B102 är en fantastisk ombyggnad bara några steg från en av de bästa stränderna i Kihei

Detta är en vacker renoverad lägenhet med ljusa färger. Dessa lägenheter ligger vid den främre delen av komplexet, en av de närmaste till stranden. Det har uppgraderats med alla nya möbler hösten 2013. Detta är den enda lägenheten vi har och vi har utrustat den för att vara extremt bekväm för vår familj och din. Badrum ombyggt i juli 2016 med duschkabin och ny fåfänga.

Det finns en king size-säng i befälhavaren med en uppgraderad utfällbar soffa i vardagsrummet. Soffan har en extra tempurpedic topp för extra komfort.

Köket är utrustat med alla nödvändigheter samt extra. Extras inkluderar riskokare, Ninja matprocessor och mixer. Det finns gott om kokkärl och porslin att ha vänner till middag.

Vi har tillhandahållit fyra solstolar, parasoller och andra badbehov för att ha en fantastisk dag på stranden.

Enheten har en helt ny (från juni 2015) högeffektiv split-enhet a / c samt takfläktar i vardagsrummet och sovrummet. Det finns tvärventilation och en sval havbris de flesta dagar.

TV: n är en smart TV med en DVR och netflix aktiveras för din njutning. Telefon inkluderar gratis lokala samtal till Kanada och USA. GRATIS WIFI. Trådlös router- eller Ethernet-kabelanslutning. Snabb hastighet för uppladdningar eller nedladdningar, inga begränsningar.

En programmerbar kassaskåp i rummet finns i huvudgarderoben för att förvara dina värdesaker. Kan programmeras med din privata kod eller kan använda ett körkort eller ett kreditkort med magnetlist för din bekvämlighet.

Denna lägenhet ligger mot framsidan av komplexet så det är lätt att komma in och ut ur lägenheten. Det finns begränsad fottrafik med lägenheten eftersom den inte är i direktvägen till andra lägenheter. Gångvägen till andra lägenheter är nära men går inte direkt framför vår enhet.

Nice condo in

The location is hard to beat—walking distance from gogeous Kamaole Beach Park 1, plus a bunch of decent cafes, bakeries, and ABC store as well. Plenty of beach stuff (chairs, umbrellas, toys, cooler, bodyboards, fins).Taking a point off for the disgusting state we found the pack-and-play crib in. Ut was all stained and in rough shape—hardly a place you would put a toddler to sleep. The owner, however, was very responsive and arranged a new crib for us before the end of the arrival day.

Fabulous location

Thank you for the use of your beautiful Maui home. We had a wonderful vacation and found the condo just perfect! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the complex is nice and well maintained. The location can't be beat and communication with the property owner was fabulous. We would definitely stay again. This condo is on the ground floor, so you don't get the views afforded by units higher up in this complex - but the benefit is less stairs and an easier walk to the beach, etc.

Absolutely perfect

This unit is perfectly located and thoroughly equipped. No need to rent snorkel gear, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, or beach toys-- it was all there, and more! A cozy bed with loads of pillows, blackout curtains, two blenders, a step stool, a small pack-n-play, and a surprisingly functional and comfy hide-a-bed were just a few of the homey touches that we enjoyed. The dishwasher and washer/dryer were nicer appliances than the ones we have at home. Kitchen layout was intuitive and functional (again, nicer than our kitchen at home). The turquoise decor made us feel like we were at the beach, even when we were still inside. The only bummer about the B and D buildings at Kihei Ali'i Kai is that the afternoon sun hits the lanai pretty strong, and that can heat things up in the afternoon, but Tabbi and Marc have mitigated this with a super functional full-length curtain and strong AC unit. We ran AC for a few hours every afternoon for nap time, and the rest of the time we left it off and opened doors/windows to enjoy a crossbreeze through the screens. The lanai has a nice hedge around it which helps with privacy (and/or escaping toddlers), but it's also crazy convenient to parking and the beach. We used a wagon to go to and fro, and it was so convenient not to have to worry about stairs or elevators. I'm already dreaming of a return trip, and I hope this unit is available again because I would re-book without hesitation! MAHALO, Tabbi and Marc!

I came to relax and just hang out for a few days. I really liked the location - great places to eat, good snorkeling, and decent surfing were all within walking distance.

Absolutely perfect!!

This property is well looked after, it was spotless and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of four. Walking distance to shopping, groceries and restaurants and is 2 minutes from the most beautiful beach. The host is very welcoming and responsive. We will definitely be staying here again. Very nice

Stayed a week and enjoyed the stay. Supplied with more than we needed for our stay. Had a little problem with the door lock but the deadbolt lock was more than sufficient. Bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was most useful.

