Awesome location and property

Communication with the owners was excellent- even after the devastating hurricane last October. They were very forthcoming about the status of the house and property. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. All beach stuff included was a huge bonus and the location is perfect We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing home!

This home was even better than we expected! The location is great, 2 minutes to the beach and they had beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie boards… If you’re wondering if the island is ok to visit after the hurricane… IT IS!! Almost everything open, debris is cleaned up and this home in particular is gorgeous!! The comfy beds and beautiful pool was a bonus!! If you’re looking to visit AMI, this is the home to rent!

Great house on Anna Maria Island

Everything about the house was excellent. My family enjoyed it being a 5 minute walk to the beach, swimming in the pool, eating outside, comfortable beds and a nicely stocked kitchen.

10 plus!

This property exceeded our expectations. For many years, we have driven to Florida from Michigan in order to bring all the supplies we feel we need for a great vacation however, this year we decided to fly. This rental had everything we needed - pool toys, beach toys, towels, kitchen equipment, grill, spices, , etc….Very clean and spacious. My daughter’s family slept in the 2 rooms on 1 end of house and wife, son and I on the other end. Grandkids loved the pool. We have visited the island several times before but always stay on the north end in Holmes Beach . Love this area as less traffic, quieter and beach is right around the corner. If looking for action it’s just a short walk to Bridge Street Pier. Communication with owners was great- already looking into booking for next year!

Wonderful trip!

Todd was very quick to respond. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. The area is a very short walk to the beach. It was in a quiet area, but close to everything as well. We will be back!

Rental was perfect for three families plus grandkids.

Todd was a very gracious, helpful host, and quick to respond to all our questions and needs. We had a 7th month old up to a 72 year old and the rental, proximity to the beach were perfect. As was the pool !!

Awesome location

Property is absolutely perfect, easy beach access. Owners checked on our arrival and checkout. The house is all equipped, you forget sone no worries they got you covered. Plus there’s beach supplies for you. Pool is beautiful.

Spring Break

Wonderful home and a great location. All the amenities you need and everything you need for the beach were available to you. The pool was our families favorite feature by far. There could be a few repairs made to make it the perfect home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality and quick responses from Todd. I’d love to return again!

Great place for a large family!

This was a great place for a group of 8! The two full baths were nice and the house had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen has everything you need for most cooking. The beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon were especially nice! It was a quick and very easy walk to the beach. The pool is private and secluded. Todd responded to questions very quickly. We would definitely stay there again!

Great family vacation house!

This house was PERFECT! great location on the island; short walk to the beach; great pool. This single story house was perfect for our family, being all in one level was great. We have a 1 year old and it had everything we needed for him! Todd was a great property manager and responded to anything we needed (which honestly was really nothing!) Our family will definitely be back to this house in the future!

Absolutely wonderful stay and place!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this stay was. The house was everything described and then some. I have never worked with an owner that communicates so quickly and was so helpful. The house was fully stocked for all needs and included everything you need for the beach. Last, is that pool and deck. We fell in love with that area and never wanted to leave. Absolutely wonderful.

Perfect location and space!

We stayed wirh another family- 7 in total and Yacht Rock Ranch was the perfect spot for us! The house is exactly as pictured. The pool was fantastic; it gets shade from about 4pm on this time of year. The beach is as close as the listing states and no long path once you go through the access point. Todd was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn't have picked a better property for our trip to paradise!

Good stay

We enjoyed a stayed here over Thanksgiving. The walk to the beach was easy with young kids and the wagon for beach chairs and toys was much appreciated! The pool area was probably one of our favorite features of the property. It was nice to enjoy the pool without others invading your space. All in all, it was a great house for our family to enjoy. I do think some of the rugs in the home could be cleaned or replaced, but that didn’t affect our stay so I didn’t remove any stars for it. Check out instructions were fairly simple and did not feel overwhelming.

Great location

2 minute walk to the beach. The backyard pool was wonderful. Private and protected by lush vegetation. We spent most of our afternoons enjoying the pool. House was very comfortable and was perfect for the 5 adults' and 2 children. Todd was very responsive whenever I had a question and to illustrate that we had a minor issue with the A/C in the house. He had a technician there within 90 minutes of the problem, at 9:30 pm no less. Would highly recommend the home. Todd is a great host. We had a very memorable vacation.

After years of vacationing to Bradenton and nearby Sarasota, our family purchased the property in 2018. We renovated the kitchen and primary bedroom, updated both bathrooms and added new hardwood floors in the kitchen, primary bathroom and bedrooms. After hurricanes Helene and Milton, the entire house was renovated in 2024 with new cabinets, countertops and furniture.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This our "happy place". We've vacationed in Bradenton/Sarasota since the '90s and chose the charming Yacht Rock Ranch for its location (less than 2 minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico) and its ability to host our entire family. We updated it to be a relaxed, chic, family-friendly vacation home. Our goal is to make our guests share that feeling at the Yacht Rock Ranch.

--P.S. Play some of our old vinyl to play and relax in our private tropical backyard. Nothing says Classic Florida like a cool drink and smooth tunes while lounging in our heated pool :-)

Our location to the Gulf is a HUGE plus! Anna Maria Island has managed to retain the charm of old-school, laid-back Florida. There are no high-rise condos or shopping malls on the Island, but you will find numerous locally-owned restaurants and shops nestled along the sugar-white beaches & emerald gulf waters. Take in the sunrise overlooking Tampa Bay in the morning and an unforgettable sunset on the Gulf of Mexico in the evening. The free Trolley travels the length of this beautiful 7 mile island with stops every couple blocks. Just look for the green signs.
