Vacker, rymlig lägenhet på 3: e våningen vid havet med virtuella golv mot tak österut mot fönster i vardagsrum / matsal och båda sovrummen för att ge en fantastisk utsikt över havet. Kom, kom bort och koppla av när du njuter av havet i din trädgård!

Vi ligger precis söder om Main Beach i Fernandina Beach. På grund av detta är vår strand livvakt skyddad hela sommaren. Vi är bara 1. 5 miles från historiska centrum med shopping och restauranger samt en snabb promenad till ingången till Fort Clinch.

Vi har 2 sovrum, ett med en queen size-säng och det andra med 2 tvillingar som kan omvandlas till en kung. Det finns en bäddsoffa i queen-size i vardagsrummet så att vi kan rymma totalt 6. Det finns en lång balkong vid havet som är ett perfekt ställe att titta på soluppgången, se delfiner simma förbi eller bara sitta och njuta av havets ljud.

Best condo in the building

Clean and well equipped. Walking distance to dining and beach. Ocean front. Treated to a view of a submarine returning to Kings Bay.

Planning on next stay!

We absolutely loved this unit! Right on the beach, views from every window (except bathrooms), and right next door to the Sandbar (great for happy hour and yummy eats on the beach). The host, Kathy, was wonderfully accomodating. We will be back!

Totally Enjoyable

The condo was everything we could ever hope for in a vacation place, inside and out! Kathy provided us with everything we needed and she was so helpful and accessible throughout the week. We loved the comfort of the bed and livng room chairs. Our faorite place was sitting on the balcony! What a view! And the beach was right there so close. Great location!

Wonderful oceanfront unit in a great location. Easy to access Egans Creek for morning bike rides, and stop in town for a late lunch. Unit is well appointed, new appliances, comfortable beds, and all the comforts of home!

Great location and view

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was amazing with clean rooms and appropriately furnished and stocked kitchen. The view of the beach and ocean exceptionally nice. Check in was easy as was check out. I will definitely return to this condo in the future.

Amazing location and view

We loved this property - only wish we could stay longer to take advantage of all they provided (beach chairs, bikes, etc). Beautiful ocean views just down the street from town. Be sure to walk to sandbar and Salt Life restaurants and bars.

Location location location .... !

How often can we find a vacation spot on the beach where we are never more than a glance away from the magnificent ocean? Rarely. Not only is the view magnificent from the vast windows in the living area, but also from both bedrooms! For 12 years we rented a beach cottage on Fort Myers Beach several weeks a year only to have it swept away in the wrath of a hurricane a few years ago. We were heartbroken. Having always loved Fernandina Beach we were so happy to find this condo in our search for a getaway spot we could return again and again..The condo is immaculate, parking is reserved and undercover, and Kathy has thought of everything for the comfort of her guests. She was never more than a phone call or text away when I had a question. She's just an amazing host and I can't say enough good things about her.The only, and I mean only, drawback is the exhaust fan from the restaurant just to the left below the condo, But I love The Sandbar being so close that within a day I was okay with it. I mention it as others have because if you're sensitive to that, you need to know its there.Adding to all the positives is the close proximity of downtown and two really great restaurants within walking distance. Along with a beautiful beach as our front yard, it all adds up to perfection.And perhaps the icing on the cake ... the sunrises.

Perfect beach view

Great location! Open the sliders and listen to the ocean. Very quiet building, we never heard other guests. Nice new fridge, washer, and dryer. We found about 20 shark teeth on the beach. Owner fabulous to deal with!

Family end of summer get away.

Great location and plenty of room beach front. Do wish the restaurant AC was not so noisy and the roof quite so close. Excellent to walk places, close to town and lovely being beachfront. Plenty of room in the condo. Twin bedroom can get a little warm and fan helps. Owner very responsive.

