Rapids 104 is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that accommodates up to 4 guests.
Master: 1 King
2nd Bedroom: 1 King
Fully furnished with linens, bath towels, cooking utensils, a washer/dryer, TVs, and more!
Regular drip coffee maker and coffee included. The unit has a Kureig machine, please bring your own k-cups.
This property has charcoal grills for your enjoyment as well as direct access to the Comal River.
Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental!
Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex:
Restaurants: Spud Ranch, Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krauseâs CafĂ©, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse.
