PLATS, PLATS, PLATS !!!! Oak Street Retreat gränsar till den exklusiva King and Prince-anläggningen som inkluderar St. Simons ENSTA restaurang vid havet, ECHO! Förutom att servera tre måltider om dagen har ECHO också en rymlig bar och enstaka levande musik. På kort gångavstånd finns också ö-matfavoriter Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's och Beachcomber BBQ. Du hittar också den lokala strandutrustningen och cykeluthyrningsbutiken Ocean Motion runt hörnet. Stranden är en kort 200 gård promenad från ytterdörren.
Vår reträtt sover bekvämt 6 vuxna och upp till 8 om dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa används.
Låt oss prata om radhuset! När du kommer in, hittar du en nedre våning med drottning utdragbar soffa, separat enkelsäng och 43 "TV. Ett drottning sovrum med badrum är också på första nivån. Denna nivå gör en stor morföräldrar svit eller barnzon!
Gå upp en trappa till huvudnivån där du hittar ett rymligt kök öppet vid matbordet med plats för 6. Fyra barstolar tillhandahåller ytterligare kökstolar. Bortom köket och matplatsen är vardagsrummet med bekväm sektionssoffa. Perfekt för lata eftermiddagslappar! Ovanför spisen hittar du en 55-tums smart-TV för ditt tittande nöje. Gå ut skjutdörrarna och njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller kvällscoctail på det nya däck. Ett halvt badrum ligger också på huvudnivån.
Res upp ytterligare en trappa och du hittar ytterligare två sovrum. Den ena med en king size-säng och garderob, den andra med en queen size-säng och garderob. Varje sovrum på övervåningen har en uppsättning av två badrumsängar anslutna (4 total handfat) och en delad dusch och toalett. Kungens sovrum har ett däck fäst. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek finns på översta våningen, om du måste göra tvätt på din semester.
Vi har många extra bekvämligheter att erbjuda dig på Oak Street Retreat. * Strandutrustning, inklusive stolar, tält, leksaker, skumt bräde, och en strandvagn för att dra dina redskap till stranden finns. Dessutom ingår två vuxna cyklar.
Det finns två utsedda parkeringsplatser direkt framför enheten och ytterligare allmän parkering finns framför King and Prince Resort.

Fantastic stay!

First time on St. Simons Island and could not imagine a more perfect spot for our family! The location is ideal - walking distance to the beach but also close by many restaurants and shops. The home itself was very clean and well maintained as well as tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this place if visiting St Simons!

Senior Year Spring Break Getaway

My friends and I booked this amazing condo for our last Spring Break together in college. I was a perfect getaway for a week with our significant others. It was in an incredible location, extremely close to the beach and right next to some really good food. The condo was very clean and perfect size for our party of 8. Thank you again Suzzanne for being such an accommodating host! Yall were truly the best! 10/10 would recommend!

Great home & great location!

We loved our stay at this comfortable SSI home! The location was perfect for us: a short walk to the beach as well as to restaurants and shops. We loved Suzanne's recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The home had a well-stocked kitchen, spacious living areas, and comfortable beds. We had all we needed for a great first stay on St. Simon's Island! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

We spent the weekend with our adult children. This place was perfect for us. You just can't beat the location. We were able to walk to most everything we wanted: restaurants, shopping, and the beach. The beach gear on site was a huge help to us. I would definitely love to come back!

Great Stay at St Simon’s Island

This property is at a great location near the beach and also within walking distance of several very good restaurants. The property itself is very roomy, well furnished and quite confortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A Great Stay at St Simon’s Island

We loved the property!!! It had ample room for our group of seven, is well decorated, and has all the amenities you need to be very comfortable. It also has bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and other beach equipment for kids and teens. The property is also very close to the beach, only a five minute walk away. Finally, our hosts were very responsive questions we had when we arrived. Overall we had a great time and look forward to coming back again in the future!

Location … Crab Trap and Crab Soup

We were looking for a location that met our personal needs for beds and etc. We also knew that we wanted to eat at the Crab Trap at least once - this condo is literally a block away. The home was clean and comfortable. Although tightly nested in the trees and surrounding homes, this place had sufficient parking for the two vehicles and the amenities met all our needs. We would consider this location again when in the area for our next event.

Another great visit to SSI!

This was our second time staying at this property, and we hope to return soon! It's a beautiful condo with lots of appreciated extras such as beach gear and household basics. It's a short walk to the beach or to restaurants. Couldn't ask for more!

My new go-to at SSI!

We stayed here for two weeks and had an amazing time. We have been visiting the island for 45 years and have stayed many places including the Grand, Beach Club and the King and Prince. We found this condo to be ideally laid out for a family with two teenagers (who need their own space) and the proximity to the beach can’t be beat. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. We are so happy to have found Oak Street and will definitely return. Suzanne was pleasant and easy to correspond with. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and great place

We loved this property! This condo was wonderful for our family and we lived that there was plenty of chairs and beach equipment and toys for the children. Perfect location and an easy walk to the beach and the King and Prince Resort. Only disappointment we had was that the bicycles weren’t usable.

Relaxing Week at St. Simons.

We enjoyed our stay here. Owners were quick to communicate and work out any needs. Loved the location to walk everywhere. Tons of beach supplies and the cute coffee shop on the way to the beach was an added bonus!

My husband and I have both been coming to St. Simon's Island most of our lives. We are now continuing the tradition with our children!! We love the small town feel, the delicious food, and of course, the BEACH!! St. Simon's laid back atmosphere keeps us coming back year after year.

We searched and searched and when we found Oak Street we knew it was home!! The spacious layout is great for our big family. We also love that Oak Street is a very quiet street, but in the middle of everything!! We love to walk over to the King and Prince in the evenings and enjoy the swings with a cocktail in hand!!
