Detta historiska hem byggdes i början av 1900-talet. Helt renoverat, med all charm i New Orleans. Vår New Orleans Creole hagelgevär hem är mycket rymlig med nya möbler och all tillverkning av ett bekvämt hem.
Området Historiska Bywater är en artistisk område med enkel tillgång till Quarter, fransmannen St, Crescent Park, kaféer, restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker, park och barer inom gångavstånd.
Välkommen, och njuta av vår stadsdelen Historisk Bywater.
Vi är nära nog att franska kvarteret går (15-20 minuters promenad), men fortfarande tillräckligt långt för att inte ha buller, dyr parkering och aktivitet i franska kvarteret. Om vandringen är för mycket bara ringa UBER för ungefär $ 6-10. 00 (taxi), eller hyra en cykel.

Den Brennah Rose Place har ett vardagsrum med trägolv, TV, soffa och 2 stolar. Köket är fullt möblerat (men vem vill laga mat när du är i New Orleans och du har all den här goda maten).
Trappa / sovrum har en dagbädd med en rulla.
Sovrum # 2 har en ny drottning säng och madrass och trägolv.
Sovrummet är på övervåningen och har en ny king size säng med en ny madrass, har också en full size säng med en ny madrass för gäster som reser med små barn som skulle vilja att de skulle sova i samma rum med dem och TV.
Badrum # 1 består av en toalett och kombination badkar / dusch. # 2 består av en toalett och dusch. Bara om allt nytt.
Den Brennah Rose Place har allt du behöver med en uppfart och av parkeringsplatser alltid nära huset.

Great location & comfy digs

Really enjoyed our stay in this bywater beauty. We had our moms with us and the separate sleeping area upstairs made it easy to come in late and also sleep late while the moms enjoyed their morning coffees on the patio. Parking was easy and so were ubers. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Perfect

We had a great stay in this lovely home. 10Minute drive to all the things we wanted to do. Lots of little shops tucked in the neighborhood too. Had some great New York style pizza around the corner. Cute coffee shop close by as well. And a dollar general close by if you forgot something.

My sisters and I had a fantastic stay. We had everything we needed. Cathy was a wonderful communicator and helped us find great restaurants and jazz music. When the snow storm and cold weather was predicted she helped us navigate these challenges. We will stay again on our next visit!

Bywater is the best...

Great property with lots of New Orleans charm. Very responsive host went out of their way to make sure we had everything we need. Bywater location is great for quiet, good food, and great local bars and music. Highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable stay, responsive hosts

Our group really enjoyed this property. Walking disrance to several great bars, restaurants, and markets as well as the French Quarter. The home itself was clean and comfortable, with lots of NOLA charm. Hosts were helpful and responsive to questions. They alsi provided a lot of great information about things to do in the local area.

Great for girls stat

Group of 5 ladies loved this house. The neighborhood is friendly and holds a lot of hidden gems. The house was beautiful and colorful. I suggest taking advantage of the back porch. I would suggest asking about check out process early because we got the information day of check out.

Great NOLA getaway!

The Brennah Rose Place was a great getaway spot in NOLA! We own and manage The Brennah Rose Place and two other rentals. We are on the outskirts of New Orleans known as Bywater Neighborhood is only minutes away from the French Quarter and about 1.4 miles. Our families were fishermen and farmers. We grew up on the bayou In St. Bernard Parish where we learned to live off the land. We also had a Seafood Business where we sold and shipped shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish, mostly to New Orleans and Baltimore. Our families and us all share the love for our beautiful city "New Orleans".

Located in the heart of Historic Hipster Bywater within walking distance of the French Quarter & Frenchmen St. (Marigny) Don't like to walk the #5 bus, Uber or taxi will have you to the Quarter in minutes. Plenty of parking spaces by our house. Entrance to the beautiful riverfront Crescent Park is just 3 blocks away. Want to sip some wine & listen to music, Bacchanal is just a few blocks away. Want to sample some praline bacon, The famous Elizabeth's is blocks away. Want to go for a swim, the Country Club has a climate controlled pool & is accessible to anyone for a small fee. Want to sample New Orleans best Pizza, Pizza Delicious is only blocks away. We can’t forget The Joint for some of the best BBQ.
