Great Stay

We had a wonderful time for our first time in North Topsail Beach. Everything was as described on the listing. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved the location of the condo. Overall, we had a great time and definitely would book again.

Girls Trip

When we walked in it was so clean and it smelled wonderful. This was our first girls trip☀️🏝️👙 and we all loved it. Easy access to the beach to the pool and not too much of a drive to go to restaurants. We definitely recommend Rick’s Restaurant. Not too expensive in the food was phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this little place to anyone.

Spectacular view!

The unit was perfect for us; my husband, our son and myself. The balcony with the wonderful view of the ocean and pool was my favorite place!

Perfect! Just what we all needed.

Our family has had a very busy, very stressful summer, and staying here made all of that melt away. We looked out onto the balcony and the ocean was right there, a welcome sight every morning. The beach access was incredibly close and convenient, and the pool was a refreshing oasis at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice cozy condo

I, my wife and two our kids stayed for a last week of August. It’s our fourth visit to Topsail and first time in this condo complex. The unit was clean and everything functional with well stocked kitchen. For us it was a perfect size and the price. Pool and beachfront location is priceless.

great time of year at the beach

We usually take our vacation earlier in the summer so by comparison the pool and beach were always uncrowded and that was delightful. The location is wonderful and the view from the balcony is fabulous. We loved that North Topsail is not commercial at all but it is not a very far drive to many good restaurants and adequate retail stores. There were just two of us so this one bedroom condo was perfect but I would not recommend it for six unless the two sleeping in the hallway bunks were very small children. It is somewhat tight there and there is no privacy. The price was very reasonable and we had a great vacation there.

A bit vague

The condo was nice. all the appliances looked new. Our host answered quickly any questions we had. We enjoyed the beach. It was a restful week. It is not a place for disabled leasers of any age. Three flights of steps is difficult, if not stressful. We were told a few steps. It was not. My wife had a really hard time maneuvering the steps from the parking lot and the beach. Linen should part of the lease agreement, not an added cost, or bring your own. No one wants to bring their own linens. Not very classy. No real shopping, or many decent restaurants on the island, except Surf City. That's unfortunate. We had a nice time, but we will not be back, sorry. It was not what it was advertised, except fot the views.

Pleasantly Surprised

This was our first stay at this condo unit at Topsail Dunes and we were pleasantly surprised! The unit felt much more open than what we had expected and not cluttered up with unnecessary furniture. The Kitchen had everything required and above all everything worked and was clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of closet space. No issues with bathroom or the washer/dryer. We could have stayed a month! Plenty of easy parking. Getting on the beach was very easy. Walk out your door and down the open but covered outside hallway with just a few stairs, and you are on the beach. My wife, who was recovering from complete ankle replacement surgery, had no issues at all. If you have ever visited Carolina Beach or Myrtle Beach this is a completely different experience! Just a long uncrowded beach and no bumper to bumper traffic. Head down the road to Surf City (which is on the island) and you will find great independent shops and several restaurants. Go over the bridge to Sneads Ferry and you will find a Food Lion for groceries, Roses, a general merchandise store and several restaurants and small shops plus a vendor that sells fresh caught shrimp and fish. And this is all within a 10-12 minute drive. This is not a tourist trap area, very quiet and laid back. This is a place for peace and serenity. Beautiful, clean beaches and we would recommend this condo to anyone!

Family of four with 2 little girls

We loved this condo! My girls are 2 and 4 and loved the bunk beds. I was impressed with how spotless it was. Walking in, it smelled clean and it was beautiful. The kitchen has everything you would need including kids plates and cups. The walk to the beach was easy even with my two year old wanting to walk herself. I would absolutely recommend this condo and I hope to return to it. The views are great. The beach was great. We saw dolphins from the back door.

Beautiful Space

The condo is very nice, in a good location. Everything you need is provided.The owners were very responsive to my questions. The only problem we had was walking our luggage and groceries up and down 2 flights of stairs.

A fantastic property!

I stayed for the month of January. Everything that was needed for comfort and home conveniences were available.Getting up daily to see a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic is something I would get up every morning to witness. It was also entertaining to see dolphins daily, at times more than a dozen together. I didn’t use the pool as it was closed in January. But the condo looks out directly over the pool and then the beach and water. This view daily is very special!

Anniversary trip

Nicely remodeled, beautiful cabinets. Having some pizza pans, baking sheet, Or cookie sheet in them would be helpful. Beautiful views. Pool was closed after Labor day.

Beautiful Topsail Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Dunes. The property is beautiful, right on the beach, and offers wonderful ammenities. The condo itself was clean and had a beautiful view. Most of what we needed was un the condo which made our stay very enjoyable. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, and everything met our needs

Property was as expected: clean and easy communications with host. Size was decent for 4 of us for the time we were there, with all the necessities available! No complaints and if we were to book in the location again, we would happily rent again. If you are looking for a place to get away out of the hustle of tourists, this is a good location. If you want to go out for activities or eating- everything is a drive.

Amazing condo with the best views ever

We really enjoy staying in this beautiful condo with the view. This is the perfect retreat for anyone. The kitchen has all you need and is gorgeous. The host is quick to respond. Condo was nice and clean. This is our 2nd visit. We Will be back a third time. We highly recommend a stay here.

Tom and I live in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN. If I, had it my way, I'd be on the coast.... but Tom likes cold weather, skiing and pheasant hunting. We both proudly served in the US Army for a combined total of 47 years. I still have my entertainment company serving the Minneapolis area and surrounding suburbs. Tom is retired. I am too much a workaholic to retire just yet. I like what I do. Taking care of properties and working as a performing artist.
We hope you enjoy the condo as much as we do. This condo has an awesome view of both the pool and the ocean. You'll love it!!

Varför värden valde detta boende

A guest recently asked – how did you stumble across Topsail Island? Good question. The thing is you almost have to know someone who knows someone who knows someone. This is North Carolina’s secret…. A hidden gem.
And I did happen to know someone– my brother-in-law retired in Hampstead. Hampstead is the beach town of Topsail Island. If you -blink - you missed it. I always wanted Ocean front property having grown up on the Connecticut side of Long Island sound. I have been all over the world with my military career - seen many oceans worldwide. So, my sister said – you need to check out the beaches of Topsail Island. Her husband’s family went there on vacations way back in the day.
So, in 2005 while at a tradeshow in Altana for my business, where we decided everything went wrong that could have – I said to Tom - let’s get out of here and drive to Topsail and look at properties. That was in November 2005. May 2006, I closed on the dunes. The following year, the Regis.
I finally felt I had my little slice of heaven. And that is what Topsail island really is.
