Fantastiskt boende, vackert inredda och vyer till golv utsikt över sjön skulle vara en bra start för att beskriva några av funktionerna i detta verkställande hem.
Hemmet är bekvämt beläget för att nå centrum av Como. På bara några minuter kan du anlända i hjärtat av Comos stad med bil eller cirka 10 minuter till fots.
Kvalitetsarmaturer och inredning kan hittas vid varje vändning av den öppna 5-stjärniga deluxe-lägenheten Loungen har 180 graders panoramautsikt över sjön och bergen med en medföljande balkong för uteservering.
Loungen har smakfullt utformats utan kostnad som sparats tydligt i det enorma matbordet, modernt utrustat kök och stor L-formad soffa med det öppna planrummet som är utformat för att dra full nytta av utsikten över sjön på väggen till golvet. Ägaren har noggrant utrustat hemmet med alla hemkomfort från bredbilds-tv, Bose-musikspelare, designerbelysning, möbler och mattor som är handgjorda i Italien.
