hisnande utsikt över havet. Det har utsikt över den stora poolen och kiddy
poolen. Du kan antingen ta en av två hissar en våning ner eller
bara ett steg av steg och gå direkt till poolområdet och sedan
EN ANNAN KORT 20 STEG PÅ STRAND OCH OCEAN.

Det stora sovrummet har en stor säng och ombyggda master-badrum. Det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng med en madrass med överdrag och delar ett bad med det tredje sovrummet, som två singlar. Det finns också två utrullning barnsängar tillgängliga.

Det ombyggda köket har graniträknare och högkvalitativa apparater. De ombyggda badrummen har härlig ny kakel, badkar och armaturer.

De 3 sovrum har nya bambu trägolv med området mattor.

Mother’s Day Weekend!

We had an absolute blast at Bethany Beach! This condo was perfect for our little family! We celebrated Mother’s Day as well as our 6 year old daughter’s birthday! We highly recommend this condo and will certainly return! The view was amazing!!

A Gem of A Getaway Place

We had a wonderful time here. It was neat and clean. The owners couldn't have been nicer. This is the 2nd time I have booked the property. I highly recommend staying here. I took my 87 year old mom and 86 year old aunt here to reconnect at the beach they both used to own homes at. They loved getting up early to watch the sunrise.

Golf weekend with the girls

Overall hosts were awesome and added some extra touches. Had a few hiccups with cleanliness but nothing that couldn’t be remedied with a clorox wipe. View was amazing and recent upgrades were appreciated. I would stay here again!

Great Stay at Bethany Beach

First time to Bethany Beach area and what a lovely town, really good restaurants and super beach. The weather was way too cold and windy but the beach/ocean was absolutely beautiful to watch from the large glass window/door in the living room and bedroom! Even with the wild weather, the grandkids still went out on the beach and even ventured into the ocean. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen! Updated bathrooms. Even had an issue with the washer and the owners were wonderful and very prompt in their response. Overall a grand off season stay.

Bethany vacation

The place was great. Owners were very responsive and polite to needs. Beds are comfortable, couch is big and comfortable to watch TV at night with family. Bath’s are clean. Kitchen and appliances including washing machine are new. We only used kitchen to warm stuff up and make apps. We eat out at Penguin for breakfast and at restaurants in Bethany and Rehoboth every day so we didn’t cook, but all nice. We also brought our own linens, blankets and our pillows so we put owners blankets/pillows in closets while there. Condo has full cable in rooms for TV, but we brought our Apple TV to watch on main TV with all our apps. WiFi was great! Our only issue is my daughters room a little warmer then master with AC. We used owners fans and kept door open while sleeping- Mainly back room with twins. Overall, place was perfect for us with view of ocean for coffee each morning. We love amenities of sea colony with tennis courts, many pools, workout facility and able to rent umbrellas/chaise on beach for week. Less to bring. We also bring bikes to ride daily. We cleaned and vacuumed daily so less work on check out. Thanks Donna and Bill!!!

Bethany Beach Sea Colony

Just Perfect

The property is so convenient and the amenities are great. Our 6 year old loved having the pools in addition to the ocean. The view from the balcony was perfect. I would definitely stay again. Very affordable for ocean front and family oriented.

Excellent location and host!

The condo was a great size to accommodate the 6 of us! Location was wonderful! We frequent Sea Colony but this was the first time for us staying in the high rises and it was lovely. The view was amazing! The condo is well cared for, updated, comfortable and stocked! Everything about it was perfect for our stay! Hosts were quick to respond to inquiries and the thorough communication and details made everything SO easy! We would definitely consider re-visiting renting with these hosts! Thank you :)

Vacation Review

This was our second time staying at Sea Colony (different units and landlords each time). Compared to last year, this year's check in was smooth and went well. The unit had an updated kitchen and we really liked the layout. Throughout the reservation process, the owners were responsive when my mother emailed questions. They were also very responsive when I had a couple concerns. The coffee pot had moldy coffee grounds left in the pot and it was hard to use on the k-cup side. For renting towels, I wasn't impressed with the quality and overall cleanliness could have been better. She was very responsive to my concerns and I know they do not have control over the towels the company uses. I would suggest having a broom there as that would be easier to sweep up the sand vs a vacuum. None of these issues affected our stay and we still had a fabulous time.

