Lovely Apartment

Lovely apartment with gorgeous view. Quiet complex with pool, within easy reach of bars/restuarant and beach (5min walk). Supermarket on the corner of the gated complex. Apartment catered for all our needs and communications with the host were excellent.

Wonderful apartment. Great location.

Was a fantastic stay. Great comms from the beautiful Melanie, Easy check in. Our late check out accomodated too perfectly. Great view from balcony, all day sun and not overlooked. Has every thing you need. Comfy beds. 4 mins walk to centre of strip and beach. Clean communal pool. Excellent value for money. Definitely recommended this lovely place. Thanks for letting us stay.

Excellent apartment, great location, sea view

Lovely apartment, lots of little personal touches, the washing machine was great, toiletries left for us, cool bag for the beach, linen & plenty of towels. WiFi was great & the complex was so safe & secure. 5 min walk to the strip but so quiet and peaceful at night in the apartment. The view of the sea was beautiful, we had the sun all day on the terrace. Communication with Melanie was excellent and she sorted a taxi to the airport for us when we were leaving. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Puerto del Carmen

Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind optimal. Nicht direkt im Trubel aber wenn man möchte in kurzer Zeit mitten drin. Die Anlage und die Unterkunft sind super gepflegt und Melanie die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Hat alles super geklappt vielen Dank noch mal.

Schöner Ausblick und grandiose Aussicht

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem kleinen und feinen Apartment mit einem Mega-Ausblick. Obwohl Melanie im Urlaub war, hat beim Check-in alles reibungslos geklappt. Sie hat auf Fragen auch sehr schnell reagiert. Die letzten Tage waren aufgrund von Calima und gleichzeitigen Temperaturen von 37° etwas anstrengend - da hätten wir uns im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gewünscht 😊 aber das ist klagen auf hohem Niveau. Wir kommen im Mai wieder

Lovely bright apartment in quiet area

We had a lovely relaxing 7days at this apartment. The view is fantastic and balcony has the sun from early morning til late afternoon. Apartment has everything you need. Looking forward to returning. Melanie kept us informed and was very prompt with information.

a lovely apartment with amazing views .the reason for 4 stars is we didn't manage to have a good night sleep . every one has there own preference but for us the mattresses were a little thin .all in all a lovely stay thankyou xxx

All's well that ends well

The property fitted the bill for a fit and slim couple! - anyone with mobility issues would not cope with the stairs leading to the apartment and some people could find it difficult to negotiate the tight squeeze between the bathroom door and the sink just inside it. Overall, it was well maintained with excellent amenities. The views to the sea were marvellous and the location was peaceful and relaxing. The pool was a good size,very clean and the grounds were well maintained. The pre-visit correspondence with Melanie was excellent as was the meet and greet. She was also to hand if we needed her, especially during the coronavirus lock down imposed by the Spanish Government. The property was very well located with supermarket,shops,bars,restaurants,beaches within a short walk. Despite the closeness of the apartments the area was relaxed and peaceful. However, we did stay in early to mid March and many of the properties were unoccupied, so we don't know how this would affect the tranquillity and uncrowded feel if it was during busier period. Overall we would highly recommend this property for some winter sun.

A really lovely apartment with a fantastic view from the balcony. Everything was just perfect. The bedroom had very comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The shower room was excellent. The supermarket, beach and restaurants are all within walking distance. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and will definitely return when visiting Lanzarote in the future. S. Brand

absolutely fantastic

The apartment was perfect. Well appointed with full cooking facilities and an easy to use washing machine. The bedroom had comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. A really good shower in a modern bathroom. The lounge is small but lovely. The balcony has a wonderful view . My husband and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great position and lovely view

The Atalaya apts are very well situated and this apartment is close to the back gate entrance so not so many steps to contend with. The Balcony has sun all day. Apartment has most things you need and is clean with a great shower and comfy beds. Nice big fridge freezer too. It is worth warning that you need to supply your own beach towels. Also there are no English channels on the tv .. usually we can get world news . Overall I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to revisit .

Tolles Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage!

Wir haben für 14 Tage unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Der erste Eindruck hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Alles sauber, neu renoviert und nix runter gerockt. Auch das drumherum innerhalb der Anlage war sehr gepflegt, toller Pool mit Liegen und angenehm ruhige Mitbewohner in den anderen Appartements. Kinder waren soweit keine innerhalb der Anlage. Flachbild TV mit störungsfreien deutschen Sendern war verfügbar, ebenso ein superstabiles WLAN mit (ich glaube) 6000er DSL. Also völlig ausreichend für surfen und You Tube. Küche war voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so für ein paar schnelle Gerichte braucht. Nespresso Kapselmaschine ware ebenso vorhanden für den morgendlichen Espresso auf der Terasse. Der Ausblick ist einfach grandios!! Am Horizon kreuzt das eine oder andere Schiff und man kann einfach stundenlang dort hocken und aufs Meer schauen, keine Hotel Betonblöcke oder ähnliches die die Sicht einschränkt. Schlafzimmer war an der Nordseite, was den Vorteil hat, dass es sich nicht so aufgeheizt hat. Strassenverkehr war rein gar nichts zu hören. Betten waren auch mit 90cm angenehm breit. Insgesamt hat sich die Lage in Puerto del Carmen als sehr angenehm herausgestellt, man kommt überall schnell hin um die Insel zu erkunden. Weinberge, Playa Blanca, Arrecife, Timanfaya, alles innerhalb von 30-40min locker mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sparmarkt 100m entfernt, der nächste Lidl 3km. Perfekt! Strand und die Touristenmeile sind 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen und laden ein Abends noch ein wenig zu flanieren und um den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang zu genießen! Tausendmal besser als irgendeine abgeschlossene Hotelanlage. Für uns war es einfach eine ideale Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage. Wer relaxen und die Region erkunden möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Volle Punktzahl, ebenso für die tolle Betreuung von Frau Schmidt.
