Vår vackra villa ligger mindre än 15 minuter från Disney och nära till alla de viktigaste sevärdheterna. Detta 5 sovrum 4 badrum fullt luftkonditionerade hem har en sluten pool med utsikt över en av de lugna sjöarna i den eftertraktade Lake Berkley Resort.
Det finns en Premium Leisure "Vitalizer" Hot Tub på däck och flera färger LED-belysning i poolen samt en professionellt konverteras helt luftkonditionerade Lekrum med en 8ft skiffer säng biljardbord, elektriska liggande skinnsoffor, en 50inch LED-TV, Blu-ray-spelare, X-Box med Kinect, iJuke, barstolar och bord.
Boendet har en master svit på bottenvåningen med en stor privat badrum inklusive badkar och separat dusch. Det finns ytterligare drottning sovrum på bottenvåningen med en angränsande badrum med duschvägg. På övre våningen finns en rymlig "Hollywood Greats" tema drottning sovrum med ett eget badrum och två dubbla sovrum delar de viktigaste badrum. Ett tvåbäddsrum funktioner "Musse Pigg och vänner", de andra funktioner Harry Potter. Alla rum har platt-TV och DVD-spelare.
Bottenvåningen har ett stort vardagsrum med välvda tak, en 50 tums plattskärms-TV, Blu-Ray-spelare, Playstation 2, stereo med radio, CD-spelare och dockningsstation för iPod. En av soffor förvandlas till en säng. Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med keramikhäll, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp med is dispenser. Villan ger också formella middagar och en frukostplats med utsikt över poolen och sjön. Det finns ett fullt utrustat tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare.
Utanför finns en täckt Lanai, bord och stolar för uteservering och solstolar för avkoppling runt poolen. Poolen har fördelen av ett staket barnsäkerhet (löstagbar)

Fabulous house! We spent two weeks here and had the most brilliant time. (4 and and three children). The house is so spacious and is very well equipped. The themed rooms are great. Close to the parks and shopping. 24 hour security access to the site. We didn’t make use of the other amenities - club house, communal pool, play area, tennis courts as too busy at the parks! Would definitely recommend this house to others.

Nice home

House was very clean. Description and pictures were accurate. Family enjoyed the pool table and the swimming pool. Cute decorations were throughout the home. Beds were comfortable. There was a nice view of the lake. Neighborhood was gated and felt safe. Would recommend.

Very nice experience

This was our first experience with a VRBO rental. We really liked all aspects of this house and will come back next year. House was very clean and comfortable, excellent AC with cooling fans. Hosts were great to communicate with.

Our family had the best time. It was only 15 minutes from Disney. The place was absolutely gorgeous. Very nice pool. Plenty of towels and dinnerware. We also had a few duck families come to greet us. Would definitely go back. Thank you Jeannette & Brian for sharing your home with us.

Great house!

Everything was just like the description. Plenty of room for 9 of us! Kitchen was fully stocked, even had a crockpot. About 20-25 minutes to Disney World. We would highly recommend this place!

It is what is says

The description of the property is very accurate. Rooms are as descripted as is rest of the house. Very positive comments from us except one thing. They say "no condiments or cleaning supplies" and they mean it. We had an infant throw up and the only cleaning supplies were paper towels and water. We bought supplies to clean the floor since we were going to be there all week. You need to bring everything from salt & pepper to dish soap. For such a nice property, seems a bit tight on supplies.

An exceptional gem of a home, from themed rooms to visual cues, character inspired pieces, customizations, memorabilia, all inspired from Disney! This gem of a home is spacious, with open lit rooms, game room, and a pool that is very inviting! Area surrounding is picturesque, meticulously clean, and close to everything! A phenomenal home that we so immensely enjoyed, and comfortably lived in during our stay! Truly our home away from home! Excellent home, location and property

We spent seven days at this property and had a fantastic time. The location, pool and interior of home were all very comfortable and accommodating. We appreciated the items they had available as well (cooler, beach umbrella, pool noodles, etc). Overall would recommend and will be staying again :)

Awesome Accommodations!

The property was immaculate and clean. Beautiful decor for the local area. Plenty of space to spread out friends and family. Clean and safe community with polite guard staff. Orlando/theme park traffic was not terrible. Good options to get around and avoid major back ups on the road.

It is a nice property, clean and well-organized. There are minor inconveniences like about 10%of VRBO rental properties share;No Kleenex boxed, no extra toilet papers, no dishwashing items such as brushes, sponges, cloth etc., no salt and peppers, only a small handwashing soap but no regular soaps, shampoo or conditioner, etc.

Great place for older and young adults!

Beautiful place. Our kids (aged 18-24) loved the game room, hot tub and pool. Nice peaceful and safe area. Loved the themed rooms.

Excellent home for our family vacay

The home was exactly as listed. It was clean, spacious, and charming. It served our needs for 10 days. The kids enjoyed the heated pool in down times. It wad close to the Disney parks. All of the bedrooms worked out great for all of us.

Property was amazing.

This house was amazing. The boys had a great time in the game room with the gigantic screen TV and pool table while everyone had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub. There is so much space, the furniture is comfortable, and the themes in each room were so much fun. Thank you for an amazing week.

I wouldnt do it again

Staying here really put a damper on our vacation! It says it is close to a lot of things but it takes at least 35 minutes to get to everything! The only thing it is close to is walmart. If you arent leaving the vrbo its fine, you can just stay in. But the speed bumps are terrible in the complex, you basically have to be going 5 mph to not mess up your car. The resort was closed so we didn't enjoy that. The place smells like cigarette smoke. We saw a few gekos in the house ( not a huge deal) but then we saw TWO roaches. The host said they are common in Florida. I have vacation in Florida for the past 7 years and never had that experience. They said send a picture but there isnt an option to upload so they sent someone to spray only two rooms and that was it. We wanted to leave but that wasnt an option because the host "fixed" the problem. But I had to try to deal with that while trying to enjoy universal studios.But we felt so gross, there were spiders and other crawlies. In front of harry potter room and game room, the AC leaked so there were many wet socks. It was just very annoying. My sister was able to book a place that was significantly cheaper and they had good spot and no bugs and there resort was open. The nice the was the themes and checking in. The pool lights up which is cool.

Wonderful villa

Beautiful villa. Comfortable, clean plenty of space. We’ve had a fabulous 2 week stay. The pool was a big hit with the kids (14 & 9) and the games room was great fun to chill with beer after a day in the parks. The hot tub wasn’t used much as it was actually too hot to sit in. Had to take Voldemort off the wall in the Harry Potter room though. He was a little too scary. The complex was lovely and felt very secure and safe. Great location for Walmart and some great restaurants nearby. Great facilities in the villa for washing too. Only criticism would be it’s a good 45minute to universal studios depending on traffic. 100% would recommend this villa to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you for a fab holiday.

We live in Hertfordshire in the UK and absolutely adore the lifestyle and climate in Florida. The photo is of us celebrating our wedding anniversary in Florida Keys which we obviously combined with a trip to our home in Kissimmee!

Varför värden valde detta boende

When we chose our villa our priority was a lakefront so as not to feel 'hemmed in' and 24 hour guarded security gate so as to feel safe. Lake Berkley is so much more than that and we have fallen in love with it. The community is maintained in pristine condition and there are facilities for family of all ages. We love the walks around the lakes and the spectacular scenery and wildlife.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Being close to all the parks, the large Walmart Supercenter 2 minutes drive away, being east of Disney less than half-an-hour from Orlando International Airport on a route that does not involve toll roads.
