Is a nice clean property with all the house commodities included and a great clubhouse with Gym , Pool and hot tub. Is a good property for families visiting the Poinciana area.Communication with the owner was excellent.

Beautiful house in Kissimmee

The house is simply beautiful and comfortable. My family enjoyed the peace and quiet of the house. It is located in a gorgeous neighborhood! I will certainly stay here in the future!

Lovely Rental

My family and I enjoyed the rental and would love to go back. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The community was quiet and we enjoyed the amenities.

Another fabulous winter season

Friendly neighborhood with a mix of young, old, renters, owners, and cultures. Our unit was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. The host is very responsive to any issues that needed to be addressed. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Villa Vacation

Lovely three bedroom/two bath villa. Very clean and pleasantly decorated. Large tv in the living room. Easy two minute walk to the neighborhood clubhouse and pool. (Really enjoyed swimming in the pool.). Comfy mattresses and all linens were fresh and good quality. Kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed our five night stay. This gated community could work on its visitor entrance system, up to a ten minute wait to get in. FYI, it is in the country, not close to gas, groceries, or restaurants.

Winter paradise

This was everything we wanted and more for our first snowbird experience. We aren't beach people and wanted to be away from the crowds. We met so many wonderful people. The complex is a mix of owners and renters, young and old. Everyone we encountered were very friendly. We had few issues when we first arrived that were addressed immediately.

Nice villa

The owner Angela is extremely efficient and considerate answering any of our concerns and makes sure they are handled promptly. The villa is great but is quite far from amneties ans golf course. Although mileage to get somewhere seems close there is allot of trafinc so it takes a long time to get anywhere.

Quiet Lake Retreat

We stayed for over 3 months and everything was great. Angela was very accommodating even when we had to extend our stay. She has everything you need in the house to make it like home. The local caretakers were also very responsive whenever we contacted them. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near Lake Marion.

Too Far

My biggest complaint of the property was that it was further away from the Orlando parks then was stated, t is not 30 minutes, even with no traffic. I stayed there 2 weeks and we had to hunt for restaurants to go to. The stated 30 minutes would have been ok, but it was at least 1 hour. The room was very clean though and it was a very quiet resort.

too far away in woods

Property owner Angela super nice and understanding she answered all my calls and helped us doing our stay, Thank you for sharing your property space. However the gate attendants were very UNPLEASANT each time we entered the property they all had terrible attitudes. Only one bedroom had a television out of 3 bedrooms which was not good and confusing how to get it to turn on. We all felt like ALL CLEANING should have been left for cleaning crew as far as washing towels, etc that were used as guests.

Nice 3BR rental

This is a nice 3br 2 bath condo in a quiet area. The unit was clean, plenty of space and in a gated community. Contact with the rental agent was easy and they responded quickly to questions. Basketball and tennis courts are across the street. A Dollar General and 7-11 are both nearby.

Extraordinaria estadia.

La casa es perfecta, con todo lo necesario para una buenas estadia, lugar muy seguro. Ubicacion un poco complicada. Lejos ( 20 min) de supermercado y mall. Ambiente super tranquilo, limpio y ordenado.
