscar was a fabulous host - he met us on arrival and showed us how everything worked and was only a text message away and responded immediately to queries. The added extras on arrival were just the icing on the cake - a bowl of fresh fruit, a bottle of Cava and lots of little truffles. We have been going to Lanzarote for years and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed in - can't wait to go back.

Wonderful holiday

Hubby and I just back from spending a fabulous 2 weeks in this lovely little apartment facing the old town harbour in Puerto del Carmen. Due to Covid things were fairly quiet in the area but this did not detract one bit from our stay. The apartment is decorated very tastefully and was sparkling clean on our arrival where we were met by the lovely owner Oscar who showed us how everything functioned. He had supplied the apartment with a huge bowl of fruit, water, some chocolates and a bottle of Cava. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay (U.K. tv, Netflix etc) and we actually ate in quite a bit over the 2 weeks. The coffee machine was an added bonus and it got plenty of use. There were beach towels supplied & a very good quality hairdryer which was fab as we only had hand luggage. The air con was very welcome especially during the warm nights and there are even plug in mosquito repellents supplied. Although we went to the beach most days (there are small beach chairs you can bring with you) we had a few days sitting by the small pool in front of the apartment which was very nice. I have to say we were very sad to leave but we hope that when things settle we will definitely return as we really loved the location of the apartment and enjoyed our morning walks along the coastal path to puerto calero. It was also lovely to sit on the terrace overlooking the harbour every evening as the sun set whilst enjoying a nice tinto de verano.

Superb apartment & location

Oscar the owner made our week. We were celebrating our anniversary & a significant birthday. On arrival We were gobsmacked to find a cake wine chocolates & bubbly in the apartment. Thank you Oscar you went above & beyond. The apartment is beautiful with a sea view & only minutes to the old town. It's well kitted out with all you need, We will be back. Tim & Margaret

Wife’s 50th Year

Absolutely fantastic property ,had all mod cons and very modern and well set out apartment even had the shower in the bedroom which was different but a very good shower,the whole property had everything that you would ever need and the host Oscar was so helpful and friendly and will definitely be back here again in the near future , one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in 😍

Apartment was as described in the description. Handily placed for several restaurants, close to supermarkets, close to the harbour if you wanted to take sightseeing tours or a ferry to Peurto Callero, Would use this apartment again

Great apartment just as described. Oscar so helpful and kind.

Oscar was there to meet us on arrival, and showed us around the apartment which was just as described. And had everything you would have at home. Plenty to do in a the area , with lots of restaurants in walking distance , we also visited different areas on the local bus . On the last day Oscar sorted out a taxi for us back to the airport. Thank you Oscar we really enjoyed our stay.

5 star apartment!

As a couple this was the perfect apartment. A very modern set out with all the facilities you could need in an apartment! Prime location just a 5 minute walk in to the old town and if you walk right up the steps next to the apartment there is a lovely 50 minute walk to puerto calero. Oscar was very accomodating and was willing to be the one to sort out if we wanted to do any of the excursions. Perfect apartment for the perfect holiday.

Oscar was the most helpful owner we have come across He goes out of his way to make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. A fantastic aparment in a brilliant location Oscar the owner has thought of everything

Great location in the old town with lovely views of the harbour and sea The outside balcony is a continuous suntrap and there is plenty of nice restaurants and good bars within a short walking distance Oscar met us on arrival and shows us how everything worked giving us lots of advice He provided us with a fantastic bowl of fruit and a lovely bottle of fizz He was happy to help with hiring bikes and arranged a taxi to take us to the airport We will be back again soon Great holday

A lovely apartment with stunning views

The apartment was exactly as described and Óscar was the best host, meeting us on arrival and leaving us fruit, wine and chocolates. The apartment had everything you need and the view over the harbour was stunning. The pool, even though freezing was well kept and lots of sun beds were there for your use. We are used to Villa holidays so found it not as private as we like but the location made up for that. Great little restaurants in the back street behind, the flatboat was a favourite and also enjoyed drinks at the hole in the wall. We had a great new year week and would recommend Oscars apartment.

First Class

Oscar met us and went over everything in the Apartment. Apartment very clean and modern. Excellent location for restaurants and bars. Would recommend walk to Porto Calero. We have already booked for next year, as this is a home from home holiday, all the extras on arrival (wine, fruit etc) show Oscar does everything to make you feel he really wants you to be there and to enjoy his lovely property

A wonderful holiday

Should be 6 stars. Everything was perfect from start to finish

Thank you Oscar. Had a wonderful 10 night stay. The apartment was superb everything you could possibly need was there. The setting is perfect and lovely and quite. Fabulous holiday in a beautiful apartment , thank you Oscar.

Fabulous apartment, furnished beautifully, perfect location. Oscar met us at the apartment and showed us around including how to access the walkway to the harbour. The view was amazing. Pool area perfect , all very clean. Include 2 lovely neighbours, fab restaurants and bars , we couldn’t ask for more. Thank you .

Brilliant!

Oscar was great, we couldn’t ask any more of him. The apartment was great too, everything we wanted. Easy distance to Old Town but not too close it disturbs you. Will defiantly be back!

Great Apartment in Puerto Del Carmen Old Town

Beautiful apartment; looks exactly like the photos. In a fantastic location overlooking the harbour. Nice communal area, patio/garden and pool, which is great for relaxing and getting to know the neighbours, a mixture of fellow holidaymakers and residents. We were greeted on arrival by Oscar who provided a welcome bowl of fruit and bottle of bubbly and showed us how everything worked. He was even kind enough to let us stay on in the apartment into the afternoon on our final day as we had an evening flight, also arranging our taxi to the airport. There are lots of good restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity, our favourite being Casa Cabana for delicious food and the Hole in the Wall Bar for a chill-out and chat. All in all, we had a great holiday. Thank you Oscar.
