Det finns strandosion på Topsail Island på grund av Mother Nature. Det finns 8 privata trappor och 1 allmänhet (till vänster om parkeringsplatsen) i denna gemenskap som kan användas för att komma åt stranden för hyresgäster och husägare på Topsail Reef. Använd god bedömning om vilken åtkomst du använder när tidvattnet kommer in och ut olika tider under dagen och natten.

Our sweet host had our condo ready early. I messaged her to let her know it was our honeymoon and we had to leave where we got married at 11 and see if we could check in early. And she made it happen!

Super nice place. Small but very accommodating. My wife and I had 3 kids and each had there own sleep space. Would highly recommend for husband wife or husband wife with a kid or two! I will add fold out coach is nice and comfy as well.

Perfect size for the 2 of us! Loved being on the first floor and having direct access to the beach. Pay attention to the tide chart because high tide comes all the way in, but it was not a deterrent to us. In fact, it gave us a unique viewing opportunity from the balcony that we enjoyed thoroughly!

Great place

The rental was just as listed and right on the beach which was perfect. We had a wonderful vacation. The property was clean and close to so many things. I will definitely stay here again in the future !

Oceanfront Escape

I was in town for a retirement ceremony and found this little gem for lodging. It’s a clean little oceanfront condo. There isn’t much of a beach at high tide, but you can certainly make it work.

If your looking for an ocean getaway this is your spot. A beach with not alot of people on it.

Staying here was amazing the condo was nice and clean with everything we needed. The beach was beautiful not packed at all. Tons of seashells to find. Only a short drive to the pier for some fishing and great views.

Gorgeous View

This was the cutest little place, with an amazing ocean view. So relaxing, everything we needed, and it was clean. We've stayed at the Topsail Reef before, and this was the nicest condo we've been in. Communication was amazing, we will be rebooking this condo for future trips. This place is a gem.

You can’t stay any closer to the beach

This is a great little place if you’re looking to clock some beach time! The location is unbeatable and the beach is never over crowded. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We have stayed in a couple different condos at Topsail Reef over the years, and this one was our favorite so far.

Turn off the Phone and Go to the Beach 🌊

Perfect location right on the waves in North Topsail. Minutes away from delicious food and convenience items. Ice cold air-conditioning. Nothing like drinking coffee while watching the waves in the wind from the balcony. So beautiful! Hope to come back again. Thanks for everything.

Breathtaking views

My stay at this beachfront property was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views and the serene atmosphere. The property was clean and fully stocked with everything we could possible need for a comfortable stay. Being right on the beach was a dream come true - we enjoyed leisurely walks along the shore and breathtaking sunsets right from the patio. This property provided the perfect blend of relaxation and fun, every moment was pure bliss. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway.

It was clean but…

The unit was clean, which is always a great thing. However, the door handle on the fridge had been torn off. That didn’t affect the fridge operation but it’s not what you expect in a rental. The big issue was the AC in the bedroom - it was loud! Every time it came on, it woke both my wife and I up. There was also some kind of funky smell in the unit. One last thing, don’t stay here for beach access, there’s no beach here . The ocean comes right up to the sandbag wall and stays there most of the day.

Relaxing sound of the ocean waves

Property was great. If you prefer a beach to walk out to, this is not for you. The tide there leaves no beach to walk on. It is straight ocean unless you wait for the low tide whi ch in our case only allowed like 3 foot of wet beach sand exposed to do so. There is public beach access up the road if thats what you are wanting to do. We did enjo enjoy the ocean waves right under our balcony pretty much and also the sound of the waves as we slept in the back bedroom. It is loud and and no need to open windows or doors to hear it. The only problem we had was with the heater. We went in November so nights were a bit cold but the heater wouldnt heat the area and would constantly make a weird sound then shut off, only staying on for like 3 or 4 min at a time. Me and my daughter froze at night so we dressed in full clothes, snuggled, and shared her blanket she brought. We were only there two nights visiting Camp Lejeune where my late husband was stationed so i didnt bother contacting the owner. Overall the place was great!hadhad to wear full clothes and mypu
