Denna semester hyra lägenhet är loacted på den vackra våren matas Comal River 3 minuter från Schlitterbahn! Vi finns på River Run condos granne med Texas Rör och tvärs över gatan från Landa Rör. Offentliga golf är precis bakom parken. Gruene Hall är bara 3 1/2 miles och Whitewater amfiteater är 14 1/2 miles. Denna nyligen ombyggda ett sovrum stuga rymmer 4 vuxna och 2 barn med en queen size-säng i sovrummet, en queen size-bäddsoffa (inte en futon!) i vardagsrummet och 2 barn storlek våningssängar för barnen! Det kommer komplett med plattskärms-TV, kabel-TV, DVD-spelare, mikrovågsugn, brödrost, full storlek kylskåp, köksredskap, sängkläder, kuddar, badlakan och en mysig uteplats för att njuta av floden utsikten från.

Great place to enjoy New Braunfels!

Love the location, right on the river. So many things to do right there in walking distance. Great little comfortable apartment, and the management was excellent to work with. All I could have hoped for and more!

Great location, Dirty floors

Great spot, looked like listing, pretty. However, the bottoms of my feet were filthy dirty after walking around barefoot! Like the floors haven’t been mopped in a very long time. To the eye, they looked clean, but after walking around barefoot for 30 minutes the bottom of my feet were gross. Blackish gray! Not happy about that! Won’t be staying there again.

Propert had everything we needed.

Great location to comal and to town. Clean condo, king bed was really comfortable and kitchen was stocked with essentials. Pool was shaded and had a great view of river. Overall, perfect spot for all activities. The entrance to the river was perfect for about a 4 hour float with all of the fun river chutes about an hour into the float.

Float the river

This property is in a perfect location for floating the river. Very laid back and teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tube. With in a couple blocks of walking to the tube chute. The code was very clean. We would stay here again.

Late August - nice time to be on the river

Nice condo and pool to enjoy the river after most schools start the new year. We even ate lunch out under the nice shade trees. Light crowds and very convenient location.

We chose a very busy weekend

Last weekend before school started? This complex was pretty busy and crowded but it was the last weekend before school starts. Everything was as advertised; it is just that the pool was elbow to elbow and there was dueling music tastes. It made it a bit less desirable.

Nice but not worth the price!

I've stayed at other places before and for the price it wasn't worth it. The unit itself was nice. If I would add anything I'd say be more upfront about what's in the condo. Also for the price they should include some kind of shuttle service or even discounts for the river. There's 2 outfitters right across from the condo. Another bad thing about this place was out by the pool where all the pits are were no working lights. So while trying to BBQ we had to do it in the dark and use flashlights.

Our family travels to the Texas hill country several times every summer to vacation & play on the river. We enjoy tubing the river & going to Schlitterbahn. We do a little early Christmas shopping at the San Marcos outlet mall near the end of the summer. Purchasing the condo & being able to rent it when we are not using it was a great idea.

We purchased this property because of the perfect location in the heart of New Braunfels. It is on the river, walking distance to downtown & Wurstfest. We have tube rental companies right outside our gate! The condo is 20 minutes from the San Marcus outlet mall, 3 minutes to public golf & Schlitterbahn, 3 1/2 miles to Gruene Hall and Wurstfest is right around the corner at Landa Park

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This condo has a nice balcony view of the Comal River. With Texas Tubes & Landa Tubes right outside our gate you are moments away from floatation fun! Public Golf is 3 minutes away, Schlitterbahn is is 3 minutes, San Marcus Outlet Mall is 20 minutes, Gruene Hall & Grist Mill Restaurant are 15 minutes and you can walk to the downtown square where you will find numerous bars, restaurants, antique & craft stores, etc. We are in the middle of everything!

Did you know Paddle TX at Landa Park (just around the corner from the condos) has Mini Golf (putt putt) and rents tubes, kayaks, paddle boats & stand up paddle boards? Check their website for days & hours of operation.

Did you know NB now has an old fashion drive in movie theater? Check out Stars & Stripes.

TIP: We like to save money by floating in our tubes from the condo through the tube chute & we get out there. We walk back through the park & swim across the river and we are right back at the condos.

TIP #2 ?: I haven't tried it yet but I read online that Uber & Lyft can pick you up at the last tube exit if you float to the end. If you try it email me & let me know how it was.