Wonderful Beach Condo

We had another wonderful stay at this beach condo and have already booked again for next summer. I love waking up to watch the sunrise on the balcony. Location is perfect - super close to the water (no long never ending boardwalk walks), two restaurants within walking distance, and a short five minute drive to downtown area. I'm already counting down the days until next year!

It was a beautiful condo, well stocked and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. The only disappointment was not knowing a beach restaurant was in front of condo and we had to listen to their compressors 24/7. We couldn’t totally enjoy the sounds of the ocean waves. We did however enjoy the outstanding views and the location of the unit.

Amazing

Such a gem! Would love to give it a bad review so no one will stay there but I can’t. :) Location was perfect. Perfect view of the ocean. The restaurant air conditioner is loud but definitely got over it. Clean condo - everything you need. Downtown Fernandina Beach is awesome.

A Lovely Condo with beautiful Ocean Views

This was a relaxing and refreshing week for my cousin and me. We entered a very clean and spacious condo. We loved the design and layout, with ocean views from every room. The kitchen was well equipped, the furnishings were very nice and in really good condition, the beds were so comfortable: the queen was a sleep by number, the twin beds were firm, yet comfortable. The bathrooms had plenty of room, especially the master. In the main living area and dining room there were large windows and a sliding glass door providing great views of the ocean. Our host was always available and responded quickly. Though there is a restaurant to the front left of the condo, we still had glorious views and could hear the waves crashing on the shore. We would love to come back and stay here again! We so enjoyed our stay!

Horrible beds

The mattresses were awful and there was hardly any paper supplies( one roll of each) no trash bags or detergent. I had to buy my own and let the owner know!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach, and it did not disappoint! The beaches were not crowded and it was so nice to really be able to relax. The condo was perfect. I loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the ocean. The condo was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We had one issue with the TV in the guest room (my teen wanted to watch a specific show or we wouldn't have even worried about it!) and our host, Kathy, was great about helping us resolve it. The restaurant next door is a little off-putting at first (noise from the air conditioning), which a few other people mentioned in reviews, but honestly, after a bit we never even noticed it! Kathy has everything you need for beach fun- we had chairs, bikes, sand toys, body boards... it was so well stocked we didn't need to bring a thing! We loved walking on the beach at sunrise every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return and rent again!

Magical Christmas in Amelia Island

My family and I had an incredible stay here over Christmas. The listing was accurate and the condo itself was above and beyond our expectations. Plenty of space for the three of us, we could have had a few more people join and still be comfortable. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. All instructions were clear and Kathy was quick to respond to any questions. Best of all, we were merely steps from the beach which for my daughter was just magical! Waking up to the sound and gorgeous views of the ocean was so restorative. Our family enjoyed that this location on Amelia is a bit quieter than other spots, and it’s super close to Fort Clinch State Park which was incredible to explore! The building is quiet, clean and so convenient with an elevator, covered parking and just a few steps to having your toes in the sand! We’re so grateful to have found this lovely home. If you’re trying to choose between this and other listings, I highly recommend this gorgeous place! We are already daydreaming about our next trip!

Perfect!!

I’ve stayed in so many Vrbo’s in several cities and this one was the best. It was so well stocked and had everything we needed. Location was great. You have 2 restaurants, park, putt putt, basketball courts, skateboard park and of course the beach all within walking distance. Elevator was a plus! Property manager communicated with us before and after arrival. We didn’t have to contact her because everything was perfect. I was extremely impressed with how clean the place was. I was shocked with how well stocked the place was. We didn’t cook but if we did, they had spices and all sorts of cooking supplies. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and even 3 bikes. Yes the air conditioner from the restaurant did drown out the waves but just walk out to the beach! When you were inside the condo, you did not hear it. The views inside the condo were amazing. Loved watching the dolphins in the evening. Thank you for sharing your condo, our family made unforgettable memories!

I was amazed by this condo when we walked through the front door and immediately saw the palm trees and the ocean. I am still struck by it every time I open the front door! I also love that the unit itself is so spacious and open and has great views from all of the rooms.
