Du är bara några steg från de vackra stränderna i Chesapeake Bay, eller Chics Beach, den icke-turist, bostadsområde Virginia Beach med utsikt över vattnet från takterrassen. Chics Beach-området erbjuder ett stort utbud av restauranger och nattliv. Om du vågar ut, är alla de fantastiska attraktionerna i Virginia Beach bara några minuter bort med bil. Semesterorten Virginia Beach Oceanfront ligger bara 20 minuter. Tillgång till First Landing State Park ligger bara en kort bilresa bort och erbjuder en mängd fridfulla vandrings- och cykelleder.

Detta rymliga och vackert uppdaterade hem har 4 sovrum och 3, 5 badrum. De 2 drottning sovrummen ger mycket bekväma sängar och har balkonger. Den massiva kungen sovrummet har en tempur pedic madrass, eget badrum med en stor jetted badkar och separat dusch och inkluderar en privat skärmad på balkongen. Det finns också en våningssäng med sovplats för 4 personer. Våningssängrummet, ett queen-size-rum och ett king-size-rum ligger på andra våningen i hemmet. Den andra drottning sovrummet ligger på tredje våningen. På bottenvåningen finns en bäddsoffa med memory foammadrass. Alla sängkläder finns för 12 personer.

Hemmet har en stor balkong på taket med fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och en hängmatta att sitta på. Du kan även se fyrverkerier från taket den 4 juli från den lokala Chics Beach fyrverkeriprisen.

Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med mikrovågsugn, brödrost och kaffebryggare. Allt köksredskap, serveringsvaror och köksredskap ingår i köket. Hemmet ger en full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare ligger utanför köket.

Det finns också en utomhusdusch i den helt inhägnade gården tillsammans med en gasgrill (observera att gården för att inkludera grillen och utomhusduschen delas med grannstaden).

Höghastighetsinternet och WiFi är komplementära. Det finns 2 parkeringsplatser och ytterligare gatuparkering finns på först till kvarn. 8 strandstolar och 2 parasoller erbjuds för gästanvändning. Du har allt du behöver för en underbar avkopplande vecka på stranden.

Detta strandområde har också en handfull restauranger / barer inom gångavstånd. Buoy 44 är en bra restaurang som ligger precis vid stranden. Bara ett par kvarter från hemmet finns 3 andra restauranger / barer, HK på Bay, Green Parrot och Zia Marie. Du kan fly från havet på Chics Beach, men är fortfarande bara en kort bilresa till alla de stora attraktionerna som Virgnia Beach har att erbjuda. Wonderful, Quiet Location for Family Vacation

The property was in the perfect location, a nice quiet neighborhood very close to a great beach. No crowds, walking distance to everything you need. The house was very spacious, clean, and all around a great place to stay for a large family!

Great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of a few restaurants. It’s a bit dated, but as in most vacations, you’re mainly there to sleep.

Family vacation

With 9 adults and 9 grandkids there was more than enough space for everyone and the kitchens had everything we needed. On sunny days the beach was great and just a short walk away. On the rainy days we visited the aquarium and kids museum. Great place for a larger family vacation to the ocean.

Great for a family beach vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location was ideal for going to the beach everyday and our entire family felt comfortable and accommodated with the house. Lots of good restaurants in the area and even a few walkable bars. We loved how there were plenty of chairs, wagons, towels, and sunscreen for everyone. There were a couple small things that we needed to reach out to the owners for, but they were quick to respond and friendly. We would definitely stay again!

Just Steps to the Beach

We really liked the location. The beach umbrellas, chairs and wagons were very helpful with the two year old and all the kites and toys we took to the beach. The three tables allowed us to do puzzles, drawing and meals at the same time. This is a well equipped house. We look forward to returning to this property.

Roomy beach house

The house was clean and well-equipped. Kitchen supplies were in good shape and well-stocked. Beach equipment was also available for our use. The owner, Beth Hickman, was very responsive to our inquiries. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Family Gathering

We had a fabulous week of family gathering. There was tons of room! Super close beach access. And we couldnt ask for nicer hosts! I think our only disappointments were: No ice makers or keurig, the dining tables were pretty rough, the porches weren't trustworthy and the closets and some of the dressers were dated, and our tub drained slowly.

wedding weekend/ great time

we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. WE could have used more lamps in the main room as it was dark unless we turned on the bright overhead light. The electrical outlets in the bathroom stopped working upstairs. Y ou might want to check that. But overall, all was well.

PERFECT FAMILY GETAWAY and close to the beach! Huge house, very responsive owners

The amazing responsiveness of the home owner made this trip A WIN for us. We ran into some issues that their housekeepers missed and they were very apologetic and offered to quickly make it right. It is a huge home and very friendly for children (just needs some more outlet covers). We came to enjoy the beach and that is exactly what we did. Super easy to walk to. The large kitchen and huge family table made this a win for our family.

