Detta är vårt största och mest populära privata hem (cirka 4700 kvadratmeter). 13 separata sängar (2 Kings, 6 Queens, 2 Twins, +3 queen size-sovar soffor och 2 sex fot långa bärbara tvilling futons) i sina 7 sovrum, den och 3 vardagsrum (totalt 11 sovplatser) . Har också 5 bad. Ligger på över en hektar mark i slutet av en avskild väg (men bara 500 meter från huvudvägen till Keystone).
Nyrenoverade kök och bad med granitdiskar, kaklade duschar och nya skåp. Funktioner stort uppvärmt garage, öppen spis, 7 platt-TV, biljardbord, fotbollsplan, 2 tvättmaskiner / torktumlare på olika våningar, gratis WIFI, 2 stora vardagsrum, familj / spelrum, två kök (4 handfat / 3 diskmaskiner / 3 kylskåp) och sittande matsal för stora grupper tillsammans i samma rum - 12 på tio fots matbordsbordstabell, 8 mer vid köksbaren och 4 vid ett närliggande spelbord (med extra bord på de andra två nivåer och på omslaget). Nya full-size biljardbord. Handikapp ramp (inga steg) till de viktigaste vardagsrum (plus en ADA bad).

Utanför finns 2 asfalterade motorvägar, 3 stora däck / uteplatser (på olika nivåer) med 5 bord, en stor gasgrill och en 12-personig privat badtunna (10 "lång badkar) som gör att gästerna kan njuta av en avskild bergsutsikt, inklusive Keystone Night skidljus. Slutligen har vi lagt till en ny 12-sits brandpit område med utsikt över badtunnan och sledding hill.

Mountain time

Excellently decorated for the alpine experience. Clean and prepared for our stay. KFound plenty to do and places to eat. Even car repairs and emergency medical. This property contained many surprising little perks we hadn't had in other rentals.

My wife and I have visited the Summit County area for many years, normally in the fall. This is the third time we have taken our family to the area and hands down it was the best time. The home was outstanding in every respect. We could not have asked for a better facility, from the comfortable living space to the tasteful decorations. Our adult grandchildren and their spouses thoroughly enjoyed the many amenities (e.g., hot tub, pool table, fire pit, etc.) It was a once in a lifetime experience that our family will remember long after my wife and I are gone. Thank you for the memories.

Amazing Stay!

Don't hesitate to book this amazing house for your large family trip! It is fully stocked with everything you'll need from kitchenware to blankets and pillows. We had one maintenance "issue" while we were there and it was handled promptly without interruption to our stay. Highly recommend, and will keep on the list for future stays!

Family Ski Trip

The house was in a great location and is great for multiple families with kids! The host was very responsive when we had questions. It was very clean and had lots of entertainment for all ages, kids and adults, when we took days off of skiing. We hope we will be able to stay here more in the future!

Great place for large group

This cabin was perfect for our large group! We had kids of all ages and it was great for all. The home was clean and well stocked! The sledding hill and indoor games were all a hit. The location was wonderful as we spent several days skiing at Keystone. It is close to town but also so private. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Team House

A bunch of my friends from sea level flew in for a few days of altitude appreciation. From Timberline Lake to Mt. Lincoln, we hiked everyday, this house was a perfect place for our team to rest and recover, with the massive hot tub. The kitchen and grill made keeping our large group fat and happy very easy. And every bed in the place was comfortable according to the occupants. The houses location made every adventure less than an hour away and dinner out over 3 of the nights was less than a 3 mile drive. I would absolutely stay at this house again. thanks, Alex

Great Reunion Home

Our family of 16 ranging in ages from 1 to 75 enjoyed our reunion at this home in Dillon in the mountains. The space was 5 star with several areas to gather or play and a beautiful balcony. The kitchen was 5 star with an amazing array of dishes, utensils and cookware - more than needed. The best supplied kitchen in any we have stayed. The dining room table was large enough for breakfasts and we had dinner together on the main balcony. Management was also 5 star at answering any questions and responding to any issues. Our only issue was how hot it got on the main floor and top floor despite the many ceiling fans and a few stand alone fans. It was very difficult to cool these rooms especially the little bedroom space on the main floor that had no screened ventilation. Air conditioning would be great but I know we hit a hot spell as the days were all in the 80s. Location was also great as the house is very close to water for paddle boarding and a few minutes further to Keystone, the Frisco Marina and Breckenridge. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this home.

Big group

Every summer we take the family on a vacation. We are a big group of 17. It’s hard to find a place for all of us. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Everyone had a great time.

Wonderful but the Hot tub needed cleaning or chemicals after the 2nd day as it got so much use it started getting murky and dirty. Otherwise everything was fabulous

Great location for groups exploring the Keystone area

Great house, with lots of space and dining area for larger groups. Location was awesome with proximity to several mountain towns and opportunities to explore summer Colorado. House was fitted with a great selection of amenities and utilities, including all the things you need to make large and great meals for all.
