It was the perfect location.

We enjoyed all the properties amenities. Because we were at the parks most of the day, location was what mattered most. We were able to get to all of the Disney parks in under Ten Minutes.

It’s our third time staying on this property. We really enjoyed the convenience to all the parks plus the restaurants on the property and all the different pools and activities. Our children enjoy just hanging out and walking around and getting ice cream. The rental company was very easy to deal with professional and would use them again.

Great Location

This resort is nice and has a great location if you are visiting any of the Disney parks. The unit was well equipt and clean. The decor needs a bit of updating but is functional and comfortable. Check-in was a breeze and the check-in agent was pleasant and informative. We would highly recommend it when traveling with a family and you need the extra space.

Only downside was the check-in process because it is a time share and they really bully you into going to a 'listen/tour session'. Otherwise, everything was great!

Overall a great place and you can’t beat the location. Had an issue with noisy neighbors two nights but both time Security took care of it swiftly.

Property was beautiful. our suite was perfect for traveling With kids. The location was excellent for visiting both Disney and universal. If you want to save some money by not staying in an official Disney resort this is a great option.

A little bit of summer

We had such a great stay at Bonnet Creek. The resort has everything from swimming pool, to ping pong, mini golf, lazy river, food. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Minutes from the parks. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great family resort

We typically stay at a standard hotel property in Orlando, so this was our first time staying at an extended living type resort. There were many pool options that served well for my 8yo and 1yo. There were lots of activities as well; i.e. yoga, live music, bingo, mini golf, etc. The location was close to the parks and easy to access. The room itself was nice, beds were comfy, big balcony, and decent amount of supplies (dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, dishes, etc.). My only complaint was the hard sell for a time share at check in. It was 8pm and my 1yo was crying and flailing in my arms and the sales person couldn’t read the situation. We would definitely stay here again.

Sunshine and poolside!

This was our second stay at Wyndahm Bonnet Creek Resort. Can’t wait to go back. Condo was clean, staff was always friendly and ready to help with requests, 5 pools, close to Disney attractions. We just love this resort.

STILL A GOOD PROPERTY BUT.....

Mike was quick and easy to deal with. Would definitely use him again. We have stayed at this resort probably around 7 times and aside from the pestering sales people waking you up to try and get you to a sales presentation the location is good. We were not happy to see that the resort changed their washers to load sensing machines which means less water, which means we had to manually add water to the washer so the clothes would wash properly. This was not a good change. We called twice (no one ever showed) thinking there was something wrong. We figured out that's the way the machines are. Mike was great but I think we might be looking for a new resort now as a washer dryer is very important on our disney trips. Any suggestions??
