Bryt inte budgeten! Denna nyinredda lägenhet (jan 2016) är verkligen fantastiskt och prisvärd! Den har ny matta, ny färg, nya vardagsrumsmöbler och all ny inredning! Med denna ombyggda enhet får du mycket mer än du betalar för och det är verkligen det bästa stället för en familj på sex att resa på en budget. Det är söt, har en bra layout med gott om plats och är till och med husdjursvänlig (en extra avgift gäller för husdjur).

"Beach on a Budget" är ett 2 sovrum / 2 badrum (6 sovplatser) inre lägenhet och är en bottenvåning enhet bekvämt beläget i en Gulf-front komplex. Även om enheten inte har utsikt över viken, är det bara några korta steg till stranden och öppnar upp till ett trevligt gräsområde nära tennisbanorna. När du vill simma är det en mycket bekväm promenad till poolen eller stranden.

Dessa lägenheter känns väldigt rymliga med en stor kombination av vardagsrum, matsal och kök. Vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV och ett skrivbord perfekt för din varv. Vardagsrumssoffan viks ut för att bli en bäddsoffa för två.

Det stora sovrummet har en stor king size-säng och erbjuder också en ny bäddsoffa i två storlekar som är bra när föräldrar behöver ett barn för att dela samma rum men inte samma säng! Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar. Båda sovrummen har stora platt-TV-apparater samt eget badrum.

Beach trip

The condo was very nice. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. The main shower drain was clogged when we got there and there was a short in the breaker for the living, dining room both were fixed promptly. The patio was not enclosed, which made taking the dog out to go potty easy but at the same time was also a tad dangerous being that close to the street, and dog slipping out when you open the door or the littles opening the door. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach, since the condo is at the very front. The 2 issues we had were no washer/dryer (which might have been on listing, I didint realize) the second issue and this was a bigger issue for me, the last day when we came in it smelled like smoke. Me and my son are both allergic to cigarette smoke.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at Beach View. The condo was clean and well decorated. It was convenient for our dog and the location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the beach. I recommend staying here!

Great time

We enjoyed our stay very much! Would Vrbo this property again. No complaints of noise, seen a lot of those on the review, stayed at the beach everyday and the pool at least 4 times. Be a good guest and follow the agreements and everything was stress free, quiet and the accommodations were as clean as a hotel, left it how we found it. Check in and out was easy! Thank you for having us 🙂

Very pet friendly and a 2 minute walk to beach. Can not use pool floats or rings in pool which i didn’t like. But seriously, an overall wonderful stay. Would stay again.

Disappointed, not as listed

I decided to go with an overall rating of a two (2) The first thing that I experienced when I walked in was the musty odor. The second thing I encountered was the fact that the unit looked absolutely nothing like the listing pictures. Different colors, furniture, decor… etc. which gave it a completely different feel and ambiance that I imagined and paid for. If you pay attention to detail and want to enjoy your environment, you would understand my disappointment. I texted management right away. Debi was attentive to all my needs with the odor issue and moldy AC vents, however I have not heard back from the owner of this condo regarding the false listing.

Amazing Navarre Beach Stay

This was our second year staying here. It was a great place to stay. Awesome view of the sound side and not far to the gulf. Very comfortable place. Really nice management on site. Will stay again.

Location, Location, Location

Overall we had a great stay at Navarre Beach, despite the weather! Ground floor condo was great, but as other reviewers have said-you can hear everything going on upstairs. There was no sleeping in on this trip, with the people above us having small kids! Condo is decorated nicely and more updated than the pictures show. A few things that could help other families: If you plan on eating in the unit and not wanting to wash silverware every single meal, you will need to add plastic silverware to your grocery list! There were only about 4 spoons, so the unit could use some more utensils, except knives, there were more knives than most people have in their own houses. Also, there was no broom or vacuum to use during our stay. Maybe it was an oversight on my part, but it would be helpful to have something to do a quick sweep at the end of the day, especially if you are vacationing with kids. The whole condo unit and facilities are dated, but overall it was a great stay!

First Beach Vacation with Puppy

We needed a dog friendly unit close to the beach and this really was very dog friendly. It was very clean and comfortable for our puppy. She was very comfortable and settled in well. The grassy pet area was right outside the back door. The unit was clean and well decorated and check in process was easy. Our only complaints are: that the Beachview property itself needs to be maintained better. There was trash that littered the mulch areas. The sidewalks were rarely sprayed off from sand. The trash from the picked up pet waste was only emptied once and at times was overflowing with waste bags. The upstairs neighbors were so loud. You could hear stomping footsteps and scooting of furniture all day and night. It actually scared our puppy many times. A huge rainstorm came in the night before we left and the front living room window leaked and flooded the corner of the living room floor. I contacted management and they said they would come and check it when we checked out the next day. Location was convenient to walk to restaurants and the pier.

Most Relaxed Vacation I Have Ever Had

The town home was awesome. Very clean, no harsh chemical odors. The complex was very quiet. All the people I met while there were so nice and friendly. I would definitely rent and recommend to anyone. Thanks for an awesome vacation.

Great Condo

We stay in Navarre often but this time we needed pet friendly for our small dog. and wanted close to beach .. The Condo was on 1st floor and very clean and decorated beautifully and very large den and side door access which was perfect to take our dog out.. Condo Complex was on beach side so short walk to private beach area and complimentary beach setup a plus. Master Bedroom is like a small suite and very comfortable. We did not have the need using them but both sofas in den are sleepers. We will be back.

This place was a great size and just right for what we needed. We had our pet traveling with us and this place was great for him. Having a washer and dryer that we didn’t need quarters for was a great surprise. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. My son was able to fish on the pier every day and caught some cool fish. The people there were really nice. This is a great place to stay

Noisy from traffic and at the mercy of the upstairs neighbors. Update unit prep process i.e. lots of pet hair on furniture and living room floors (cleaned myself on day 1). Ensure appliances are in working order and ready for use (cycle runs completed). Unit living room furniture could do refreshed with deep clean/shampoo. Very satisfied with communication with property mgmt. staff during stay. Great location for the complex.

Presidents Day Weekend Getaway

Unknowingly arrived during Mardi Gras parade which shuts down Gulf Blvd the only road to any vacay rental in Navarre Beach. Managers gave permission to check in early which I appreciated, but we had to drive to Pensacola Beach to gain access to the island as bridge in Navarre shut down for several hours. Felt like renters arriving should have been notified of this. Unit was nice and spacious and recently renovated. Washer dryer is outside in hallway, no problem. Short walk to beach and island restaurants but better food can be found in Navarre. Enjoyed our stay.
