Heritage House är ett totalrenoverat hus på 6000 kvm som har delats upp i 3 två sovrum. Varje lägenhet är designad för att sova 6 personer. Alla lägenheter ansluts till ett centralt 3 våningar atrium så huset fungerar bra för större grupper. Varje lägenhet har också en privat ingång utanför. Det finns ett stort samhällsrum i huset som ger en bra plats för alla att samlas för måltider eller filmkväll eller bara för att fira att vara tillsammans.

Perfect for large Group

We enjoyed our stay. The space was perfect for our long weekend ladies retreat. Having the separate kitchens and the central gathering room made for a great time for meals and group activities.

Perfect for our family reunion.

The Heritage House is as advertised. The separate apartments allowed each of family units to be in their own space. The location is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Yet it is quite. John is responsive and very accommodating.

Fantastic place for a large group

My children and grandchildren joined us for our first trip to Geneva Lake. I'm so glad we choose this location (Fontana-on-Lake-Geneva) as it was much more quiet than the other side of the lake that has all of the shops, traffic and tourists. The large family room was the location for our meals, singing, games and memories. The separate apartments allowed individual family units some privacy away from the larger group and the little ones to take their naps. If you're looking for a quiet gathering and some "family time", this place is it!

Lots of space near the lake

We loved Heritage House for our family gathering. Thirteen of us were able to be together and yet have separate space. The house is well equipped, and the location was perfect for our 4th of July weekend stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. This was a great place for us.

Perfect for a multigenerational family gathering.

Heritage House was the perfect place for our family gathering, quirky yet functional. Each family group had it's own apartment yet we had a central place for all to gather. The treehouse was especially fun for the children! We were only there for 2 nights for a family wedding ann needed a longer stay to take full advantage of all the spaces and amenities Heritage House had to offer.

Perfect

This place was perfect for my bachelorette party! It had 4 different kitchens to help us prepare food and we even had a little party room! Enough space for everyone to have a bed and sleep comfortably. 10/10 would go again if I needed a lot of space!

Great Place.

11 Women from all over the US have kept in touch since university days years ago. We gathered, mixed and mingled in the kitchen and 2 living areas, catching up on families, jobs and travels. We ventured out to eat ice cream from the corner store and took a lake tour. Walked the neighborhood down to the lake and tried enjoyed sandwiches from Chucks. Great place!

Loved the deck so much. We were outside every day. Large home enough space to get away if you needed to and still have meals together. We needed more beach passes but love the neighborhood and beach and restaurants were great. Coming back‼️

Perfect for large groups

This place is awesome! I had a group of 10-12 stay here for a wedding at the Abbey. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each apartment had their own kitchens, common area, etc. The outdoor sitting area is also nice to have. The only thing I would say is the Wifi is not the greatest, did not connect to anyone's phone in our group. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone who has a large group and wants to all stay together. Thank you for everything John!

Too short but very sweet stay

Quiet area. Great set up for our large family. It's three apartments with some good common space. Easy walk to downtown and the beach if your littles are up for the task (read strollers). Ground level two bedroom suites then two upstairs. The home is very clean and has what you need to be comfortable. Great deck outside lower kitchen. Ate most meals out there. Lake Geneva is a beautiful clean lake. We were there everyday. Bring beach towels. A couple of good kid parks nearby, coffee shop, ice cream, pizza, etc. Easy to roam to other nearby towns. Was grateful for how well it suited our needs to be separate and together. Enjoy!

Great For Large Groups

The property was large enough to accommodate our extended family group. Kitchens were adequately stocked, although we ended up using the Boat House kitchen as it was on the first floor. The Gathering Room was large enough for group meals and games and conversation. The teens and young adults in our group enjoyed the foyer area for their own space. The Boat House suite set up was the best - on the first floor and had a master suite. The Heritage Suite had a similar set up with a master suite, but was on the second floor. The Tree House suite was the most ‘quirky’. The loft was a definite plus, and served as an extra bedroom for us. There was only one bathroom in that suite and one of the bedrooms was a ‘pass-through’ to the rest of the suite. But we made it work. The beach passes were a nice touch, and many members of our group used them. Nice coffee shop and Ice Cream shop down the street. Ages in our group ranged from 82 down to six months. The upstairs suites offered great quiet space for the little ones to nap. Plenty of parking space in the driveway. There was a very nice grocery store (Sentry) only about five minutes away. I wish we had known about the small catering place (Thyme) just a few doors down. We would have had them prepare some of our meals. Check in was easy, but I wish there would have been a note to explain where the extra keys were and the WiFi password. (Maybe there was a note and we just missed it). But a call to the owner cleared that up. Overall, very good experience. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Prime location in Fontana, within walking distance of the beach, park, ice cream. The place was equipped with everything we needed plus more. Having three separate kitchens was a bonus. Definitely a five star stay! Thanks John!
