Denna lägenhet med två sovrum / två badrum ligger på översta våningen i Emerald Isle Condominiums. Emerald Isle sitter direkt på viken utan några vägar att korsa för att njuta av stranden. Ta helt enkelt en hissresa ner till första våningen och gå förbi bassängen vid viken.

Denna lägenhet erbjuder fenomenal utsikt från varje sida av enheten. Gå till din privata balkong, vänd mot Mexikos golf, och du kan njuta av panoramautsikten över de vita sandstränderna och smaragdfärgade vatten. Från köket har du utsikt över bukten och centrala Walton.

Low key family vacation

This rental was perfect for our stay. We loved being right on the beach. We ate in our room most of the time but there are plenty of restaurants close by of you want to eat out. The room is very clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation.

This was a very nice condo. It was very clean. Had everything we needed. Had a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. Close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Great ending to a family vacation.

2 night stay perfect ending to our 2 week multi- state family vacation. Property and view were great. Newly renovated. Only small complaint was the elevators were hot and the luggage carts too small.

Great Spring Break!

We loved this property! The pictures in the listing were very true to the actual condo. It had very nice amenities like dishes, furniture etc. Our family felt very comfortable at this condo! The view was amazing. Very easy access to the beach and the pool. The pool was very nice and there were always available chairs. We loved having the beach chair service at the beach! Big plus! The owners were very easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

Peaceful location, updated and clean

Layout and decor is great. Appliances are new. Management is responsive should you need them. WiFi and TVs work well. Meaning if the weather doesn’t cooperate (it was chilly during our stay) your indoor activities will not be hindered, like watching March Madness and streaming on your devices. Quiet area with beach view away from touristy Destin. Instacart and Grubhub friendly.

Weekend getaway.

Such a nice, cute condo in a perfect location! Right on the beach. Never stayed in Okaloosa Island but I loved how lowkey and not super busy it was, while still being so close to all the action! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Condo on the Beach

This really is the perfect place for our family of 4. Clean, spacious, comfy, with a great view and easy walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, but on a fairly quiet street. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Great vacation spot!

The condo looked just like the pictures. Very nicely decorated. You could see the view of the bay from the front door and the balcony was the beach view!! The bathrooms were very nice. The only thing that could have been better was the water pressure in the showers. But overall this place was great! Owner was very informative and responsive.

Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and nicely decorated with plenty of accommodations to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The property was quiet and well maintained. The pool offered a great break from the sand and waves when needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Location

This is our 2nd time staying here and we still loved it! The location is great and we love that it includes the beach chairs and umbrella. The ONLY thing we would have to say we preferred last year over this year, and it’s really not a “negative” but last year our favorite part of the trip was sitting outside on the patio to drink coffee and eat breakfast, but this year the furniture outside was different and with only the 3 sitting options our lone 4th didn’t have a place to sit. Other than this great place to stay and we hope to be back!

This was a very nice, clean, condo. Pool was nice and the beach was right there. Beach service was an awesome addition. Parking was a little tight, but that was the only downfall I saw. I would stay here again.

Family vacation 2023

We have stayed in the same condo the past 7 years in Destin but due to the owner selling it we had to find a new place this year and decided to stay in the Fort Walton area this time. The condo was beautiful and the owner was great with communication. Loved that the beach wasn’t as crowded in this area. We had a great trip making memories and look forward to next year!

Paradise

This was the absolute most beautiful place. The condo was exactly as the pictures showed. It has lots of room for all of us...very nicely decorated. The master shower was gorgeous!! I loved the different views..the front door has a screendoor which we left the actual door open and you could see the view of the bay. The balcony was the beach view!! It was stunning. The area was very low key which was perfect for us. We will most definitely be back!!

Top floor stunning ocean front views as well at harbor views. A beautiful serene and quiet setting. This condo is not far from the hustle and bustle of Destin but it gives you the freedom to relax while not being on top of other people. The condo was recently renovated with luxury that would appeal to any pallate.
