Great location for skiing

Great place....super convenient. Jeff was a great host. Hot tub was great in the afternoon and the office staff extremely helpful. Would stay again.

convenient, well appointed condo

We were four adult friends in Mammoth for a long weekend. The property manager Jeff was terrific - responded right away to our questions and was available to address any concerns. Check in process was flawless. Condo is in a convenient location right off the main road. Parking is immediately outside the unit. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds comfortable with extra linens and pillows if needed. Each room had a temperature control. We were all happy and look forward to making this an annual event at Jeff's place.

Great Condo for Ski Trip!

This property is perfectly located right next to a tram stop, with great amenities such as a hot tub, ping pong, pool table. The beds were very comfortable and fully stocked kitchen. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

Great Condo & Location

This condo is in a great location with easy access to Canyon Lodge and the Village. Very easy check-in process and the host was very responsive. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great property and great host.

The property was clean and well maintained. Very convenient since the bus stop is literally in front of the entrance. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The host was very responsive, taking only a few minutes to respond to my question. Would definitely book again!

Newly upgraded from previous trips.

This property has been recently upgraded with new paint, fireplace and television. The place was clean as usual but the upgrades with lighter colored paint made the entire living room area brighter. The upgraded fireplace with the new larger TV placed above it made the overall living area a lot more usable and added the ability to watch TV from the dining room as well.

Great location with all the amenities needed.

Have stayed here several times. We always enjoy the cleanliness of the unit. It is also located where access to hikes, lakes and the village are easy. During the winter the shuttle stop is right across the street for fast access to the hill. I understand the unit is being upgraded with a new entertainment system and fireplace. Can’t wait to visit again this winter.

Great base for slopes

This was an epic weekend with historic snowfall in Mammoth (on top of record breaking season). This condo was the perfect base for hitting the slopes! No need to drive - shuttle stop a stone's throw from the front door. With the lodge locker key added- it was perfect support spot to put dry clothes, snacks, or stow gear between days. Cabin was warm and comfy for evening meals and recuperation. Host was understanding and responded quickly when we faced potential extension of stay due to closed roads. If we can swing it, we will gladly be back this season!

Great Stay

The location is excellent. The home is cozy and very comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook with. Host even had plenty of firewood for us to use. I would stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for better!

This place is outstanding! Jeff was quick to communicate and very professional with the information he provided prior to our arrival. The Condo has a fantastic layout where the kitchen overlooks the main living area. The rooms were quite large with very comfy beds and having two bathrooms was fantastic. The complex had a great hot tub that was only a 2 minute walk from the condo. Not to mention you are directly across from the Blue line with a quick 10-15 minute ride (5-7 minutes on the way back) to land at Canyon lodge. Will absolutely be staying here from now on! Couldn’t be happier.

Very accommodating host

Jeff was excellent in his pre-trip communication. All information was easy to understand and he was very professional. Unfortunately, we had a covid issue pop up with one of our kids and had to cancel. Jeff worked with us as we went through the insurance process. I will hopefully be able to book his property once we're able to travel again.

Great location. !!!

Just finished our week stay here - location for the village and gondola is excellent. The home itself is small for a family of six - great if just 4 !!! We enjoyed our stay though, beds were very comfortable which is always important !!! Could do with updating and if you are a group of six remember to keep Showers short after a day on the slopes hot water tends to run out ! But overall we enjoyed our stay here and Jeff was excellent to work with. First time to Mammoth and we loved it.

Great location

We stayed here with our three kids aged 12-15. The place was clean and bathrooms and kitchen fairly recently updated. The kids spent a lot of time in the rec room, which was very close to the condo. Would stay her again!

Great for a family

My family of 5 had a great stay. Very convenient to registration office, pool and Hot Tub! Trolley picked up right in front of our room. It was nice to bike from the place but biking back up the hill was impossible for my kids and me. Ended up stopping and making my husband bike back to get the van but we could have taken the trolley back. Beds were super soft, too soft for me but my kids sleep great. Place had everything including nightlight, step stool so my kids could wash their hands without me, blackout curtains and fun games to play. Only thing they didn’t have were regular cereal bowls but it was not an issue. Communication with owner was great and on site staff was helpful. Place was very clean.
