Det är dags att kasta bort dina bryr. Kom och njut av en familjesemester eller helgvistelse i vårt hem på Amelia South. Du kommer att känna dig hemma i vårt nyrenoverade och vackert inredda villa med glaserade köksskåp, bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror, hjärntak, porslinsplattor, skräddarsydda draperier, och inte minst kronformat.

Njut av bekvämligheten av första våningen med utsikt du normalt kommer från bara andra våningen och över. Steg bara 20 meter från balkongen till poolen eller bara 30 meter till strandpromenaden. Inte längre med stolar, handdukar och strandleksaker upp långa trappor eller väntar på upptagna hissar. Denna villa ligger mitt i Fernandina Beach bekvämt till många populära restauranger och bara en kort promenad till öns berömda "Surf Restaurant" (Utomhusrestaurang med levande musik och tiki bar). Vi är bara några minuter från det vackra historiska centrum Fernandina där det finns många specialaffärer, runt hörnet från många golfbanor, och bara trettio minuter från Jacksonville.

Denna enhet har två sovrum och två badrum med en queen size-säng och en klädkammare i master sviten, två dubbelsängar i det andra sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i hålet. Alla rum har DVD-VCR-kombinationer inklusive den. Den här enheten kan bekvämt sova upp till åtta personer. Property was in a perfect location and it was my anniversary so the host assisted me with having chocolate strawberries and champagne at the property upon my arrival. It was a wonderful stay. I will definitely utilize the property again

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very well stocked and conveniently located near both the pool and the beach. We especially loved that beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials were provided, which made everything so easy and convenient. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Amy was amazing to work with. Communication was fantastic. Responded immediately. Beach is in your face which is a great thing. The view was amazing. Outside balcony was perfect. Very hot so didn’t get much of a chance to use it. Place was very clean and all amenities were perfect. Very nice stay.

The “Crown Jewel” is a fantastic condo. It has close proximity to the pool and beach access. It feels like a home away from home. Everything you need for a fun vacation is provided for you to use if you wish. We will definitely be back soon!

We had a lovely stay. The place is nice and updated on the inside. Even though it is a ground floor unit, it is very quiet. It is directly by the pool and a short walk to the beach. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony at night or early in the morning to listen to the waves and to see the sunset and sunrise. The beds are very comfortable, and this unit offers all the little things that matter to people when they are vacationing. If we visit Amelia Island again, we will definitely try to book this same place.

I am teacher at heart! My husband and I grew up loving Amelia Island. Our dream was to one day own property there and create a beautiful place for people to have a Great getaway to relax!

Varför värden valde detta boende

Amelia Island is a very Special place to relax and unwind. You don’t get closer to the ocean than this! We are on the 1st floor so no stairs and a BEAUTIFUL view! That's why this property is the BEST around! As soon as you open the front door you will see the beach waves rolling in. You can lay on the master bed and watch the waves roll in as well. Furthermore, if you would like you can open the blackout draperies and be greeted by the rising sun....it is truly breath taken! We fill that we have a piece of HEAVEN on earth!
Also, we are just minutes away from the must see historic downtown. At night the glistening lights amongst the oak trees, brick roads and the most amazing restaurants is just what will cap your day off!
