This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 (ages 18-60). The neighborhood was beautiful with lots of great places to eat nearby. It was a short walk to the metro and the Vatican as well as an easy (though longer) walk to the other side of the Tiber. We also heard the noise from the restaurant but it was very muffled with the windows closed. Also, I understand what the other reviewer said about the chairs scraping the floor in the apartment above. Fortunately it was seldom and only lasted for a few minutes each time. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

The property was exactly as listed, and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Eight minutes walk from bus stop, 11 minutes walk from metro stop. The restaurant next door, which we tried at the property manager's recommendation, was so good we at there twice. Lots of good dining options close by. Highly recommend.

This was a beautiful apartment and the Sc was a plus. Quite clean and well-appointed. Had just a little trouble with checking in (we were a bit later than specified and no one was there to meet us), but it was no big deal because there was a great restaurant next door where we had lunch while we waited to reconnect.

Close to everything and 2 great restaurants downstairs. It suited our needs as Ă  pied Ă  terre as we did not wish to spend time cooking. We were 5 adults on this trip

Vatican Proximity

We were fortunate to have had this property recommended to us. The reviews from previous guests made this property an obvious choice. The proximity to the Vatican and sights to see in this section of Rome were strategic to our visit. We highly recommend this host and the property to anyone with plans to visit Rome and its historical features.

Return to Rome

Perfect location and arrangement for our family’s return trip to Rome. So convenient to The Vatican and within a 30 minute walk to all of the sights. We found a market one block away to purchase what we needed to prepare breakfast. A lively cafe just below the apartment for evening cocktails.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect for visiting my daughter studying abroad and staying in Prati about a 10 minute walkfrom her apartment. Many restaurants, cafe and bakery’s in the area. Metro station nearby for our trip to the Colosseum. Short uber to Trevi Fountain and shopping.

Sehr saubere, grosszĂŒgige Wohnung an einer Toplage. Wenn man gut zu Fuss ist, kann vieles gut erreicht werden ohne ÖV. Einziger Wermutstropfen: der LĂ€rm nachts, der vom Restaurant kommt. Die App funktioniert in der Schweiz nicht. Veraltete schlechte Software!

Fantastic find near the Vatican

An absolute gem of an apartment located just 5-10 minutes’ easy walk from the Vatican City and just steps away from Cola di Rienzo, the fashionable shopping street, and only 10 minutes’ walk from both Castel Sant’Angelo and the famous Mercato Trionfale. The apartment has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with a small living room and a very well appointed kitchen, on the first floor (second floor to North Americans) with a good lift. The air conditioning (mini-splits in the bedrooms) worked extremely well, which made it a relief to come home after a day in the Roman summer. The restaurant downstairs can be loud but if you have the windows shut it is not too bad. Restaurants are a dime a dozen nearby but the restaurant directly underneath the apartment is excellent. Make sure to reserve a day or two in advance because it is extremely popular. There are grocery stores within two blocks and a tram stop nearby. The other main sights in Rome are on the other side of the river; a long walk or an easy cab ride. What’s nice is that after the insane crowds at the Fontana di Trevi or the Colosseum, you can retreat to a much less crazy neighborhood. Sabrina is a truly excellent host and not only arranged for restaurant recommendations, she also arranged transport from Fiumicino Airport and then to Termini train station in a large comfortable bus. Heartily recommend this apartment to families who need extra space and who want to do some self catering.

5 days in Rome

Brilliant location. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Evening strolls to nearby St Peter’s very atmospheric. The wonderful restaurant downstairs was wonderful until the early hours except on Sunday , but with the windows shut it was manageable. Would stay again

Perfect location

We were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see and do. It really is a terrific location so you don’t have to worry about a rental car or public transportation.

The apartment was very clean and conveniently located. Check-in was easy and the host was helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant downstairs was a little loud but manageable if you don't mind.

Great location , we walked to Vatican and so many great restaurants n shops .

The apartment was very clean and comfy. We had an issue with a leaky toilet . Problem was immediately resolved . We moved to anew apartment cross the street that was bigger n excellent . Overall a 5 star. One suggestion toilet seat in bathroom should be changed as it had a crack . Great overall . Loved the location 😁

Excellent host

The apartment was exactly as listed. The host responded to all inquiries within minutes. We arrived early and the apartment was still being cleaned but we were given the key right away and we were able to leave our luggage so we could explore the city. At our request the host set up a transfer to the airport for the day we left. The driver was very professional and helpful. Great stay overall.
