Overall, the condo was lovely. Very nice to have carpet in the bedrooms, plenty of towels available. The kitchen was not as well appointed as indicated, so plan to bring things you really want such as extra kitchen towels (there were 2) something to clean dishes and a cutting board - there were 2 plastic ones that were way past their prime. Utensils were adequate and there was a corkscrew should you need it - a plus. Other than that, everything was good with the kitchen, plenty of space for personal items or groceries as many cabinets completely empty.

We regret that you felt the kitchen was not well stocked. We performed inventory in early November and we will take a look at the kitchen again this week. Our three bedroom units are stocked with 10-12 full sets of dishes and silverware. We wish that you had brought this to our attention, we would have provided anything missing. We do only provide two dish towels for a short stay, like yours (4 nights).

We had a great experience! The location was perfect! The view was amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed and we do alot of cooking! The full size crockpot was perfect for easy dinners after a day of beaching, shelling and exploring! We loved how close it was to the pier The rinse off stations were perfectly postioned and the pool and pool area was immaculate! The staff was super friendly! The only thing that was a little bit negative for us was cleanliness of the unit. We found a chocolate candy ball under the table, and a chip bag in one of the rooms (under the side table), and the outdoor balcont table needs a good scrub down, but none of that would stop us from coming back. The elevators are fast, and the walkways are spotless. The staff was amazing and the facility as a whole was perfect! It was also nice that there was a plug in fan! Overall THANK YOU for a great stay!! It was very quiet, and we met alot of really nice people!

It was a pleasure having you stay with us! We are so happy the 'extras' like the full-size crockpot and plug-in fans made your beach trip easier. Thank you for the compliments on our friendly staff and the facility's upkeep. We also want to thank you for the feedback regarding the piece of chocolate, small chip bag, and outdoor balcony table. While we’re glad it didn’t detract from your overall trip, we’ve used your notes to perform a deep-clean and refresh our inspection checklist. We look forward to providing an even better experience on your next trip to the beach!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautiful and a few steps to the beach. We had a beautiful view. The property manager was excellent - the a/c thermostat was kicking off and she was able to offer us a quick solution, it was repaired quickly, and the staff went above and beyond. I can not say enough great things about this unit and property. 10/10 recommend and will likely stay in this exact unit again if available

Spring vacation 2023

The condo was great! Very spacious and was exactly as listed. The kitchen was a little under stocked having no large frying pan and no measuring cups. There is one outlet on the west wall next to the hutch that only has one plug that works. We would definitely stay there again!

Hi Karen, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay. I wish you had let us know while you were here that some items were missing from the kitchen. We have extras on hand in our office on the 1st floor and would have been glad to bring you what you needed. We did go ahead and do an inventory of the kitchen and made sure that is better equipped for our next guests. Thanks so much for the review. We hope to host you again in the future!

Beach Colony 12 D

Our stay was wonderful! We had a great week. We had 7 family members together for the week. The only bump was that the kitchen didn’t have all we needed. We usually cook shrimp and only had a small pot. Other than that, no complaints. The view from the balcony was top notch!

Vacation 24

We had a great week! The unit is a great fit for our family! We had some issues with sink and bathtub in the guest room on the right as you walk in but plumber came and it was dealt with quickly. The floors were a little sticky when we arrived. Housekeeping came and steam mopped and that took care of the sticky floors on Sunday. We really enjoy your unit every time we stay there!

Great Gulf View, Plenty of Space!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the condo very much. Our kids both loved having their own room and bathroom, and the master suite was perfect for us. The living room space was also very comfortable to relax in during rainy weather. The view was fantastic from the balcony. This is our second stay at the Beach Colony and the property is very clean and welcoming. Our only cons were the lack of cooking essentials in the kitchen. If you want to cook during your stay, pack cookware, utensils other than silverware, and any spices you like to use. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and spacious

It was beautifully decorated. The view was amazing! There was room for our group of 6 to spread out. We brought plenty of kitchen supplies with us since we had seen several reviews that warned us it was lacking in the kitchen. The giant tv in the living room was a nice plus. Really the only negatives we experienced was the master bathroom shower had relly low water pressure and the master bed is VERY firm. I know that is a personal preference so i didnt take away any stars. We would stay again.

A beautiful piece of paradise

We had an amazing week at your property. Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival. Check in was easy and quick. The balcony was absolutely amazing. A couple of suggestions- the pillows on all of the beds need to be replaced- they are very flat. The kitchen has bare minimum- okay if your not prepping meals but other than pots and pans- no baking dishes and only one large bowl. The beds are comfortable but are hard mattresses. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us- we hope to visit again soon!!

So clean!

The property is as advertised. It looks exactly as the pictures portray. It was very clean, and that is saying a lot because I have very high standards for cleanliness. I would even say it was immaculate. The other reviews are pretty accurate also. The kitchen has most of what you need, but could be better. What was provided was suffice for our stay, so we had no complaints. I will add that the king bed in the master was very firm. I don't like a really firm bed and this one was so firm it mangled my back. My husband loved it, so if you prefer a very firm mattress this one is for you.
