Detta Àr mer Àn bara ett mysigt hem vid kusten; Det Àr en plats full av minnen som varar familjen en livstid. Detta Àr vÄr familj hem, med alla av oss med minnen av att komma till Morro Bay för att besöka detta hus i över femtio Är. Den ursprungliga Àgaren passerade fastigheten ner till sina barn och Àgs nu av barn och barnbarn till dem som byggde detta hem. Vi Àlskar minnen som bor i det hÀr huset, och skulle Àlska att ha dig som gÀst i familjen vid vÄr home away from home!

VÄrt hem har en fin utsikt över Morro Rock frÄn köket, vardagsrummet och balkong som löper lÀngs framsidan av huset. Hitta en bekvÀm plats att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe och den friska kust luften. TillgÄng till stranden Àr mindre Àn en mil bort!

VÄrt hem har nyare möbler, dekorationer och bekvÀmligheter för att skapa en bekvÀm och avkopplande atmosfÀr för vÄra gÀster. Luta sig tillbaka och njuta av din semester vid kusten!

Excellent location. Everything was clean and was well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet. Only thing that was unexpected is that the downstairs and upstairs levels are not connected from inside the house. This was not clear on the vrbo listing. Not a game changer for our party but might be problematic for a young family not expecting that surprise. We had a great time.

Family getaway

We were thrilled to find this property only about a month before our stay and thrilled it did not require us to stay a week. The property is older and the photos on the listing accurately show its age. The carpet is worn and decor is very dated but the upstairs was very clean and comfortable. The balcony railing seems a bit rickety. The downstairs bedroom is not accessible from inside the house which is okay for adults but would be more difficult with small Children. The downstairs bedroom smelled extremely musty and damp, the blinds are broken and very dirty and the bathroom is very small with an extremely small shower and rust stains on the walls as well as cracking paint. The beds and linens were all very clean and comfortable. My communication with the owner was excellent and the check in was very easy. We had a great time and loved the proximity to the beach and town.

Family short vacation

Me and 3 of my children and 2 son in laws plus 1 grandchild had a great time. House was wonderful enough room for all, much better than staying in hotels. We visited Hearst Castle, whale watched in Morro Bay, visited SLO, and chilled at Pismo beach! House is centrally located to many attractions! We will definitely do this again!

Rockin Good Time

If you like big iconic rocks coming through the window of your cozy vacation home, then this place if for you! Very well kept house that reminds you of being back at nana and papa’s house (except this house has cable and internet). Lovely spot to enjoy a weekend away!

Family Tradition

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect location just blocks away from our daughter’s house. We’ve been celebrating Independence Day on the central coast since I was a child, now on our 4th generation of tradition! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, great TV choices and Olan was delightful, attentive and quick to respond. We will certainly come again!!

Family Gathering

The property was perfect for us. We brought together family traveling from out of state via plane, train, and automobile. The owners were very helpful and allowed us an early check that was helpful as everyone arrived . The house felt home like and was very clean. The deck offered a view of the ocean and the street was very quiet. Thank you to the owners for making us welcome for making these accommodations available to us.

Chavez Family Birthday Beach Trip

I booked the property in Morro Bay to celebrate my granddaughters 21st birthday and my 70th birthday. We love the beach and vacation every year at one of the Morro hotels. To accommodate all of us and to save money I looked for a home instead of a hotel. This property was built in the 60’s and has a homey feel to it. I loved the kitchen/living room area and the closeness to the beach and restaurants. We were able to enjoy breakfast in a casual setting, see the Rock from the windows and the youngsters enjoyed playing board games in the living room. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the convenience of the laundry room was great. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was amazing. Everyone agrees that it was the best beach trip ever.

Nice location in quiet neighborhood

Our stay was nice, big enough for us to hang out in the living room with our kids. I wished the down stairs was connected to the upstairs from inside. The down stairs had a musty odor, but our teenage boys did not complain.

This is more than just a cozy home at the coast, it is a place full of memories that will last the family a lifetime. This is our family home, with all of us having memories of coming to Morro Bay to visit this home for over fifty years. The original owners passed the property down to their children and is now owned by children and grandchildren of the ones who built this home. We love the memories that reside in this house, and would love to have you as a guest of the family at our home away from home!
