Just as we remember it

As always, our stay was perfect. We noticed some welcome additions and enjoyed our stay as always. Communication with the Host is always clear. The care-takers are also very open and can come if needed.

Nice winter escape

The bed was very comfortable. The pools were clean and well kept. The condo was well equipped. The club house was accessible. The owner is very nice and communicated promptly when we had questions.

We have stayed in this wonderful condo 6 times and have always found it to be the exact same. Excellent. We had an issue with someone trying to fix the water upstairs and causing a flood. It was solved

Very nice and clean

I was very impressed with the entry, cleanliness and convenience of our stay here. It is off the beaten path however it worked well for us to visit relatives in the area. We love Cherry Pockets which is close. There are 2 nice pools in the complex too.

Good place to stay

Angela is easy to work with and responds quickly. The condo was clean and comfortable. It has a screened porch. Fixtures are a little dated but doesn’t take away from anything. We didn't use the amenities, but there are tennis courts and a pool.

Super Condo

This is by far the best VRBO place we have ever stayed in. This is our 4th trip here and we can't say enough nice things about the Host and her Caretakers. Any issues we had were cleared up swiftly . We totally enjoyed our stay here every time. We would recommend this place for a family with 2 children. Thank you to Angela for her awesome hospitality

Perfect place with a great host

This is our 2nd time renting from Ms Garrick. We have found everything we need and more. This condo is excellent in every way for us. The Park security was welcome and kept everything quiet. That is the most endearing quality of this Verbo rental, the quiet. We have stayed at other places before, but this is the best. We would highly recommend staying here

A Home Away From Home

This was a very clean and comfortable condo. It was in close proximity to my Mom who is residing in a Memory Care Facility. I enjoyed sitting in the screened room drinking my coffee in the mornings and taking a warm bubble bath in the garden tub in the evenings. I found the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. I also enjoyed walking at Huckleberry Island Park which was 15 minutes away. The owner Angela was very attentive and communicative. Overall a very pleasant experience ,that I would do again.

The property was a great, but the distance was far from basic most area attractions.

We enjoyed the pool and the property. Easy to check-in and out.

Great place to stay for Peppa Pig/Legoland

This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay. It's a bit of a drive to get to many food options, so plan on eating while you are out and about or cooking. It's only about 30min from the new Peppa Pig Park and Legoland, which was exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend if you want a family-friendly, quit place to stay and don't need restaurants at your doorstep.

Didn’t know it was a two story.

Stayed on the first floor of a two story condo. Upstairs couple with a baby were loud and inconsiderate. Floor creaked and cracked as they constantly paced. The neighborhood left much to desire, Constant traffic and loud boom box low riders. Not an enjoyable experience.

Very nice condo

Angela is wonderful to work with. The condo was very clean and in a very safe and calm neiborhood. The only downside was that we could hear the upstairs neibor very easily. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Business trips, working remotely. This stay is different from what I experience last time

Traveling on business trips, working remotely. This stay is different from what I experience last time I was in this community. This unit is on the first floor, a lot of noise was coming form upstairs. Checking in, I was not provided a gate key. I had to stay in line in the visitor lane when I was driving back to the property an I was expected to stay here for a month. I advise the owner who was nice. The “caretaker”came days later to deliver the pass in a manner like she own the property and was not happy with my request. Even with the pass, I still had to go the the visitor lane. Not sure if the HOA office restricted me
