Magnificent SW Hayden Lake vatten-front hem 5 minuter från stan! 3 fulla sovrum och ett kontor / sovrum. 100 fot djupt vatten fasad nyare docka med 2 omfattas båt glider. 4783 kvadratfot multi-level lakefront hem med 3-bil garage med en vacker träslöjd hela, och en magnifik utsikt över sjön och bakgård uteplats. Kajak för gäster, snookerbord, och mycket av möbler ingår, samt kylskåp och nästan ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare (sett i bilder). Nyare trall och landskapsarkitektur för avkoppling eller värd för en stor fest. Great time staying there, Great host!

The property is located on shore of Hayden Lake. The room is spectacular! 180 degree of the lake view in the back yard. Clean room and nice bed! Its is perfect for a lake front vacation!

Great Location and with all Conveniences

Beautiful location on the lake. Rental had all the conveniences of home. Hosts were welcoming and clear about check-in/out expectations. We really enjoyed our time in the CDA area.

Great Place

This is a great place to stay and enjoy Hayden Lake. Owner was really good to deal with and accommodating. The place was clean and recently remodeled so it had modern appliances and decor. Boat dock is really nice if you're bringing a boat. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful property, mere steps from the lake. Well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. The host was very responsive and hospitable. We have family in the area and return regularly, so definitely hoping to stay here again in the future.

Loved loved loved this place! So well appointed and equipped. Our dog had a fenced in lake property yard too. It was dreamy for him and us for him to be off leash. Place is even better than it looks online.

A Beautiful Location

We had a wonderful time staying at Mark's Vrbo. He was an excellent host and was available for any questions. The unit has everything you would every need to have an enjoyable stay. And you cannot beat location, Hayden Lake is so beautiful. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful lakefront property

We enjoyed our stay at this property for a few days. It was wonderful being able to just walk out and enjoy the serenity of the lake. Mark and Savina, i can tell, take great pride in their home. The place had everything we ever needed and it was very clean. Truly a gem!

Dream House

If I could give more than five stars, I would. The views were amazing and the house was well kept. The hosts were very friendly and polite. They let us use their kayak, which was a lot of fun and my son-in-law fished off the dock all day. It is the perfect set-up and we would definitely go again.

We had a wonderful time and the location was fantastic right on the lake. Mark and savina were more than just hosts but very friendly and wanted to make sure you had a great time at their beautiful home. Vacation perfect

We wanted a place to call HOME while we visited with several old friends. We were genuinely pleased. Everything was working, clean and seemingly new. We didn’t want for anything. All sorts of items were available to us including fresh beans to grind for our coffee, and cream too. Chocolate bits and mints available for a pick me up. Even our little dog felt welcome. What an added extra bonus. Our hots were very kind and fun to visit with. We felt right at home and when we left for our own home we felt like we were saying goodbye to new old friends.

Vacation for all of our family

Just a note. Our family rented this home for July 2016 but due to circumstances We had to cancell. Just wanted to let everyone know that when calling Mark to cancell he was so awesome to help us get our deposit returned. He was able to rent it out again for the dates we had and I received the Refund check today. Mark is very nice and really cares about his clients to make sure they are happy.

AHHHH-mazing!

We wanted a mid-winter getaway from our cold Minnesota weather – without having to wedge ourselves into some crazy, high price beach scene in Florida – and this was just the solution! We awoke to the tranquil waters of Hayden Lake each morning, filled with waterfowl and early-morning fishermen. Even on the chillier days, we enjoyed the serenity of a fire in the fireplace and the sun coming up over the lake. We boated and kayaked and hiked numerous trails in the area, and the rental was the perfect hub for all of them. My husband enjoyed pickleball at several of the local facilities (including a few days of outdoor play!), and we took advantage of the wide variety of restaurants (and even an indoor farmer's market!) to spend time with our local family members. The price was right and the rental was beautiful. The hosts were gracious and our experience was wonderful!

Besides the fantastic views and perfect set-up for boating and enjoying the lake, it's located on the best part of the lake, the southwest corner, near the Hayden Lake Country Club. It's just minutes away from everything, including downtown Coeur d' Alene.
