Modern 5 sovrum 4 dusch badrum villa med en privat söderläge pool. Ett nyckellöst digitalt dörrlås med ett larmsystem. Gäster väljer sin egen säkerhetskod för sin vistelse. Alla rum har USB-laddpunkter.

Alla rum har antingen en 32 "eller 43" Samsung LCD-skärm med kabel-tv, höghastighets WIFI hela och en Blu-ray-spelare finns i vardagsrummet. Villan är fullt utrustad och luftkonditionerade.

Fantastic

The house was clean and had most things we needed. Very convenient to all the Disney parks and Sea World. Wish we had more downtime to enjoy the pool and relax at the house. We are from Iowa and 70 degree days in December are ment to be outside - pool time was bonus!

Excellent property and responsive owner

The home was everything as advertised and more. We were a party of six adults and an almost two year old and everyone had their space to retreat to when family became overwhelming. A beautiful property that was well maintained and equipped. Will stay here again without question famibecame over

Wonderful Stay

The villa is just as shown in the listing. Lovely and spacious property. We loved the private pool and the pool table. Decent distance from Universal and Disney. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Communication with Bruce was prompt and friendly. Would stay again!

Lovely.

Negatives - Hot tub should have been hotter, and most days it took us more than an hour to get to Disney. Traffic and location is horrendous to Disney. We probably spent 70 a day on Ubers getting there and back. One evening it was a hour and a half getting home, traffic backed up the whole way. That adds up . That’s the only complaint. Positives- Everything else was gorgeous, clean, and had everything one would need to feel at home! Loved our stay. Stunning house. Wonderful owner. Didn’t want to leave!

Lovely Family Villa

The villa was well equipt with a lovely pool are. It was very clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, close to the supermarket and restaurants, with eady access onto the I4. Bruce wad an excellent host who sent detailed notes beforehand and checked in during our trip to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend the villa and will return again when we return to Florida.

Quiet get way from Theme Parks

We stayed this house for ten days. We planned to visit Disney Parks, Universal Studio, Discovery Cove, and Seaworld. We had busy days at theme parks every day. We enjoyed relaxing time at the house at night. Our child loved the pool, so he played in the pool every day. We caught in the traffic jams returning home during rush hours, but it wasn't too bad. It was less than an hour traffic during peak hours. Twenty minutes off traffic hours. It's very quiet location our of crowds. Very easy access to Disney Theme parks from the house. Overall, we loved to stay at this house.

Fantastic stay!!!

This house was wonderful!!!. The property manager/owner was amazing to deal it. The house was large and very clean. The pool was great and the heated option was a must. When we return to the area for a large family vacation we will absolutely be renting again!!

The house was perfect for our family! The pool and hot tub where great to relax after long Disney and Universal days! Short distance to Disney Parks. The house was clean with very comfortable beds. We loved the open floor plan of the house with lots of amenities!

Comfortable Villa in a great location

We had a great time staying at this villa. The property was in a good location, spacious, very clean and had a good sized pool. We didn’t have any significant issues at all during our stay, but Bruce was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality villa which is close to shops, restaurants and all the parks.

Christmas at Cypress Pointe

House was ideally located for hectic days at the parks and then calmer days in the pool and spa. Location very quiet gated community. Teens loved the pool table and games room. Owner was very helpful and accessible for any questions. We would use this property again.

Amazing getaway!

We had everything you would/could need. Plenty of space for the 9 of us that stayed. Great location, property manager is quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Truly had a great time with family, playing in the pool, watching movies, and playing billiards, when we weren’t out enjoying the attractions.

Nice, clean house, perfect for a family of 7

We enjoyed our time at this property. The house was nicely furnished and in great condition. The kids had a great time at the pool. We would have liked to see some basic supplies in the house (garbage bags, detergent, and extra toilet paper). We would come back again if we did another Orlando vacation.

Excellent property set within a secure gated community which was very clean. Villa was clean throughout and very spacious for the 8 of u that stayed. Fantastic communication with host throughout process and any questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again should we revisit the area. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfy ! We loved the neighbors hood !

Pool was very nice. We paid extra to have it heated and it was well worth it. We had such a good time. Game room and Pool table in the garage but Iunfortunately we didn't have time to use it. Busy days!!

Beautiful Home, great pool and Excellent Communication with owner

This home is a hidden gem! Super clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a family vacation. The pool and spa were incredible for our family. The few small issues that came up, the owner addressed immediately and responded within minutes. I highly this home to anyone looking for a getaway in the Orlando area. Not to far from parks or other attractions and restaurants within a short drive. We loved our stay here and Bruce was nothing but accommodating to our family. Can't wait to come back!
