Andra våningen, renoverad strand lägenhet med balkong och
hisnande utsikt över havet. Det har utsikt över den stora poolen och kiddy
poolen. Du kan antingen ta en av två hissar en våning ner eller
bara ett steg av steg och gå direkt till poolområdet och sedan
EN ANNAN KORT 20 STEG PÅ STRAND OCH OCEAN.

Det stora sovrummet har en stor säng och ombyggda master-badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en madrass med överdrag och delar ett bad med det tredje sovrummet, som två singlar. Det finns också två utrullning barnsängar tillgängliga.

Det ombyggda köket har graniträknare och högkvalitativa apparater. De ombyggda badrummen har härlig ny kakel, badkar och armaturer.

De 3 sovrum har nya bambu trägolv med området mattor.

Vardagsrummet har marmorgolv med mattor.

Bethany vacation

The place was great. Owners were very responsive and polite to needs. Beds are comfortable, couch is big and comfortable to watch TV at night with family. Bath’s are clean. Kitchen and appliances including washing machine are new. We only used kitchen to warm stuff up and make apps. We eat out at Penguin for breakfast and at restaurants in Bethany and Rehoboth every day so we didn’t cook, but all nice. We also brought our own linens, blankets and our pillows so we put owners blankets/pillows in closets while there. Condo has full cable in rooms for TV, but we brought our Apple TV to watch on main TV with all our apps. WiFi was great! Our only issue is my daughters room a little warmer then master with AC. We used owners fans and kept door open while sleeping- Mainly back room with twins. Overall, place was perfect for us with view of ocean for coffee each morning. We love amenities of sea colony with tennis courts, many pools, workout facility and able to rent umbrellas/chaise on beach for week. Less to bring. We also bring bikes to ride daily. We cleaned and vacuumed daily so less work on check out. Thanks Donna and Bill!!!

Mother’s Day Weekend!

We had an absolute blast at Bethany Beach! This condo was perfect for our little family! We celebrated Mother’s Day as well as our 6 year old daughter’s birthday! We highly recommend this condo and will certainly return! The view was amazing!!

A Gem of A Getaway Place

We had a wonderful time here. It was neat and clean. The owners couldn't have been nicer. This is the 2nd time I have booked the property. I highly recommend staying here. I took my 87 year old mom and 86 year old aunt here to reconnect at the beach they both used to own homes at. They loved getting up early to watch the sunrise.

Golf weekend with the girls

Overall hosts were awesome and added some extra touches. Had a few hiccups with cleanliness but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with a clorox wipe. View was amazing and recent upgrades were appreciated. I would stay here again!

Great Stay at Bethany Beach

First time to Bethany Beach area and what a lovely town, really good restaurants and super beach. The weather was way too cold and windy but the beach/ocean was absolutely beautiful to watch from the large glass window/door in the living room and bedroom! Even with the wild weather, the grandkids still went out on the beach and even ventured into the ocean. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen! Updated bathrooms. Even had an issue with the washer and the owners were wonderful and very prompt in their response. Overall a grand off season stay.

Great Stay

The Condo was very comfortable, home like with a great kitchen. It has a Beautiful view of the pools and ocean. It is so convenient to access pools, beach, Sea Colony Deli, stores and restaurants that are walkable. Wonderful vacation!!

Property lovely. Working with VRBO was almost impossible. Sea colony had no one person avaiable to help navigate the check in process, parking process etc. Not a pleasant start to a family reunion involving 17 people & 3 units.

Vacation Review

This was our second time staying at Sea Colony (different units and landlords each time). Compared to last year, this year's check in was smooth and went well. The unit had an updated kitchen and we really liked the layout. Throughout the reservation process, the owners were responsive when my mother emailed questions. They were also very responsive when I had a couple concerns. The coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds left in the pot and it was hard to use on the k-cup side. For renting towels, I wasn't impressed with the quality and overall cleanliness could have been better. She was very responsive to my concerns and I know they do not have control over the towels the company uses. I would suggest having a broom there as that would be easier to sweep up the sand vs a vacuum. None of these issues affected our stay and we still had a fabulous time.

Great location

The location of this property was perfect - you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the main bedroom. It's an easy walk to Bethany "downtown" either along the beach or through the neighborhood next door - about a mile. The space is set up well with plenty of bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing for a large family to stay. The common area is well designed too. My struggles with this stay were mostly around clarity within the listing and provided for our check-in/out: - No sheets/towels are provided, and that is written in fine print in the listing. That adds up to a lot of extra things to bring, and I have stayed in countless rentals throughout the world, and this was a first. - They charge a "cleaning fee" which is fine, but then your check out directions advise that the cleaners only "disinfect/check for damage." That's not the same thing and I always leave places neat but I shouldn't be expected to vacuum prior to departure. That's what a cleaning fee is for. - The listing shows a checkout time of 10 am, but upon receiving our access instructions it says check out is 9:30! That's early, *especially* if you expect people to clean. - Check in instructions were two full pages printed of ALL CAPS TEXT making it incredibly difficult to read and parse out what you needed to know. We were also there in the "off-season", which had different rules. The host would be well served to use different instructions based on season, a bulleted list, and limit to essentials.

Immaculate and Beyond Expectations!!

Just Perfect

The property is so convenient and the amenities are great. Our 6 year old loved having the pools in addition to the ocean. The view from the balcony was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Very affordable for ocean front and family oriented.