Awesome

Stayed in Va for a family get together and birthday celebration. The house was great with plenty of room for myself and family members. Altogether it was 20 of us and we were able to enjoy the house comfortably. It would definitely be a pick on out list if ever needed again. The only thing that I would say is the 2nd floor Queen bedroom’s tv was not working. Everything else was fine.

Great place to stay.

House was nice LOVED the master bedroom. Couple of things i'd do. 1st the welcome bag was nice that was left on table BUT I would have left TV instructions, local restaurants, grocery store or restaurant/ food delivery options. We found a Pizza Hut but took 2 calls to get the correct one. Also, the HK restaurant make sure u make reservations if you want to eat there. Other then that LOVED the deck great place to lay out on if kids don't want to go to beach and mom still wants to tan. Loved the closed in yard too**

Nice place

The place was very nice...big and well stocked. The owner did a great job with stocking beach towels and supplies, kitchen things, detergent, toilet paper, etc, etc. Internet was fast and each TV was set up with streaming via Roku which I liked. The location is great. The house is a bit outdated, which was fine. But I would recommend replacing the carpet upstairs. It is stained and smells like urine. That was the one thing throughout the trip that really bothered me. Also need to do something on the back deck as there are spider webs everywhere. I didn't even want to go out the back door because there were enormous spiders hanging there at night.

Steps from beach

Well maintained property suited our needs perfectly. While we came prepared for sun, the provision of sunscreen and bug spray was well appreciated. Walked to beach daily with crew of kids 5-12; drove bikes to state park for trail ride; drove to North Beach one day for some bigger waves to boogie board on (but calmer bay waves were best for our whole crew), and wasn’t too crowded in either location. Double kitchen came in handy cooking for such a large crew. Did hear some late night rowdiness on our last night but was overall a great experience.

A great large beach vacation house in Chic's Beach!

This is literally the only property that can accommodate larger families/groups at the Chic's Beach bayfront beach area of Virginia Beach. This is a local beach that is located next to a residential area and is never crowded. We also love the fact that water is warmer and less rough than oceanfront for our young grandchildren. The house itself is a converted duplex that has 2 fully equipped kitchens/dining areas and two family rooms with TVs. This allowed us to spread out and reserve one space for kids movies and video games and one for adult news/sports/movies. The TVs in the property are all Roku smart TVs and most major streaming networks are available. There are also some games/puzzles and a playroom suitable for young children. The house has comfortable furniture and beds; linens and towels (beach and bathroom) are provided and beds are all made up when you arrive. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas so reduces what you have to bring. The owner/property manager, Beth, was very easy to reach and was able to answer any questions and rapidly responded to a repair issue. We had a great beach family vacation and would love to come back in the future.

Extended family vacation

We enjoyed a nice vacation with our extended family of 10 adults and 2 dogs. The house was well equipped with beach towels & chairs, grille, fenced in yard, and lots of room. Just a short walk to the beach and easy access to anything you may need. Thank you for a great stay!

Family annual vacation

We like to thank Beth and her husband for renting there vacation home to me and my family. Having a vacation home big enough for us to get together and play games and just talk or for me private room to rest and relax. Top it off with the beach minutes from the house. Great Stay for a mixed age group.

Property was exceptionally clean, and well situated for our use. The bayside beach around the corner had no crowds, and great contrast to crowded ocean side beaches. Very well stocked with beach chairs, etc. Nice back yard off the deck. Only issue was that while common areas could get downright chilly, the AC didn't flow into bedrooms, all of which were quite warm/stuffy at night.

Magical week

We had a great time at this property! Very clean and the owners were extremely responsive when it came to any questions we had. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the balconies. Our family had the best time!

Great house and great location

We had a wonderful stay in Chic’s Beach. Beth was a great host and very responsive. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the location is in a fun neighborhood walking distance to a few restaurants.

Great Location close to the beach, comfy for all

The location of the property was very close to the beach. Plenty of room for all. We actually booked a place larger than we needed but the location was great and gave all of the adults staying there plenty of room. The house was very nice, have two kitchens was coinvent as we left one set up as our bar/refreshment area. The other kitchen was our cooking/prep area. Large enough eating area inside and out for 8 adults. Having two washers and dryers made it easy to keep all of the beach towels and beach clothing clean and fresh everyday. We also took home all clean clothes which was the best when we unpacked. Plenty of supplies, hand soap, towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and more towels. Plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, and kitchen tools and gadgets. Loved having an outdoor shower to rinse off when we got home from the beach prior to going inside and cleaning up. Outdoor grill is large enough to handle 10 steaks or more at a time. Well appointed and beds very comfortable. A number of very good restaurants within walking distance and a nice surprise, a craft brewery within walking distance as well. Very nice selection of beers. This place made for a very wonderful, fun filled family vacation. Look forward to returning . Rick and Lori

We are a military family that were fortunate enough to be able to call Virginia Beach home. We absolutely fell in love with the area with all of its beautiful beaches and especially the boating activities. We intend to stay here forever.
