Fantastiskt läge vid 870 Third Street, 1: a våningen. Detta är ett helt nytt Ocean City strandhus beläget på ett lugnt strandblock i norra änden. Anpassad byggd för att blanda det gamla och det nya. Ingen detalj saknades. Fantastiskt kök med high end finish. Underbara vita skåp och trägolv. Ljus och luftig. Du kommer aldrig vilja lämna! Det är en 3 sovrum, 2 bad enhet med uteplats parkering.

Börja dagen med en promenad längs strandpromenaden, sluta för lite kaffe och färska bakade kakadockötter på Browns. Njut av en lätt promenad till stranden, kom tillbaka till huset och skölja av i utomhusdusch och njut av kvällen på den stora verandaen. Det är perfekt för att prata, äta och bara koppla av. Allt ligger inom gångavstånd till vårt hus - strandpromenad, lekplatser, tennisbanor och affärer. Du kan verkligen inte hitta en bättre plats eller plats att ta din semester i sommar!

Outstanding week in Ocean City

The house was perfect for our group of 4 adults and a toddler. Very clean and well equipped. It was great to have beach chairs for us and beach toys for our granddaughter. Just a short walk to the beach! We ate nearly all our meals on the front porch. Garage parking was a real plus. We highly recommend this house!

Incredible Location

Great off-season stay. House was exactly as described and location could not be beat - nice quiet street but so close to the boardwalk and beach. The large front porch was our favorite place to relax.

We never stayed at this end of the beach. We were really pleased with the location. The home we were able to enjoy met our expectations. Clean and close to all we were interested in.

the house is nice. the living room furniture and master bedroom bed should be taken to the dump. be careful the ice machine jambs and may not shut off. bring your own sharp knives and floor mat for when you exit the tub and shower

Wonderful week at the beach

This is the second time we've stayed in this property, and we were again very pleased with it. It was very, very clean! The kitchen was better stocked with utensils, tupperware, etc, then other rentals we've stayed in. The owners were also very responsive to all questions we had. Would highly recommend!

OC Getaway

This is our 4th occassion to stay at Melissa's place. It is a perfect location, well maintained and decorated, very accommadating to our every need. Melissa and Shawn are very responsive and quick to communicate. We've enjoyed all of our stays.....with the grandkids and without.

Perfect little beach house

This was a great house for our family! Location made it easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk shops, but the area was quiet and away from the commercial traffic and noise. The big front porch was a lovely place to read books and eat our meals. House was clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the garage shower after coming home from the beach. Thanks for an enjoyable stay in OC!

Wonderful house and location

This is our second year in a row renting this house. We couldn’t be more pleased. Location is great for us, a few steps to the beach and Boardwalk yet far enough from all the noise. House is very clean upon arrival w/ all the amenities we needed. Our family is looking forward to future trips rent this house.

great long weekend golf trip

Lovely home! We used this beautiful new home as our base for our weekend golf trip. Great location - close to the boardwalk for an easy morning walk. The house has a nice porch for evening cocktails and golf tall tales. We'll definitely look to rent this home on our next NJ Shore golf trip.

Vacation Delight

We had a wonderful time at this facility. The photos accurately depicted the property. The information and directions for locating and accessing the building were spot on. We were very impressed with how quickly the property management responded to our questions. Great location near the beach and close to the golf courses we visited.

Fantastic week

Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property was very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location with easy access to the beach and boardwalk but also on a quieter street. There was always something to do for both the adults and kids. We really enjoyed spending time on the front porch as well. Owners were very nice to work with. Highly recommend.

Spectacular

Perfectly located, clean, bright and still has that new house smell! Melissa is super responsive to any need, no matter how small. This is our 2nd time renting and they continue to make small upgrades which helps keep the property as a top tier rental. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect in every way

I couldn't have enjoyed my stay here any more than I did. This house is serene, bright, so comfortable and immaculate. The front porch is amazing and the perfect spot to curl up with a book. The owner/family are very attentive. This was the perfect place for what I needed and hope to come back and make this a yearly tradition for myself.

Great Vacation!

This house was the perfect size for us, 6 adults and one 6 year old. We appreciated the double vanities in each bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. I did bring my own paper towels, toilet paper, dish cloth and dish towel. We did run out of garbage bags so I had to buy some. We aren’t fans of the foam mattresses, but that’s obviously a personal preference. I would suggest room darkening curtains in all the bedrooms (the primary has them). Or bring some temporary ones if you are a light sleeper. The porch was awesome. The neighborhood was super quiet. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you for having us.

Excellent shore house

Went for a long weekend in May with my family. We’ve rented in OCNJ every summer for my entire life, and this house has some of the highest end finishes we’ve seen. Nice layout, modern, and comfortable. No cleanliness issues whatsoever. Host was communicative and proactively let us know about some maintenance people stopping by. Great selection of games and activities for a rainy day.

Cozy, inviting, modern beach house.

A home with a modern aesthetic, and modern amenities. Well lit, pleasant colors, full range of appliances, including a discreet washer/dryer combo, brand new roomy master bathroom, and two other showers so there’s never a traffic jam before going out. It’s a 5 minute walk from sand, 10 from the bulk of the boardwalk, and not much more to get to a nice little coffee shop; Browns. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 infant, and there was never a moment that felt tight. I feel like a family of any size would be happy here.

We bought the lovely old house that used to sit on this property in 2009 with my parents John and Diane. We've always wanted a house in Ocean City. My grandparents and aunt and uncle live on the island year round. Growing up right off the island, we spent a lot of time on the beach.

Unfortunately, the house succumbed to the tides in Super Storm Sandy and we had to tear down the house. We were devastated. We loved the charm of the old house. So, we worked very closely with the architect to make sure we were able to design a new house that was still full of the character of the old house.

The 2nd floor is not rented out, our family uses it. We look forward to welcoming you and getting to know you!
