Nummer 53 är ett 2 sovrum terrass hus perfekt beläget för Scarborough många bekvämligheter. Det är mycket nära till barer, restauranger, stormarknader, järnväg och bussförbindelser. Det finns inget behov av en bil men om du reser med bil och behöver parkering kan vi leverera gratis pass för gata parkering. Detta kan begränsas vid vissa tider på året, så du kanske inte kan parkera direkt utanför men de fria passagerna kan också användas i angränsande gator.

Huset har en bekväm lounge med plattskärms-tv och WIFI. Det finns en matplats för 5 personer. Köket är litet men väldigt välutrustat med alla vanliga nödvändigheter, spis, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, frys. Utanför är en mager till med tvättmaskin och ett litet bord och stolar. Det finns också en mycket liten gård!

På övervåningen finns en härlig dubbelrum med en annan platt-TV. Den har en speglad garderob med gott om förvaringsutrymme och en byrå.
Det andra sovrummet är mycket mångsidigt. Det har en byrå och en liten dubbelsäng (4 fot) som möjligen kan rymma ett par eller ett par barn. Det finns också en hopfällbar säng om dina barn inte är för angelägna om att bunka med sina syskon.

Badrummet är nyligen installerat med ett L-format duschbad, toalett och handfat.
Det finns mycket lite utomhusutrymme men det har en mycket liten bakgård och undercover sittande område. Sainsburys parkerar precis runt hörnet och Peasholm Park ligger en kort promenad bort.
Om den officiella ankomsttiden inte är lämplig för dig gör vi vårt bästa för att få huset redo tidigt för dig. Också om du reser med kollektivtrafiken kan vi kanske lagra ditt bagage för dig. Vi kommer att göra allt vi kan för att du ska ha en bra semester!

brilliant for Cleveland way walk

We needed somewhere close to train station and bus station so that we could complete the Cleveland way walk, brilliant, everything was there for 4x adults to enjoy a really good week, sadly the weather wasn't good every day but we completed our walk so all good and enjoyed, house gad everything we needed,- thanks

Relaxing Christmas Break

We enjoyed a few days of relaxation in this lovely old terraced house, just a few minutes walk away from central Scarborough. It was well equipped and cosy, we’d definitely consider returning 😀

lovely house, perfect location

the house is spacious, clean & comfortable in an excellent location.5 minute walk to town centre, 3 minute walk to train/bus station. beds were comfortable, kitchen is well equipped.we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.the host was good enough to let us check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated.communication was good with her with quick responses.

lovely house

about 5 minutes from the start of town and the train station. the buses go from outside the station. or just down the road. Julie is lovely she make sure everything is ok for you. as for the house it had everything in it, you would need for a holiday, we would go back , when we go to Scarborough ok.

Perfect little holiday home!

Clean, beautiful house within walking distance of everything you need! Ideal for our family of 5. Julie is the perfect host! Very friendly, fast communication and so helpful! Nothing was too much trouble, lots of information provided both before and during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Julie even offered to look after our luggage after check out, so we could make the most out of our last few hours in Scarborough before heading home. We're already planning our next visit! Thanks again!

Excellent rental

This is a lovely house in a perfect position. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. Decorated to a very high standard and so clean and fresh. Everything was in the house that we needed. And excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this house and will definately stay there again if we return to scarborough.

Excellent for a little getaway

As a family of 5 and with a small dog, we are picky about where we stay, but usually with limited options. This house was perfect for out little getaway. It was within walking distance of the main attractions, sufficient space for us all and was lovely and clean.

Had a lovely long weekend break staying at this property. Felt very welcoming with all that you need for a short or longer break. The location of the property is a short walk to the town centre and railway .The cleanliness of the property is spot on and the communication from the property owner was excellent. Great location & house

The communication with Julie was great and she always replied very quickly. House had everything we needed and was in a great location to get to both North & South shores. Some really nice restaurants Eat in cafe and the excellent Cow Shed. Parking is good as passes are provided and if you cant park outside there is always a space just a short walk away. Great getaway and look forward to using again.

lovely house ,real home from home ,has everything you need, Julie is tentative,she has thought of everything you may need while staying in Scarborough, from takeaway menus to places of interest, the property is ideally situated in the very heart of Scarborough in a quiet street ,this property represents value for money,the price you pay for a two bed house is the price you would pay for a standard room in a B&B We will definitely stay again , highly recommend Gail & Kev

Friendly, good owner communication. House clean but basic, requiring upgrading of facilities.

House clean and in good decor condition. Unfortunately mattresses were not comfortable and could be greatly improved with quality mattress toppers. Basic kitchen facilities, ok for breakfast and quick meals, may be challenging for families or four adults. TV watching limited and some quality upgrades would make a huge different to this little house.

Fabulous property, everything you could need, clean, centrally located

I booked this property for my grandparents to stay in on their visit from Northern Ireland. The house was immaculately clean with everything they could possible need for their stay, including the use of a washing machine if needed. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of town and there are plenty of shops close by. It is quite hard to find a parking space but this is to be expected as it is a busy residential street and they always managed to get one. They had an absolutely amazing time and would have loved to have stayed another week, they will definitely be back again.

lovely house with everything we needed. Central to all amenties in Scarbourgh.

owners left all information needed from places to visit to take away menus. owners were very responsive to messages and requests. could not of asked for any where better to stay. Would recommend 100%

Awful

I spent 3hrs cleaning before cooking hungry tired children their tea. This has been the worst experience of using holiday houses in 15 years. The kitchen was horrific. Appliances were filthy. A nice new bathroom and pretty decor hid old dangerous gas appliances and TVs that were useless. No wifi caused 2 days missed work. We will not be rebooking. Should you wish to see photographs prior to my cleaning I will welcome the opportunity to send them. For a disabled mother this was horrific start to finish. We stayed only because the heatwave caused every other property to be booked out.

Property serves everything advertised

No frills but everything one might need was available. It was clean. Very good location. Good value for the money. We managed to find parking space most days without issue. The only think I can critisize is the double bed lacking comfort as it seems worn.
