Detta är mer än bara ett mysigt hem vid kusten; Det är en plats full av minnen som varar familjen en livstid. Detta är vår familj hem, med alla av oss med minnen av att komma till Morro Bay för att besöka detta hus i över femtio år. Den ursprungliga ägaren passerade fastigheten ner till sina barn och ägs nu av barn och barnbarn till dem som byggde detta hem. Vi älskar minnen som bor i det här huset, och skulle älska att ha dig som gäst i familjen vid vår home away from home!

Vårt hem har en fin utsikt över Morro Rock från köket, vardagsrummet och balkong som löper längs framsidan av huset. Hitta en bekväm plats att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe och den friska kust luften. Tillgång till stranden är mindre än en mil bort!

Vårt hem har nyare möbler, dekorationer och bekvämligheter för att skapa en bekväm och avkopplande atmosfär för våra gäster. Luta sig tillbaka och njuta av din semester vid kusten!

Family short vacation

Me and 3 of my children and 2 son in laws plus 1 grandchild had a great time. House was wonderful enough room for all, much better than staying in hotels. We visited Hearst Castle, whale watched in Morro Bay, visited SLO, and chilled at Pismo beach! House is centrally located to many attractions! We will definitely do this again!

Nice location in quiet neighborhood

Our stay was nice, big enough for us to hang out in the living room with our kids. I wished the down stairs was connected to the upstairs from inside. The down stairs had a musty odor, but our teenage boys did not complain.

Charming Property

We enjoyed the stay in Morro Bay. Home was clean and WiFi was strong. This is a three bedroom property but they are connected by external stairs.

Rockin Good Time

If you like big iconic rocks coming through the window of your cozy vacation home, then this place if for you! Very well kept house that reminds you of being back at nana and papa’s house (except this house has cable and internet). Lovely spot to enjoy a weekend away!

Chavez Family Birthday Beach Trip

I booked the property in Morro Bay to celebrate my granddaughters 21st birthday and my 70th birthday. We love the beach and vacation every year at one of the Morro hotels. To accommodate all of us and to save money I looked for a home instead of a hotel. This property was built in the 60’s and has a homey feel to it. I loved the kitchen/living room area and the closeness to the beach and restaurants. We were able to enjoy breakfast in a casual setting, see the Rock from the windows and the youngsters enjoyed playing board games in the living room. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the convenience of the laundry room was great. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunset was amazing. Everyone agrees that it was the best beach trip ever.

Family Tradition

We enjoyed our stay at this perfect location just blocks away from our daughter’s house. We’ve been celebrating Independence Day on the central coast since I was a child, now on our 4th generation of tradition! The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, great TV choices and Olan was delightful, attentive and quick to respond. We will certainly come again!!

Family Gathering

The property was perfect for us. We brought together family traveling from out of state via plane, train, and automobile. The owners were very helpful and allowed us an early check that was helpful as everyone arrived . The house felt home like and was very clean. The deck offered a view of the ocean and the street was very quiet. Thank you to the owners for making us welcome for making these accommodations available to us.

Overall great experience it would have been nice to have extra trash bags , and some storage bags. The drain in the downstairs shower is loose and needs to be fixed.

Celebration of Family

This home was perfect for our family time to come together to celebrate the life of a family member. The instructions were very descriptive which made check in very easy. The home had everything our family needed. Even enjoyed the sounds of a Friday night high school football game.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

Laid back Beach house

It just what we needed. Short drive or walk to the beach. Enjoyed the view of Morro rock from the living room and kitchen. Clean and comfortable laid back style. Plenty of parking in front of the house. Hosts were great on communication. Thanks!

Comfy home

Clean and comfy for sure! A little dated but it gave it character! American flag was missing though. Great view and quiet neighborhood. The bedroom downstairs with 3 beds and a bath is separate from the home. You have to go outside to come in main house. It worked well for us with adult kids staying down there.

Amazing experience

This is an amazing place to spend a weekend. The property owners are awesome to work with, very communicative, and very responsive to questions. Checking in and out was simple as well. The property is located about 2 mins from downtown Morro Bay. It's walking distance from a handful of restaurants too should you want to stick close to home. The home itself was plenty big enough for all of us. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, and one downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has its own bathroom, and that's where the laundry room is located as well. There is also a small refrigerator should you want to keep a few drinks down there. The main area upstairs includes a full kitchen, a spacious living room area, a full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Everything in the kitchen works perfectly. If you want to BBQ, there is one available as well. All in all, this is a great place to stay, and I look forward to booking again soon!
