Vacker rymlig intracoastal lägenhet

En rymlig två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet tvärs över gatan från stranden. Det är perfekt för en familjesemester eller en romantisk semester med vackra solnedgångar. Det är gångavstånd till fantastiska lokala restauranger och barer inklusive Salt Rock Grill. Om du väljer att bo i kan du njuta av det fullt utrustade köket.

Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, badrum och en garderob. Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Dessutom ingår en tvättmaskin och torktumlare samt ett garage med två bilar. Koppla av på någon av våra två balkonger, varav en har utsikt över poolen. Du kan titta på båtar som går förbi eller fiska utanför vår brygga på den intrakustala vattenvägen.

Hoppa på vagnen och åka till Clearwater eller St. Petersburg för shopping eller en rolig kväll ute. Det finns kajak, paddleboards och båtar som du kan hyra i närheten. Njut av allt som området Tampa Bay har att erbjuda, inklusive Busch Gardens, Professional sports och konsertplatser. Om du vill våga lite längre är Orlando 98 miles away.

Vacation stay

Me and my friends loved staying here! It was a perfect location, felt very homey and had everything you needed. We drove all the way down from Indiana and it was worth the stay! We will definitely be coming back to stay here! :)

Great place, great location

Really nice condo walking distance to beach, restaurants and other ameneties. Beach supplies stocked in garage (chairs, umbrellas, wagons etc) super convenient. Great communication with owner.

Wonderful time at a beautiful place!

Once again we loved every minute of our vacation. So nice and close to everything while being peaceful at the same time. Had everything we needed for the kitchen, and beach chairs and wagon for our days at the beach. Loved that two cars fit in the garage as we had family come over a few different days to visit. Everything was fabulous!

Clean and Comfortable

5 stars to the host and most importantly the cleanliness. The location made it convenient to beach access, restaurants, convenience store, trolly and more. Us 3 OCD professional ladies were very happy with this home.

Family vacation

Loved the apartment. It was clean and closed to the beach. Wish that we had been warned that pest control was going to come by and spray. But other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous vacation

The condo had everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful temperature for swimming everyday. All the beach stuff we needed was available... wagons, chairs, towels, and plenty of sand toys. We loved walking to the nearby shops, watching the sunsets, fishing off the back pier, and even rented beach bikes from next door. The garage easily fit 2 vehicles for the days we had company stop over.

Great week!

Very nice quiet place in a perfect location. Beach access is only a few minutes walk from this place. In the garage they have a few wagons to pull all your gear which helped tremendously. Restaurants, ice cream shop and anything else you could think of is within a 5-mile radius.

2021 Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time! Spacious & clean. The rental has all that was needed for a week at the beach. We flew in, so could not bring “normal” beach items. We did buy an easy-up because there were no umbrellas, but were more than happy to leave it there considering that was all we had to go buy! Really had all we needed:) Beach access was 2 blocks up across the street.

Great location

Hauling luggage and groceries up three flights is not for the elderly but it's worth the hike. Large brightly lit spaces give it a real Florida feel. Our only complaint is the tired and soiled living room furniture.

Mariners Point

The location was great. We have stayed in this same complex before and enjoyed our time here. The only issues we had were all the road noise and the trash trucks at 7am several times per week(not the owners fault). The other issue was that we were only given 1 trash bag for 9 days, it would have been nice after paying almost 1600 dollars to have a few trash bags. My wife wasnt happy not having a small container of laundry soap, but the store is right next door. As for our positives we were directly across the street from the beach. Two ice cream shops within .3 miles and of course plenty of places to eat. It's not near as quiet as we had hoped being next to the road and pool, but we enjoyed our vacation non the less.

We really enjoyed how clean and inviting the condo was.

The location of the condo of perfect! It was right next to the pool and is ideal for children. The beds slept great and the sheets felt brand new. Also, the extras left from previous guests helped a bunch since we flew down. We would love to vacation at this condo again.

Beautiful spot!!

The condo is beautiful and spacious. The beaches are awesome. We would definitely stay again. There are beach chairs but it would have been nice to have an umbrella.

Beautiful! Tons of space and close to beach.

We had a great time during our stay! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. Short walk to the beach, next to an ice cream shop and right by the pool. Great location on Gulf blvd, shirt drive to so many things! We will def be coming back!

Great Place!

We have returned here for eight years. Wonderful area, accommodations in condo are so comfortable, it has all you need, we plan to go back again next year!
