Fly till vackra Montecito för helgen eller hela sommaren. Sweet Garden stuga, med sovrum, badrum, vardagsrum och kök bara några steg till den gemensamma poolen och spa. Fredlig och lugn, en sann tillflyktsort! Protokoll från stranden, god mat, shopping Montecito vackra och övre och nedre byar, Santa Barbara och Summerland. Ta en Polo Match, gå på vandring, cykla, segla eller helt enkelt ingenting alls och få lite R & R vid poolen. Rökning förbjuden egendom. Ägaren bor i huvudbyggnaden på 1. 3 tunnland fastighet, men är inte påträngande. Rökfritt egendom. Fråga om mina andra semesterbostäder.

Relaxing, amazing pool!

Very relaxing cottage. The pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Great that it was so dog friendly also.

Anniversary getaway

Hello, our stay in Monticeto at Carla's Cozy Cottage was great! The charming cottage had the amenities we needed for our stay. I loved the open airiness, when both doors of the french doors are open!! A few kitchen items were needed but we made due with what was there. The cottage is as pictured, but the landscape and grounds in the pictures are not how it is now. Needs some TLC in that area. Also, there are atleast 4 cottages back there, so the pool/hot tub is shared by all. Not a big deal, but just so you know. Would recommend staying there👍🌞

Tranquility and fun!

I was on my own a couple nights w my pup and a friend joined a couple nights. The cottage makes me think of an artists retreat. It’s FULL of light and air. You have your own retreat, but it was so nice to interact with other guests too. And Carla is the perfect hostess...right there if you need but completely hands off if you don’t. It is so easy to Butterfly beach and town. Wish I could keep this secret paradise for myself.

Beautiful area

Carla was a great host. The property is like your own private and secluded hotel. I really appreciate that I could bring my 2 dogs and 2 kids on a beach vacation. The beach is a short drive away. The area is absolutely gorgeous. I’m hoping to stay again.

We have stayed a Carla's several times and it only keeps getting better. It the kind of space you want to keep a secret. We can't wait until our next visit! Pros: Amazing Host Pool & Hot Tub Great bed Pet Friendly

Shortened stay

We had rented this cottage for six days but left after three because it was: drafty, offered little privacy, hot water in shower ran out, thermostat only worked between 61-70F, no easily accessible places to walk our dog nearby, among other things. House is on a very busy street with no sidewalks. On a positive note, Carla was immediately responsive when we requested coat hangers, a luggage rack and a hair dryer. Also, we were there when it was raining in SB so couldn't use outdoor facilities.

Great place for family and dog!

We had a great time together as a family and with our dog. We very much enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The grounds are beautiful.

Beautiful landscaping, pool and spa - relaxation at it's finest

We needed a last minute accommodation and Carla was so helpful. She welcomed us at her beautiful property and is just a lovely, lovely person. The Casita was so comfortable, charming and very welcoming. It was a perfect home away from home. The location was terrific for us - easy and quick access to Montecito and Santa Barbara restaurants, beaches and boating. My favorite feature was the landscaping, pool area and spa. It really made what started as a challenging vacation, a wonderful one. My husband and I loved it and would definitely reach out to Carla again!

Truly a peaceful retreat!!!

My husband, daughter, Georgia (golden retriever) and I spent a glorious week...sleeping in super comfortable beds, taking a nightly dip in the jacuzzi, walking up Oak Grove Drive and popping in and out of Montecito and Santa Barbara...Carla was really sweet and very patient with us a day we left Georgia behind and she started barking!! If she’ll have us back, we’d love to do it again!!!

Amazing property! Hope to come back again soon.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Cozy Cottage and the property is beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi and hammock. It is in beautiful Montecito and only 10 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. Carla has the perfect balance of quickly responding to any questions and yet giving you privacy to enjoy your stay. We hope to be back again soon!!

I little dog friendly gem in the most picturesque setting!

Perfect,As Described

We recently decided to rent the Cozy Cottage for just about 2 months, and greatly enjoyed our decision. Our cottage was cozy as advertised but eminently livable, complete with a kitchen, gated car parking and well-kept laundry area shared by other guests. You tend to get used to other renters because , like you, they are seeking a personal large-family-like estate environment rather than an impersonal hotel situation, for yourself and your pet. When there were issues or special requests, Carla and David (the owners living on the same estate) are ready and willing to help out. You also get to enjoy living on prestigious East Valley Road in Montecito, minutes away from its famed Upper and Lower Villages, and from other attractions like beaches and hiking spots. During our stay, we not only got to know guests from various parts of the country as well as from abroad, and quite a few were return visitors, and that observations speaks for itself! Beautiful property

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Carla's Cosy Cottage. The apartment is well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. The location is quiet. We would definitely return in the future.

Truly our home away

This was our 5th year staying at Carla's Cottage, and we couldn't be more pleased year after year. The setting is perfect, the cottage clean and comfortable and the perfect property to relax and enjoy our vacation. Carla and Dave have become friends, and we always enjoy the opportunity to visit with them when checking in and out of the cottage. My wife and I highly recommend Carla's Cottage. Beautiful, tranquil and peaceful setting

Super clean, comfortable and owners are very responsive if you need them for anything; but not intrusive otherwise. Lovely grounds and lots of nice outdoor space to sit and relax. Truly a cozy cottage!

The Cozy Cottage Was Cozy and Very Comfortable

We had a wonderful time at the cozy cottage. It was a peaceful place to relax. We had access to near by towns to explore and Summerland beach had great views and coastal access for walking. We hope to return one day because all our needs were met. Carla and David are excellent hosts. Thank you.

We could not have asked for more!

From the start, Carla was responsive, welcoming and accommodating. The Cozy Cottage is charming, bright, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Each cottage has its own patio with table and chairs, but also has access to the lovely and relaxing pool area. We are looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic stay, easy to reach downtown SB

We stayed for twelve nights at Carla's Cozy Cottage. It was presented very well with so many nice little touches. The pool, hot tub and loungers were great. It is situated in the very exclusive Montecito village but downtown SB is reached in just ten minutes. Butterfly Beach is great and free parking is right by it, only five minutes drive away.

Beautiful cottage

The cottage is small but beautiful, nice neighbors and a very nice lady lady named Carla. Some corners of the cottage could be cleaner and the bathroom needs really a reconstruction.
