Hale Hui Kai är en mycket speciell, närmast havet, 40 enhetskomplex på vackra Keawakapu-stranden. Inget bättre läge, utmärkt egendom vid havet som gästerna njuter av år efter år. Gångavstånd till restauranger, vackra solnedgångar, det ultimata i badrummet vid stranden.

Det BÄSTA läget på Maui. Sandstranden ligger bara några steg ner till en privat gångväg. Perfekt för stand-up paddling ombord, boogie boarding, simning, snorkling eller lounging. Ofta sköldpaddor och färgglada fiskar och knölvalar under vintersäsongen.
Du kan också njuta av långa promenader på den mil långa orörda vita sandstranden till Wailea. Utomhusdusch, solstolar och djupt sittande soffa och stolar för att njuta av havsutsikten och solnedgångarna. Skuggade utomhusområde med bord och stolar för din komfort.

Enhet 103 är en privat två sovrum, två badrum badrum lägenhet, smakfullt inredda som sover 6 bekvämt. Varje rum är individuellt luftkonditionerade för komfortkontroll. Sovrummen har en privat dörr, INTE ett loft eller semi-privat skjutreglage så många 2 sovrum i detta område. Varje sovrum har sin egen plattskärms-tv, smart-tv i master och fönster som stängs med takfläktar. Det finns en king size-säng i befälhavaren, 2 enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet som kan omvandlas till en annan kung, och en bekväm drottning i soffan i utdragbar storlek. Den har ett komplett kök med ny LG-spis i rostfritt stål, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och diskmaskin. Det finns en vacker tropisk privat Lanai (uteplats) precis utanför och dubbla skjutreglage som öppnar mot detta trädgårdsområde för att få naturen inuti. Det finns gratis trådlöst internet, kabel-TV, Showtime och en DVD-spelare. Totalt 3 platt-tv och 2 är smarta tv-apparater. Telefontjänsten tillhandahålls gratis samtal till fastlandet USA, Hawaii och Kanada.

Tvättservice finns på plats och det finns gratis parkering. Du har en nära promenad till paddle board hyra, en deli / allmän butik, aktivitetsdisk och flera restauranger.

Loved my stay

Loved the property. Kitchen stocked with lots of extra nice equipment. Great for cooking. Had a great relaxing stay. Wonderful beach access. Did not find any parking permit in condo.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR FAMILY REUNION

We had a wonderful family reunion of 13 people at this complex. We used three (3) condos. It is a great location and we particularly enjoyed the easy access to the beach, restaurants and the Maui Nui golf course for nine (9) holes of golf. In particular, we loved the "lanai" where we met every evening for sunset. It was beautiful. Condo 103 was ideal for part of the family - the two bedrooms were very comfortable and the fans and A/C kept the rooms cool. Don and Kim (owners) provided outstanding welcoming information as well as being very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend this condo and this complex.

Family Trip to Maui

Great location on the beach in south Kihei, very near to Wailea beaches as well. Good swimming and snorkeling, great sunsets. Property is very clean and well maintained. Good space in condo, we had everything we needed.

Perfect Location and Condo

This was a perfect location for our family to do many excursions incuding deepsea fishing, snorkeling tour to Molokini and a Luau, all less than 15 minutes away. It was also the perfect spot for just enjoying the beautiful beach right infront of the complex. The condo had everything we needed to cook in or bring food back and sit outside at the private patio. Another plus was it was also equipped with beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas!

A beautiful quiet property very well located

The Hawaiian style hotel with a garden, pond and trees growing throughout it was such a treat for the eyes! The open air community lanai is a lovely place to enjoy the afternoon and/or sunset. We really enjoyed that there weren’t a zillion kids running around in the complex, and was well suited to our party of four who were all quiet adults looking to relax. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and this unit is away from the water, so offers stillness at night which was very nice. The private patio was perfect for coffee or lunch, and is surrounded by lush vegetation. This unit has a spacious interior, and is nicely designed. Each bedroom and the main room have their own AC which was great for people who like to sleep at different temperatures. All appliances are quite new and functioned very well. This unit is right next to the property managers office, so once someone was in there in the AM (or the laundry room), there is nothing to spare you from the sound of their conversations, or the sounds of the laundry room. There are quiet hours between 10pm and 8am, but the daily noises of those things usually started around 7:15, so that tended to dictate when we got up. Luckily for us, we usually went to be early, and were ready for a morning walk on the beach by the time. We would stay in this unit or complex again in a heartbeat!

Great place!

Can’t beat the views and proximity to the beach with this stay. Comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Our only initial challenge was from the description for bedroom 2 (two twins “or” a king bed - not “and” as listed), but it worked out fine for us since the couch was a sleeper sofa. We’d stay here again! Kim is a responsive and accommodating host.

Great location!!!

This condominium complex has an outstanding location. Being right on the beach and in a prime ‘sunset viewing’ area is wonderful. The unit itself had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. This was our first time to travel to Maui with a toddler and the air conditioning in this unit helped with nap and bed time for her. Our hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with for which we were very thankful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

Nice condo

Beautiful condo , so close to beach. First floor with nice patio and tropical plants surrounding walkway. Everything was very nice for a small family. Condo was nicely updated. Complex was small and quiet which was super nice. Pool is small but never crowded. Beach is gorgeous. Gorgeous sunset views!

Perfect condo in every way!

I can’t say enough good things about my family’s recent stay in this beautiful, peaceful condo. It was perfect for us. Not only is it in a wonderfully tranquil setting but also located just steps through a green wonderland of vegetation to a gorgeous, kid friendly beach. The condo was better than advertised!! I can’t wait to stay here again on our next Maui adventure! Thanks again!

The unit is clean and recently refurbished. Appliances are new. Bedrooms and baths are small but adequate. Unit does not have a water view but has a small lanai adjacent to the walkway to the pool and ocean, only a 30 second walk. Conveniently provided were boogie boards , chairs and 2 umbrellas. Snorkel sets would have been nice. With the refurbished unit, the mismatched cups, glasses, and dated living room furniture should have been updated as well. Tv controls are wonky and we could not get one tv to function at all. Overall, it is an adequate unit, but more could be offered at this price point

Great location

The property is in a great location right on the beach. This unit does not have a view of the ocean, as the lanai is blocked by tropical landscaping, but is just steps away from the beach. Due to some repair work being done as a result of a recent rain storm, the pool was closed during our stay, much to the dismay of our grandson. The beach is beautiful, sea turtles seen nightly resting in a nearby cove. This unit is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4 or 5.

This is our sweet dog Bo! We love drinking coffee in the morning and gazing out over the ocean while watching the whales and turtles frolicking nearby.