Perfect getaway location

This place was amazing. It was clean, felt like a home, had everything we could need to enjoy our time there and the location was perfect. Close to the beach and food options but tucked away just enough so there was no traffic, it felt very private. Wish we had more time on Maui, will be back and would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean and conveniently located across the street from a great child-friendly beach. There were beach toys for the kids, boogey boards, beach snorkeling gear, chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Everything you could possibly need! Parking was easy and free. The host was communicative and instructions for checking in and out couldn't have been clearer. My family can't wait to come back and visit again. 5 Stars!!!

What a great place to stay! We enjoyed it very much! It’s very clean and spacious. The location is amazing - close to restaurants, ABC stores, beach… There are beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys in the unit - saved us from renting those! We will definitely recommend it to everyone for your stay in Maui!

Checkin/Parking

We had a one night stay, arriving in the evening. The checkin process was easy following the owner's emailed instructions. Parking can be a bit of an issue as there are two lots, one small lot near the owner's unit and another larger lot up the hill above all the units. On arrival, try to park in the lower lot or at least take your luggage to the condo unit from the lower lot. If there are no (non-owner) parking spaces available in the lower lot, you will need to park up the hill in the (non-owner) part of the upper lot. Another step is that you need to get a parking tag from the kiosk near the swimming pool, put part of it in your vehicle and leave the rest (with your car license number) in a box in the kiosk near the pool.

Easy access and walking distance to everything! Fully stocked and I mean fully stocked from kitchen supplies to toiletries (even a flat iron!) Love that snorkeling gear and all beach items were available!!!

Great location

Tabra was easy to deal with. Condo was well equipped with all amenities. Parking an issue occasionally. Seemed there were non guests using stalls close to room. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location! Above average quality and value.

After almost a dozen visits to the island I have settled on South Kihei as my favorite spot for an all-around great Maui experience. The quantity of proximate conveniences is almost overwhelming and the beaches are great, particularly for kids and swimming. This condo sits at the front of the complex, which gives you a short walking distance to S. Kehei Road and the beach. It also comes with a little more noise, nearby businesses, S. Kihei Road, etc... It is on the gound floor, which we used for access more often than the front door. The condo is above average in all regards, but fails to make the 5 star mark for reasons like: broken (and very cheap) kitchen garbage can, 2 rolls of tp for a 6 day stay, no dishwasher tablets, plastic cups, cheap pillows, etc... I could go on as I am a critic, but I think you get the picture. I WOULD recommend this rental to someone if you understand you are getting a 4 star accomodation. We are very clean people and this did satisfied us, but did not impress... again 4 star quality. The value is there. Pay more if you want more, but this condo delivers for what I paid for it. Also, the owner was very communicative and prompt when I requested a late check-out due to a cancelled departure flight, which she granted.

Great location.

Ideal access to Kamaole Beach 1. Unit had everything we needed. Pool was a little more restrictive with their rules than most places we have stayed at, but the owner was very friendly and helpful and the unit was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place in Kihei

Perfect location. walk to anything, would def rent again & again!! Very clean, comfy bed & furniture. The beach chairs & umbrella were much appreciated! Best umbrella when the trade winds perked up! I was concerned about the parking, had read a few reviews that mentioned this, I spoke to the owner and was told it wasn't a big deal, which she was ABSOLUTLEY right! "Hill" is a poor choice of words, lol! Regardless, we were able to park everyday in lower parking lot. Go!! You won't be disappointed!

My family and I fell in love with Maui on our first visit. We have wanted to have a little piece of paradise for ourselves. We bought our condo in 2013 and have enjoyed our visits to the island. Marc and Tabbi are your hosts. Tabbi is a nurse practitioner and Marc is an instructor at a local community college. We hope you will fall in love with Maui and enjoy your visit as much as we always do.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We had been to Maui several times and fell in love with this complex because it is nestled among great shopping, dining and beaches. One of the best beaches (in my opinion) in Maui is just a minute from the door. It is off the main road so it is nice and quite when you want to get away from the buzz of Kihei. We have stayed at several complexes and this is by far our favorite. It is quite and comfortable and close to all dining and shopping. The complex is very well maintained with an awesome pool area, beautiful grounds and a nice quite place to kick back and relax.

This complex has a pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, 4 grills as well as outdoor picnic area. We love this complex because it is well maintained and very nicely landscaped. The beach at the bottom of the hill is by far one of my favorites on Maui. It has nice waves for floating or boogie boarding. If you swim out to the left from the beach in front of the hotel there are always turtles and lots of coral and beautiful fish to view while snorkeling. This beach is a great for lounging, swimming, floating, boogie boarding, SUP or snorkeling.
