Great house for our family weekend. Easy walk to Bethany boardwalk and to the beach. House was well appointed with everything we needed. Check-in was easy and communication with host was superb. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat!

Great overall experience. John was great from the start, communicated everything clearly. THe home was spacious but furnishings made it cozy. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time! Oh and location was very close to everything. short walk or even shorter drive!

Convenient walk to Bethany

We enjoyed our stay, and especially the walkable location. The condo was nicely decorated, with a cozy seating area. We wished the beds had been softer, but the convenience of walking to the beach was wonderful.

Short weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. We found the house as described. Comfortable, clean house, clean sheets. The only thing I would add to the house is some towels.

Fantastic home and location!

Beautiful home comfortable furniture easy walk to shops, boardwalk, Wawa, and an amazing Italian restaurant and market! Well stocked with kitchen equipment and basic supplies. Easy to work with owner! We are already discussing a week long trip in the spring!

Parents get away

My parents who is in their 80s had a great time staying at this place with their friend couple. They said the house is very clean. The walk to the beach was great and the owner was very friendly and accommodating. It was five star from start to finish. Thank you very much.

Fun sweet 16 weekend!

I brought my daughter and 3 friends in celebration of her 16th birthday. We had a wonderful weekend, taking advantage of all that Bethany has to offer. The house was perfect for our group - roomy and super close to downtown Bethany so the girls could walk back and forth to town. The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were east to work with and very accommodating to our requests. I’d stay here again for sure!

Excellent visit, thank you

Everything was as advertised. The only comments/suggestions are to inform visitors of the need to bring certain items earlier in the communication with the owners. We needed to supply our own kitchen and bath towels and blankets, and while this may be VRBO standard practice (I don't know), many of us were traveling by air, some internationally and so to find out at the last 2 weeks or so was a bit of a challenge. All in all a great visit, great location and a good time was had by all.

We had a nice visit

The property was well kept and my small children loved it here. As a parent the walk to the beach was just too far as there’s a million things to bring for kids, while also needing to carry or walk kids with you. The parking tag really helped in this aspect. My only other wish was to have access to a Roku or smart Tv as there wasn’t many tv show options for kids. This didn’t take away from our experience as most of the days were spent on the beach or out of the home, but would have been a nice extra. Thank you to the homeowners for a seamless check in and wonderful stay.

Garfield Stay

Our family enjoyed our stay at Sean's home. it is decorated nicely and was just big enough to accommodate our needs. Sean was very responsive when we had a question or concern. There was a housekeeping hiccup when we first arrived and resolved within 2 hours. If I may add a suggestion regarding the information on the listing, the workout area is very small with a treadmill in a very warm porch area. It really was not usable in the very hot weather we had during our stay. But this is a minor thing that could use clarification on the listing. If I was able to give this place a 4.5 that would be my overall rating. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Couldn’t have asked for a better home!

Our family came to Bethany for a long weekend. We have stayed in Ocean view and also various condos in Sea Colony in the past but this was our favorite place by far. The home was absolutely perfect. Sean and Francis were incredibly helpful. The most helpful host! So unbelievably convenient to everything, Difebos half a mile in one direction and in the other direction just a couple blocks to the beach and boardwalk (sidewalks entire way). We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, to grab a cup of coffee or for a dinner reservation and not have to worry about parking. The home’s community is adorable and meticulously maintained. The home has beautifully done bedrooms and living area and kitchen. Much care was taken to assure visitors have all that is needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. For our next visit we aren’t going to search VRBO, just will check directly if this home is available!

We had a good stay in Bethany Beach. The property was as pictured and listed accurately. We of course stayed here to be walking distance to the beach with our three kiddos and it is absolutely walking distance; however you do have to cross a really busy street and after doing that for a couple days with three kids and all of the beach 'stuff', I would rather not have to cross that busy street. The home is older but equipped with everything one would need. Good bedroom space, but they could use new mattresses. The host was excellent and very accommodating.

Close to everything in town, walk about 2 blocks to beach. Easy to find. Wonderful facility, clean and well-stocked and maintained. Bright, colorful, easy to live in. Excellent parking accomodations. Will come again.