Beautiful place on beach

Unit and property were very well maintained and comfortable. Beach is a few steps away, as are pools. Balcony and master bedroom had great ocean and sunrise views. Minor inconveniences: although the kitchen was well provisioned with plates, pots, etc there was little room to store groceries. The third bedroom with two single beds is small. It wasn't obvious (to me) from the listing but this is in a high rise, one of 7-8 high rise buildings which share property, pools, beach access. This unit is on the 2nd floor, an easy walkup (we would not have wanted to take an elevator). The pools seemed crowded and we avoided them but we saw very few people going to and from the unit, and there was plenty of room on the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

Disappointed

The place was great and except the cleanliness. All of the furniture had a thick layer of dust. This was a real turnoff. The owner expects the renter to leave the place move in ready? Unfortunately this was not the case. I resent having to pay a cleaning fee and being expected to throughly clean the place. The listing stated that the cleaning people only come in to take inventory and sanitize?? If additional cleaning is needed, the renter would be charged. I always leave rentals clean but do not expect to have to dust and mop.The listing stated that there were minimal cleaning supplies. I was surprised that dishwasher pods, laundry detergent and sponge were not provided. When renting for a weekend, i would think that these basic supplies would be provided. The dining room tablecloth was dirty so we had to purchase laundry detergent to wash it.

Great location

The location of this property was perfect - you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the main bedroom. It's an easy walk to Bethany "downtown" either along the beach or through the neighborhood next door - about a mile. The space is set up well with plenty of bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing for a large family to stay. The common area is well designed too. My struggles with this stay were mostly around clarity within the listing and provided for our check-in/out: - No sheets/towels are provided, and that is written in fine print in the listing. That adds up to a lot of extra things to bring, and I have stayed in countless rentals throughout the world, and this was a first. - They charge a "cleaning fee" which is fine, but then your check out directions advise that the cleaners only "disinfect/check for damage." That's not the same thing and I always leave places neat but I shouldn't be expected to vacuum prior to departure. That's what a cleaning fee is for. - The listing shows a checkout time of 10 am, but upon receiving our access instructions it says check out is 9:30! That's early, *especially* if you expect people to clean. - Check in instructions were two full pages printed of ALL CAPS TEXT making it incredibly difficult to read and parse out what you needed to know. We were also there in the "off-season", which had different rules. The host would be well served to use different instructions based on season, a bulleted list, and limit to essentials.

Had to get VRBO involved after the owner, Bill, harassed me on my personal email after we left

Upon arrival, everything was as listed. I would have given this listing a 4-star review on that fact alone. Close to the beach, comfy beds, nice small living area, etc. Every surface was very dusty and completely green with pollen. Fine. As mentioned, you have to bring your own bedsheets, towels, paper towels, and toilet paper (which we did and left extra for the house). I went with three other friends (all women in their 30s) and we sat on the beach all day. Upon departure, you are to sweep, do dishes, take all trash out, etc. Which no problem - did that. Left the place as clean as we entered. EXCEPT one of the women staying with us pushed the two twin beds in her room together so she had more room to sleep. She forgot to push the beds back apart before we left but I can not imagine that’s a huge issue to tend to after a renter leaves. We left happy, had fun, and enjoyed our stay. However, the twin beds being moved is what leads to Bill blowing up my PERSONAL email in nothing short of what I would describe as an obsessive harassing barrage of unhinged emails. He asked if I pushed the beds together, I said we had & apologized that we had forgotten to push them back. He then begins to call me rude, inconsiderate, and proceeds to tell me had to make a TWO HOUR round trip to push the beds back apart (I asked why that was required when he had a cleaning crew who could easily do the same but he again called me rude, disrespectful, and incapable of owning up to my actions). He called me the “worst tenant or 2021 and one of the worst of his life”... which... no words. Then begins another flurry of emails (again to my personal email not through the app where they are monitored) asking where the “screen magnet” is. That we had stolen/destroyed/removed it (his thoughts). I had no idea what a screen magnet is but when I googled it I saw it’s some huge magnetic screen contraption that goes over a door. I can confidently say that there was NO such thing at the condo when we arrived. Anyways, he then tells me to send him $50 for this nonexistent screen magnet which apparently we either “stole or destroyed.” Nope. I reported harassment to VRBO and called his wife letting her know what was going in. I’m sure he will reply to this with a statement how EVERYONE else gave him 5 star reviews and that I am lying & destroyed his condo. I’m not and we didn’t. I have the emails saved & am happy to show them. My advice: rent from someone more mentally stable
